The manger is rude has no people skills , seems like she does not know how to mange her staff. The staff are on their phones most of the time , they don’t greet or smile and they are not helpful. I must say those are one or two people That are helpful. Iv been gyming there for long. One day i forgot my card and they wouldn’t let me In. But they see I’m I’m their everyday. It’s not like I’m a scammer. They want to be strick with the members but they them selfs still sign new people everyday even tho the gym is overpopulated with people. For me the manger is poor and needs training. Seriously not sure how she became a manger or supervisor.

I am super disappointed, i hardly leave any review in these companies but today i got super angry and that's because im always at the gym, i mind my business, do my thing and go home. Today after stretching as i was about to go home , an employee told me to take my weights back.pointing at the weights that were not mine. Now i always take whatever equipment that i use back and i know, he knows this because he has seen me doing this. After tell8ng him that the weights weren't mine , he went on and on about how he doesn't understand why people bring the weights upstairs and leave them there bla bla bla. Now i believe this could've been done differently. Like maybe ask , are those your weights? Can you take them back_ something like that and not just assume also after telling him that they weren't mine still no apology but continued to talk to me like im a two year old. Please do better with the people skills.

The gym floor itself is ok, but for the new age technology era for a facility to not have wifi available is a bit disappointing. At least in the eating area. With that my rating can be 5 star.

Its spacious, there is enough room to observe social distancing and enough equipment to accommodate a reasonable amount of people in the gym at the same time. There is safe parking bays too.

The members are cool. But there is way too many customers and far too little equipment. Also they close their doors when its loadshedding at 20:00... NOT acceptable. They suppose to be Open till 21:00.

Never get hold of them, no one answers the phone. The person that sings you up just want a sale deal and no worries further.

This place use to be a very nice gim. At moment the equipment is dated and it stinks. The bathroom is the worst almost chocked by the smell. I think this is a heat Hazzard.

During the latter part of the pandemic, this gym was nearly uncompliant with sanetizers etc. The men's locker room was disgustingand poorly maintained. The equipment is broken most of the time and the staff are more concerned of having to do anything other than work. If you can stomach uncleanness,go for it.

The gym gets excessively full around peak. Each person is then only allowed 20 minutes max on the treadmill, which is really disappointing because what exactly am I paying for? Majority of the time 40-50% of the treadmills are out of order as well. The receptionists on duty are really unfriendly and the class that utilizes the cardio area is really an inconvenience cause the equipment cannot be used by non class members.The only time gym is really a pleasure is early morning on a weekend

Good and clean gym. Can get really full at peak times but overall hardly ever a wait for any piece of equipment. Admin staff are friendly and helpful, they'll sort any issue you may have out with haste.

Does your admin not work during lockdown? My contract ended at the beginning of lockdown period and I have tried calling - phones kept ringing- okay so I realised that the gyms were closed and obviously no staff available to help, so found other means of contacting - via email only to find no email addresses -only an enquiry form via your website. I have sent all my details - no reply. Tried calling the gym now that they're open - manager not available. I am still being debited! Please could I receive help regarding this matter. I am really unimpressed by the lack of communication. I sent the request to cancel months ago.

Hi would like to cancel my gym membership

I joined this so called gym, last year... In June, I signed for a year contract . Even today I am still debited while my contract is finished. I even canceled this contract and they said no I can't before a year elapse.now it's 3 months over and I am still getting debit orders. That obsolete injustice, robbery I wish to sue this company. Zone fitness has no contract with me...but I am still debited. WHY! I AM VERY ANGRY!

This gym staff is friendly and the facilities are very clean and neat . It's good to see that they are actually doing the covid thing right. The gym actually has a very inspiring vibe that pushes you to do more and better.

Big variety of facilities and machines with friendly staff to assist. Water in the fountain also cold and refreshing during workouts. Can get very crowded during peak hours. Squash courts are also great.

Love the gym, big ,bold and spacious, great exercise experience. The staff/personal trainers on the floor are helpful and friendly. They don't beat Willowbridge Zonefitness reception staff in friendliness though. That's why the 4 star rating. Other than that, always enjoy my workout.😊👍

It's Great. Plenty of equipment, well maintained, clean, spacious. Unfortunately they don't have a generator for loadshedding.

Very convenient, close to my place of work. A big plus is that they have an on-site kitchen serving breakfast, smoothies to wraps and more!!! Very friendly staff 👍

First time i went to the gym, immediately felt welcome and the atmosphere was great.

The only thing this gym requires is a generator to service all the people that can only come in the early morning or after sunset.

The gym is nice and spacious but the bathrooms/locker rooms always has a bad smell ,and I feel that the zone fitness should make a better system according to how things are ran

Nice and big compared to otger zone fitness.. The aircon could be tuurned up a little more.

I really enjoyed my time at zone fitness but I had to leave because I was relocating to PE. I had so much fun attending the Monday Morning step and tone by Tougieda a lot and also the cycling class. I’m really missing zone fitness already.

The are people that are allowed to go in with out there membership card here and the are people that they do not allowed to go in with out the card. I don't know if i should say they are racist or not

It's ok, it does have the necessary equipment, try and avoid peak hours. I do think it needs an upgrade, especially the ladies' bathrooms. I just don't understand the concept of the canteen that sells fast foods here😊.

Besides the fact that the men's showers is in desperate need of an air freshener or something cheaper like perhaps an open window, the gym caters surprisingly well to one's needs. Would still prefer the old Brackenfell branch, but this one will have to do.
