They said 20 minutes, more like over 45 minutes. They put everything on it, but sauce and cheese! You don't know what pizza is. It's simple, a Good/Thick sauce on top of the dough. And a thick layer of Cheese on top! And lots of fixings between. It had lots of fixings (that's why you got a two). But NO Cheese on top! When you take a bit, the fixings go everywhere but your mouth. The cheese keeps the fixings in place. Next day, had a $2.99 slice of No Name pizza at a TA truck stop. It was much better than yours.

Ordered 2 ice cream cookies only received one and looks like the delivery guy dropped my pizza or took a really fast corner because all the cheese and topping were next to the crust

dude was high taking my order. could barely talk. they had to call back and correct him he messed up so bad.

I've eaten at Smitty's numerous of times in the Marietta location which is always good. A different story with the Belpre chain as the pizza comes out very doughy and seems the pizza needs to be cooked longer. If they fix this problem, they'll have a good pizza. All Smitty's are not created the same. The Marietta location is way better than the Belpre. I hope they compare and fix it because I think Smitty's is one of the best places in the area.

This place I do believe only has one delivery driver that is always stacked up with orders so if you want a pizza that is halfway cold then I suggest ordering from here but if you want 1 that is hot and still edible call Pizza Hut domino's or donatos they'll better serve you with hot food i only put up with it because i can't resist their pizza

Tried ordering a pizza at 6pm on a Sunday, and they told me they were not taking anymore orders because they were backed up and closing early.

They have a variety of food and ice cream that will serve best for any family member

My husband specifically ordered a certain sub (I heard the phone conversation) they never told him that they didn't make that kind of sub so when we went to pick it up we got a pizza with the sub ingredients instead which was twice the price of a sub! When asked the guy said oh that doesn't come in a sub, only pizza. That should've been said during the phone conversation when ordering. We waited 15 minutes and they had not even started our order but told us it would be ready in 20!

Love the salads and subs here. The ice cream cookies are the best!

Called to place an order. Phone rang for 5 minutes and no one answered. Waited 10 minutes and called back. Someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered jalapeño poppers ( which they literally microwave them ) , BBQ wings that are slimy and taste awful, and 3 large pizzas. It was $60 and probably the most gross food I’ve had in years. Talk about disappointing. I will NEVER order Smittys again.

Have always loved Smitty's, and order every time I'm in town visiting my Mother. Recently however, the quality of service, food, and delivery time have been lacking. Our most recent subs came with soggy bread, the order was incomplete, and I could barely understand the person who answered the phone. Seriously hoping this isn't an ongoing trend.

Ordered a large BLT pizza and a rib eye steak sub with no mushrooms. This is the 2nd consecutive order that wasn’t made as ordered. Sub had mushrooms. The pizza was over cooked, the bacon tasted terrible. Not worth $27. I showed up 10 minutes before my order was ready. Do not recommend

9/28/2021 Ordered spaghetti and garden salad and man was it delicious!! Very polite young man waited on me and food was pretty fast.

Great Pizzas and Sandwich's! 2 Pizzas and 1 Sandwich. We ordered online for pick-up. Our order consisted of 2 Pizzas, with one being thin crust with peperoni and the other thick crust with peperoni and sausage and a 12 inch Italian Hoagie. When I got home, both pizzas where thin crust. So our order was not completely correct. That is forgivable. Did I mention it was delicious? It was! This was Saturday night at 5:00 P.M. The pizza was enjoyed by all. The Italian Hoagie sandwich was shared as well. I am not going to take off for the non-thick crust pizza.

Went for ice cream... Ordered 2 large cones... They use small cones even for the large they just pile ice cream taller (which was part of the problem) they both fell off the cone ( then I seen the other part of the problem... The inside of the swirl top of ice cream was hollow... Everybody was telling me to go there for ice cream... Was very disappointed...

Stopped for ice cream, very good portion and cheaper than other choices in town

Over 2 hours for an order of 1 LG pizza and a cheese burger I called to check on my order and it still hadn't left the store! Completely unexcepable by all means! I canceled the order! Won't ever order again
