Very happy to be here. Everyone was so helpful when in need. I don't speak french nor deutch hence I have to ask them nicely if they could answer in English. All good. Shopped happily. Went there during winter time (Christmas season) and so many sales going on. Went crazy for a bit but managed to get myself calm after one and a half hour in there. 😂

Great shopping mall with a cheap grocery store (LIDL) at the bottom and interesting but some expensive stores moving up. The highest floor is the fifth floor with an amazing bathroom, definitely worth checking out because the design & decorations are so pretty! There's also an additional bathroom on the lower floor levels.

They have a wide variety at good price and the coolest of window displays.

One of the best shopping experience in Bern. It's been around since 1881! From jewelry to clothing to kitchen utensils. Definitely worth a visit.

Great selection of clothing including Calvin Klein jeans which are hard to find.

at one point earlier this year, they had a flags outside the store that just said "profitieren", which was honestly pretty cringe.

I bought a shoes for my husband, and when I was asked if I needed a box, I said no. Then I backed home, and the shoes was too smaller to my husband. And I returned to Loeb, and the cassiers said I could not exchange or return it because there was not a box! they said it was a Loeb regulation. It was such a strange regulation, never met things like that before. So, we argued, and finally they allowed me to return and exhange to bigger shoes. Warning to all customers to bring the box when you buy a shoes from Loeb

I bought one tissot watch from the loeb watch store and it never worked for me!! Be careful when buying watches from this store of loeb!

The absolute BEST shopping experience at a department store I have ever had hands down!!! I didn't know shopping or even browsing could be so fun until I stumbled into Loeb :)) There is so much apparel and items of high quality at affordable price points at every price point. I'm not wealthy by any means but the discounts and amazing selection of goods made me feel like a queen haha. I found clothes that I look great in (organic cotton, stylish, made in europe!) without breaking the bank. It was amazing! And unlike some other department stores I've been to, it seems like Loeb actually caters to every age group! I've been to department stores in the US, Liberty London, Rinascente, coin, etc., and Loeb beats them all. Free wifi, amazingly clean restrooms, helpful staff, free arcade games in random places :)) I am in love with Loeb and I would honestly make a trip back to Bern just to shop again XD

So big department store and really complete with almost everything you need from cosmetics, clothes for most seasons, kitchenware, home decors, intimate apparel, few furnitures... there's a small cafe at the top serving healthy options, I forgot what floor was that.. few meters walk from the Bahnhof, so if you have a stop over for quite an hour, you can easily visit this place.
