After reading the post not sure what to expects from the health centre. I have also experience centre where I waited for 2 hrs. The place is directly opposite the Super IGA with ample parking. I booked my appointment online via Helath Engine app. It's convenient. I had my appointment on a public holiday and it's 10 mins from the opening time. My name was called about 10 mins later and I'm ok with that wait. The doctor is firm, pragmatic and he explained his view. I found he is knowledgeable. I would return again, consider the place is reasonable comfortable and I can book online.

The reception was nice and helpful but Dr Mohammed Ullah was not. He only gave me scripts for my respiratory issue and rushed me when I asked about my issue and the prescriptions. The whole appointment felt pressured and lasted for only about 2 min. In the end I left with 2 script, not knowing the specifics of my health problem and I had to see a different doctor somewhere else. It was as if he was rushing to meet some quota. I would not recommend him.

I was feeling sick, so I booked an appointment for the next day. Liz on the front desk was very helpful , quick and easy. Called the next morning to cancel the appointment because I was feeling better, i have been asked how I was doing, very polite and gentle. Liz remembered me from yesterday and was very helpful again. Thank you for your kindness

After arriving for my set appointment on time & having to wait for 75 minutes (1 hour & 15minutes!!!) I had to leave without seeing the doctor for another personal commitment as I didn't want to be LATE! This is a pathetic service, so unprofessional & demonstrates a total disrespect for peoples' time - clearly I'm not a valued patient!!! I will not visit this practice ever again!

Hi we have been looking for a good GP and Medical centre from so long so. We were very satisfied with the services and the care provided here. Highly recommended for those in a similar position.Dr Jinat Sultana and very good receptionis both were awesome.

very pleasant receptionist especially as we had not made an appointment and it was 9 30 at night. Doctor was competent and to the point. Health issue hopefully resolved. Great service and night time surgery is a great innovation. We are from interstate so a new experience for us.

Sometimes, when you call, you get transferred to a voice message that says, "Please wait. Your call is important to us." And then after waiting and waiting, you get sick of waiting, and you just hang up...

I went here today without an appointment and was able to see a doctor quickly. Dr. Ullah took his time to listen to my problem and gave me advice and help. Thanks!
