My 2nd home. Love it there!......748 visits and 79 hours later and still my favourite place. Love the people, coaches and classes. In my opinion one of the best MMA and jiu-jitsu gyms. The Crossfit is also great and and an excellent way of getting into fighting shape or just for fun!

Good gym to learn fighting techniques from experienced trainers as well as get some crossfit in. The gyms facilities are top notch. It's recommended to bring your own gear if you're there to fight. The place can get very hot in the summer. Overall, the staff and the atmosphere provide an environment conducive to reaching your fitness/fighting goals.

Love this place. The coaches are amazing, everyone that goes here is so friendly and supports each other. I always enjoy going here. Owner is also very interactive and client-focused.

So I had purchased the wikideal combo for 3 sessions, but then was told my two last sessions don’t qualify anymore due to not being able to make the appointments even though I had communicated. It was never communicated these sessions must be booked and planned, and the service I received from the manager was appalling.
