Mandatory one star to be able to review. If you plan on trying on clothes make sure it's NOT in the fitting room located on second floor. So, the lazy associates close off fitting rooms right before 6:00 p.m. to finish up early! Which they are NOT suppose to!!! People that don't know have to walk around and most likely end up going to the first floor to try on items. Very rude associates! Very disrespectful! The first floor a whole different experience. Very nice, polite and helpful associates. Fine jewelry associates are also helpful and nice. That's why I am warning anyone wanting to use the women's fitting room(s). There's actually three... But all closed off by 6 p.m. so they can finish early and just bum around! They put a cart with "Fitting Room closed" in one the others they put mirrors to cover entrances. Then when I complained the associate called me a liar and said it was opened that I could go around. This is after I heard three associates celebrating and laughing on how they close them early so they can finish up early! So, customers have to go downstairs if they still want to try on items! I have filed a complaint with JC Penney and they will be looking at the video.

Enjoyed my visit there.❤️Hadn't been to a brick 🧱 and mortar store in a while. I knew I would find what I needed for my husband and I did.😍 It was a enjoyable workout and shopping spree. My husband was satisfied with his purchases. They need more workers. The ones there are over worked. Miss this!😢 Shopping has become lazy and unsafe.

I would like to give JCPenny a better recommendation, they have a great collection of clothing and amenities. On the last two visits over approximately 2 months, the first time the escalation went from the 1st floor to the second floor was broken, so I had to cross the Untire store to get to the elevator. On my second visit not only was the escalation still out of service, but so was the only elevator in the store. Does this fall under JCPenny or the Malls maintenance I don't know though I know I cannot walk that much anymore.

Wonderful experience! Encounter Ms. Mary in jewelry. She was just a total pleasure to work with. No matter how much I changed my mind, she never changed her attitude or demeanor. Not everyone can have such a positive spirit when working with the public. Much appreciation for you.

It saddens me to say this, JCPenny what happened to you, store is poorly maintained, out of date, customer service is Blah, and the selection is questionable, oh and their prices are to high for the products and experience. I wouldn't waste my time or money at this store. It feels like the death of Sears when you go into Penny's, I'm pretty sure the same thing is happening.

I really like JCPENNEY, always clean, neat, and organized. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of their products.

It's was great they have some really good sales on stuff for Christmas 🎁 I found some nice sweaters for my family. I need to go back and buy me something 😁😁

Really nice and awesome I mean if you got time to be looking around and trying stuff on well yeah this is the place for you. The have all sorts of nice and neat stuff. From hoodies to jeans. They have a wide variety of stuff. Haven't and wasn't able to check alot of the jeans and stuff but I mean shirts and hoodies and short I think and joggers.. Seemed like they had pretty good stuff. My dad went by the Levi section and I'm not going to lie not a big fan of them. Had I think a big section of sports clothing. I can imagine alot of good stuff but yeah. Got to try it on that's for sure. And I think there a whole second floor. Or 1st floor.. Honestly I forgot where I was but yeah. Pretty nice. Not to mention a whole mall in there too just in case you know you want to go somewhere else

It was okay. We were just browsing. The a/c on the second floor was broken, bit that stuff happens. It was a standard department store. One cute thing was the Disney Section with costumes and toys.🙂

Went to The Hair Salon this morning I needed an Up Do. What a fantastic job. Love it.
