One of the worst places I've ever been to attend an ultrasound, an extremely rude doctor, who arrived and got in his way, without any politeness towards the pregnant woman. Not to mention the rush they were in to perform the exam, the morphological ultrasound was done in less than 5 minutes. Absurd, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Péssimo lugar, local parece abandonado, banheiro unissex e imundo, passaram duas pessoas na minha frente e o médico 🤦, horrível, não falou nada durante o exame a não ser que eu ou meu marido perguntasse, aparelho de ultrassom de imagem ruim. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

I have never been treated so badly in my life, I went for an ultrasound and the doctor's assistant was rude and he didn't even open his mouth at such an important and special moment in our lives. Warning other pregnant women, do not schedule an ultrasound in this place. Terrible service 👎

Passei na urgência e o médico mandou fazer um RX da face e só tórax , fiquei esperando mais de uma hora para poder fazer pq só tinha um atendente e ainda passaram outros pacientes na minha frente , pq meu pedido estava na mesa da atendente que saiu . Isso é uma vergonha pq eu pago pelo bom atendimento , falta de respeito com o usuário .

I was at the clinic on 02/27, the day before I took a look at the reviews here, they're not that good, I wasn't expecting much, but I was surprised... everything was terrible. The structure, the reception, the bathroom, but I was really surprised by the medical care. Poor quality medical care, Dr. Maurilio da Cruz conducted my ultrasound, a doctor who doesn't look you in the face, doesn't say good afternoon (details), but conducting the US... is unsuitable. The US (t.n) lasted 2 minutes, took 3 measurements in 2 minutes, the tn first gave a high value, then measured again randomly, he didn't say anything to me or my husband who accompanied me. Finally, he still put wrong information in the report. The previous week I had done an Us and I was completely respected, heard and welcomed. If I hadn't done this previous us, I would have left the CDI crying, desperate, thinking there was something wrong with me and my baby. I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

I love Dr David's service, but the waiting time is extremely ridiculous, a total lack of respect, the two times I went for an ultrasound it was 2 and a half hours late, and every time it's "the fault of the doctor who was late", I have Sorry for the pregnant women at the reception, we got cramps from waiting so long, last time I left there crying with anger, what calms down is Dr David's politeness and his attention, and of course seeing our babies. But honestly it's not worth it and I don't recommend it.

Bad experience. My mother had an MRI scheduled for 9:30 am and was seen at 1:00 pm. This is fasting, a lack of respect for the patient. When I asked if it was going to take long, they simply said that something had happened inside. What do patients have to do with this? The least we expect is a team of employees capable of resolving the issue and continuing to serve others. So, the doctor had ordered an MRI with contrast and sedation. They did the exam and after my mother woke up, they said that they forgot to add the contrast and wanted to return with her awake just to comply with the doctor's request, and that they would return with her without sedation. A total lack of respect!!!!!! Bad experience, I don't recommend it!

Bad. They don't respect the schedule, more than an hour late. A lack of respect for the customer, if they don't keep the schedule, I don't understand why they make an appointment, I arrived on time, 15 minutes in advance and so far I haven't been seen.

I spent more time at reception waiting to be called than carrying out the exam..... Ultrasound done in 2 minutes, literally. Very cold doctor, didn't answer questions clearly, only measured three parts of my baby, listened to the heartbeat and finished the exam. I do not recommend anyone who has the opportunity to take the exam elsewhere.

Disappointed, I waited so long for the day of my morphological ultrasound and it was carried out in less than 10 minutes and without details. I couldn't even see my baby and I simply didn't feel confident in the exam because my doctor had said it was a very detailed exam and that wasn't my experience. When I called to make an appointment they said they needed to book two times, I confess I didn't understand anything when the exam came to an end. Poor quality images, I DO NOT RECOMMEND any pregnant woman to go through this, it is very bad, I will repeat it elsewhere to make sure my baby is ok.

The doctor was very polite and attentive, but I didn't like the structure of the clinic. Unisex bathroom, all wet and dirty. For pregnant people, it's disgusting to use. Because it was a clinic, I could be more careful.
