I
took
my
family
to
the
drive
thru
to
pick
up
a
meal,
this
was
in
the
evening
and
it
was
quiet
with
only
two
other
cars.
When
we
arrived
at
the
screen
where
one
places
one's
order
there
was
nobody
to
serve
us,
no
greeting,
nothing.
After
perhaps
a
minute
of
talking
into
the
speaker,
we
finally
got
a
response.
We
placed
our
order
and
proceeded
to
the
first
window.
The
queue
was
very
slow
and
it
took
about
15
-
20
minutes
to
receive
our
order
and
bearing
in
mind
that
only
two
cars
were
ahead
of
us
and
the
resteraunt
inside
was
empty.
When
we
arrived
at
the
payment
point
there
was
nobody
there,
two
minutes
later
the
lady
arrived.
We
paid.
When
we
eventually
received
our
order,
we
received
the
incorrect
food
items.
We
ordered
two
quarter
pounder
burgers
and
two
milkshakes
and
we
received
some
boerewors
burger
instead.
The
last
time
we
came
to
this
McDonald's
drive
thru,
we
had
also
been
given
the
incorrect
order
and
I
had
to
point
it
out
to
the
lady
at
the
last
window,
who
was
not
remotely
apologetic
and
actually
argued
with
me,
while
she
was
firmly
in
the
wrong
for
messing
up
our
order.
So
this
has
happened
2/2
times
now.
How
does
one
mess
up
something
so
simple
and
twice
in
a
row?
Then
not
care
about
it
at
all?
There
seems
to
be
a
lack
of
overall
accountability
at
this
resteraunt.
Service
levels
are
shocking.
