I went here and purchased a Nefertiti charm for my necklace and came back the next day to trade it in because the charm color was a little off in color from my chain. They told me the charm was scratched up and I couldn't trade it in or sell it back to them. I later felt the charm was not worth the price, because it was very small and plus it looked a little brassy than my chain. They wouldn't let me sell it back to them to get something else because they knew that it was overpriced in the first place. They claimed the charm was scratched up but I had it in clear bag the whole time I purchased. They knew it was not worth what I paid. They also charged me $60 to replace the lock piece to my chain. The gold doesn't even weight that much.

I have been going to this Jeweler for a few years and today it was sister I return an ankle bracelet that they fixed a week before and it broke within one week to the next week. I went there for them to repair the work that they did and I did not see the sign that says once you leave the store you cannot come back to redeem or to get anything fixed that they previously fixed. I'm telling everybody don't go here they will not honor their work. That's not professional in my eyes don't waste your money don't waste your time.

I come to Julio’s when I want something done ASAP. They will have your items ready for pick up in 1-2 hours normally. I came here to get my mothers old pearl earrings and pendant set cleaned and to repair a post on one of the earrings to surprise her for Mother’s Day. The same day I picked up the items the post broke off. I called to let them know no answer. I went back to Julio’s and the person who help me told me that I would have to pay again. I told that guy… I would go get repaired else where. He didn’t even bother looking at my receipt. I went to Kay’s right across. They treated me nicer, and the prices are the same for post repairs. And they GUARANTEE their WORK!! They also offer free cleanings on silver and gold. The only difference is that you will have to wait to get your jewelry back, from the repair shop. Faster isn’t always better. Lesson learned.

I have been going to Julio' s at North Riverside for at least 15 yrs. or more. They are very professional. I have had watch batteries replaced to rings, bracelets and pendant adjustments. No complaints. The prices for all these things down through the years was very reasonable. They are in a good location in the mall as well. Tucked away in the corner. 👍🏾

My girlfriend purchased a pinky ring from this location for me. It fit to loose so I returned the next day and they way more than willing to correct the size for me at no charge. Everyone in there is friendly except the older Hispanic lady who was kind of rude probably doesn’t have the most customer service experience but at the end of the day everyone else helped me out. My girlfriend got a great price for the ring.

I have used this company for years! However, I will NEVER RETURN AGAIN! I took my wedding ring in because one of the larger diamonds were loose and a little one was missing. I went along with the suggestion of the very nice salesperson Andrea to have all the prongs tighten to secure the diamonds. When the ring was brought out from the back it was white gold...my ring is "gold" it had to be taken back in the back and dipped in gold!!! You can only imagine how I felt when I saw my ring!!! Longer story short...I left and the small diamond was not replaced and the prongs now snags on EVERYTHING! I called and spoke to the RUDE Maria who advised a week later Andrea was no longer there ( I can only imagine why) RUDE Maria continued to talk over me as I ATTEMPTED to advise her of the situation. So I visited the store and guess what? RUDE Maria said she's the owner!!! So I couldn't wait for anyone else! All the years I've done business with them I've never seen her! She was very defensive, combative and confrontational and they do not guarantee their work! This has never been the case in the past as far as my experience. It's must be the new fancier space we're suffering for! Needless to say I'll NEVER return!

I was sold phony diamds and tried to return them and the female said I told you they were not real diamonds I got the refund but she took more money off my card and told me she can't give the second debit back to me I have to wait 4 days. So the money I walked into the mall with today I can't spend cause they took it and called the police on me DON'T SHOP WITH THEM THEY SELL PHONY DIAMONDS!!!

Only come here if you want to get ripped off on pricing. Many other places nearby that offer much better servicing and pricing. Tried gouging me after doing business recently before at a much much higher rate (4x the price). They think they're smooth but they're actually just rude and greedy.

Always repairs my jewelry and the prices isn't bad nor does it takes long especially if your gonna do some shopping.

Cheap jewelry falls apart on first wear and they will not honor their product. We paid $35 for a bracelet and the clasp fell apart after one wear. I went back thinking they would make it right. Instead they wanted to charge me $20 to fix the clasp. I didn’t want a refund. Just that they fix or replace what they sold us. They basically blamed me for breaking it. I take care of my things, and I don’t have to lie over $30. But this was a gift and they did not care.

I originally got my gold chain fixed in May and not even a week later it broke while I wad sitting down in school. I don't live close to the area so I had my aunt take my chain back to the shop, I recently just got it back from her just to see that they didn't fix anything and the same exact link was still broken. I was really mad because it was clearly obvious they did nothing with the chain at all and charged us for repair when they did absolutely nothing at all. I was going to go back to get it fixed myself but after reading these reviews I can see they won't do anything about it.

Good morning, my husband bought me a beautiful necklace on Saturday I tried to get a refund less then 24 hours but no luck I was told to get store credit but I don't want anything from your store. It felt like I was pressure to get something I don't see no refund displayed in your store it only has it so small printed on the receipt where you have to sign it was not explained to him, men don't read small prints. All I want is a refund.
