checked in hotel, went about our business for a few hrs, came back went into room, found room smelling of smoke, go to front desk, and explain. Front desk staff follows me to room, at first says he smells nothing, then when I become more persistent, he goes off on me telling me how I have smoked in his room, and I need to leave. I tell him excuse me! I have never smoked in my life, I came to you, telling you how the room smells like smoke. You think If I smoked in a room I would come tell you that? Are you for real? He then tells me I need to leave or he's calling the police. I try to explain again, the guy grabs my arm, trying to physically remove me. I then grabbed my items, of which he was trying to tell me I couldn't have. I am a 50 year old women who was all by myself. I would highly recommend never staying at this place. This place is a dive, they would not refund me, and are highly unprofessional. Don't by into the pictures either. Beware, horrible experience.

The room was stuffy and hot when we first entered but was good after an hour of running the air. The room and hotel were clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast options were pretty poor and we ended up walking down the street to the Road Dawg. All in all this place met all of my expectations for a budget hotel.

Had a problem with our room. Our room was "wet". Found carpet to be wet and the humidity even got our clothes damp. Lampshades had holes in them, no stopper in the bathroom sink. Room looked "beat up". Was late when we got into our room so did not request another. Talked about our problems with the reservation clerk when we decided to check out after that night rather than stay our 3 days there as planned. He was very nice and seemed receptive. He apologized. We had stayed there twice in the past and had no problems.

Upon arrival we knew we weren't gonna be happy. The driveway is in bad shape and has numerous pot holes. The outside of the building looks to be in full construction mode because there's material everywhere and garbage scattered about the facility. There's a huge smelly dumpster right next to the door we were told to use for entrance closest to our room. A bunch of trees have been cut down to their stumps and there's a make shift vegetable garden located on the exterior of the swimming pool area. There's a sewer smell upon entering the motel and I had to call the operator to get someone to greet me at the front desk. The room was dirty and had numerous stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom was small with old fixtures. The vanity faucet was tarnished and the tun surround was clumsily installed using an overabundance of caulk. The base of the tub base must of cracked because someone used a piece of "plastic" they installed over the floor and adhered in place. Needless to say we didn't shower during our stay. Had there been other options for the night we would of stayed elsewhere.

I reserved a room without insurance and got to the hotel to find out their pool was under maintenance that night. I hate swimming but I was there with my nephews for a weekend getaway and it was the most important thing for them. the guy at the front desk canceled my reservation without a penalty, actually without any charge at all. He really didn't have to and I was willing to pay either way knowing that that was my fault. That was very kind and I was not expecting it. If you're reading this thank you so much sir. It's nice to be surprised with human awesomeness!

My room was ok, could have been better. There was something on the walls that I wasn't too sure of nor did I want to know what it was. My sheets also were spotted with an unknown substance.

The woman at the service desk was rude, when we check in and get to our room the room keys would not work. I went to where we check in and she rolls her eyes while asking what do I need. Not a good place to go, very rude woman

Rooms need to be much fresher, breakfast was good .Hospitality was friendly, the building can use some upgrades, but they still get business on the weekend. If you're on a tight budget, then there you go. Remember you get what you pay for.

The Super 8 hotel on Milwaukee Rd in Beloit Wi. Where your made to feel more like a Pest than a Guest! The key cards would keep deactivating and we would have to constantly go to the counter to have them fix them. My brother got sick and before I could grab something for him He got a small amount of vomit on the top and bottom sheet. When I told the lady at the front counter we we need a new pair of sheets she literally rolled her eyes and told me to try to not let it happen again. The place was a dump. No hospitality there. Under the desk in our room there was painted over mold on the wall. I could go on but you get the picture. Never again!

It was a good overnight stay. Nothing fancy, but a nice room. The plumbing system made it a little hard to fall asleep... every time anybody in the hotel flushed a toilet you heard the plumbing. Didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked good.

Went here because they had a pool. An absolutely freezing cold pool. Bathroom in pool area didn't flush, had floaties. Tub in room had poor drainage.

Safe, relatively clean, very nice gentleman at the desk. Was very good location since I had needed a place to stay immediately.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while working. The 2nd floor room had the tiniest toilet I ever saw, so I asked to be moved to a room with a normal toilet. After that it was fine. Rooms are comfortable, refrigerator, and microwave. Pool and jacuzzi were great. They had laundry. Price is reasonable.

Breakfast was all carbs and unhealthy. Pool was closed for maintenance 😕 Bathroom floor was dirty behind the door. Cheap place to stay if you don't require more than a place to sleep for the night.

The room was good, the breakfast was okay. It was nice to park at a side door by the room, but I don't think it latches / locks.

So dirty there was a poop s0mear in the bathroom. Pach hols every where. The bathtub didn't drain well at all. A big red (mabey blood) stain. Dingy bedding. Do not recommend. Fridge smells of rotten throw up. And so much more

The room was clean. I enjoyed my stay. What I disliked is how the general manager Peter Chaudhari tried to charge me .25 cent a copy to print. The business center was available with printer and paper yet he said he has to charge people because people abused printing paper. I asked for the policy on this and he could not produce it. There were no signs up in the area or nowhere in the lobby.Business center is part of amenities yet not at this Super 8.

Room was clean and maintained. My only complaint is the fitness center was not open. I had to use a nearby gym, which granted me a 3 day pass. The breakfast was ok just wish there was more carb friendly items. I am diabetic, so made it hard.
