This is the best Taco Truck we have been to here in Texas! A small wait for fresh food I will take anyday!! The food has so much flavor, decent prices and don't hold back on their portions. You actually get Horchata and not just a cup of ice! Thanks guys for a great first impression 👍.

Cash only! But, worth the trouble. Ate half my plate before I remembered to get a photo. So good! The price cannot be beat for such a good sized serving and quality. The $1.50 upcharge for lemonade almost gave me pause, until I saw the huge cup and tasted the delicious beverage. 😋 It's worth it! I will definitely come here again.

Great tasting authentic street tacos!!! They are literally the best in the area and the customer service is great. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is their cash only policy, although I still give them my business it just annoys the hell out of me for them not being business savvy enough to get a credit card reader, that's just my two cents though. Other than that I highly recommend getting you some tacos here, don't forget the salsa to go with them!

The al pastor tacos are my absolute favorite. I love that they come with big chunks pineapple and grilled onions. I have tried the carne asada and it was not as exciting as the al pastor. Please don’t change the recipe. I have been coming here for four years straight and every time, it is just as good. I’ve never had a bad meal here.

Great tacos here. Me and the wife always try to make it out every couple weeks. Only downside is the wait, which is normally 30-45 minutes. I get it if they were busy, but the last couple times, they weren't. And we order the Compadres plate so it's not unique or anything. Def recommend, just don't have anything planned for a whole minute.

Best tacos outside of Mexico itself. Absolutely worth a try. We had the street tacos and quesadillas. My coworker said “these are fire.” I said “wow”, and the third said modestly “these are really good.”

Pretty good tacos. I ordered 2 Al Pastor & 1 Quesabirria taco. Was sad that my Quesabirria taco did not come with Consume.😭 They also accept Cashapp as a form of payment besides cash. Affordable.

My Favorite Taco place in Bell County. Barbacoa and Chorizo are a great combo for 10 Tacos and 2 Drinks we add cheese to all the tacos and still spend less than $20. Inexpensive and real food. Not processed tasteless food you get from food chains.

To many white people and American/ Mexican people reviewing this. It’s good, Authentic it’s not there. Maybe because I’ve had tacos from literally almost every state in the United States I just experienced so much more. Best way to describe it is Mexican/American style. So I was a little disappointed.

Absolutely awesome carne asada tacos. The red salsa and salsa verde were super super spicy which makes all the flavors meld in absolute harmony. The horchata was absolutely delicious as well. Delicious salsas that will leave you mouth with a tentative burn of delicious lingering flavors and spices. Seriously best taco truck for at least 100 miles I want to say.

Absolutely amazing tacos! If you like street tacos in general you must must come here. I tried the chicken fajita tacos and the Birria tacos, both were delicious. Literally will probably come back here once a week because they're that good! A must try for sure.

Great stop for a bite just off I-35 if you’re en route north or south. We sampled almost every taco on the menu as well as a small quesadilla and all were excellent. Fast, pleasant service too. Will definitely try to stop again on our next road trip.

I would give it 5 stars but they only take cash! At least CashApp or Venmo would suffice. When I do have cash and am in the area for some street tacos, I do like to come here.

This place seems to be trending down. A victim of their own success. They do have great tacos but they can't hanlde the volume of customers they now have. So, they run out of meats and so your options are less at times. We waited just short of an hour for our order, we then asked for it to go and when we got home, tacos were missing toppings. It used to be 5 stars in my opinion, now 4 because the food is still good. But not Likely to go waste an hour waiting for my food.

Really enjoy the food from the folks running this food truck! Our favorites are the chicken or suadero burritos. Always served with a generous side of caramelized onion and, on most visits, a charred green pepper. The red salsa is so good, I ask for red only! I suspect the green is great as well. I have friends with Mexican heritage that regularly drive from Waco for this authentic Mexican fare. The truck’s not much to look at, and it appears to have taken up permanent residence in Summer Fun’s parking lot which saves me from having to seek it out. If you’ve tried this food, you know and are already a regular. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and enjoy some authenticity. You, too, will be back!

Run, don't walk. These street tacos are no joke! I will be getting off the highway every time I drive through Belton now and grabbing as many Al Pastor tacos as I can from this joint. Cash is king here, so bring some crisp bills

AMAZING TACOS..I almost don't want to share because of how good they were. Tacos were $1.75 and are cash only. They had a few other items, but really you should come here for the tacos. These were some of the best we've ever had. Staff were also welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend, and will return anytime I'm in the area.

It's all true! The tacos here are BETTER easily than any "sit down" Mexi restaurant I've tried in Temple/Belton. The Al Pastor and Barbaqua are my favs. Cash only but worth the trip to the ATM and from anywhere in the area. You can visit the park behind it (puppy park available!) to eat or watch the kiddoes at far away water park if it's summer

Always delicious street tacos. When I am near Belton TX this is always a stop. Good tacos in the Northeast on the West Coast in Colorado even.. however, these are the best I've ever had anywhere for decades now. Love the directions.

Love the food my daughter loves the tortas. They always have a smile when they take your order. It's a food truck so I always pick food up and take it home so can't rate the atmosphere but overall great food.

This is the best taco truck in all of Central Tx. Their Al Pastor tacos are #1, their lemonade is super delicious, and they've recently upgraded their menu with more items. The ambience is great. I love the fact that theres an awning with tables underneath right in front of the truck. If you're ever looking for that taco that's going to fulfill your craving this is the spot.

We placed a large order for 8 coworkers. Many times ordering for a large group to-go, something goes wrong. Not here though! Our order was accurate. The meals were individually wrapped and tagged with the correct persons' names. The food and the service were fantastic leading to a perfect experience! Thank you Los Compadres Street Tacos Team!
