I was serviced by Jon #1 My overall experience at the spa was pleasant however communication could be better, salon could use a good clean, restroom was fair, a lot of gel polish/dip/acrylic to choose from and I love my nails although they could be thicker for longevity Jon is great at what he does my design came out perfect better than expected plus they have the best acrylic I’ve seen thus far. Jon could also work on friendliness,

I will not be returning to this nail salon! For starts I have went to this shop on three separate occasions as I am new to the belton area and this nail salon is literally two minutes from my house and all four occasions their customer service has been terrible! Generally when you walk through the door an employee will greet you and ask what services you want, all three times I was never greeted and literally had to walk up to an employee and ask them if they were able to do a service…… aside from them not greeting me, the first time I went into the place which was at 630ish after not being greeted I ask the man closes to the door if they took walk ins as I was looking to get a mani pedi done, without even looking up and truly acknowledging me he said they closed at 730 and to come back tomorrow. Ok whatever I went back the next morning and they did a decent job but still the greeting/acknowledgment wasn’t there. On the third occasion I went, same thing; no greeting and I asked for a brow wax. Now the lady who does the waxing was with a customer and they said it will be a few minutes, which was fine but I was there damn near an hour! Now let’s back up here… when I went to this shop the second time I saw a two women (white women, yes that is important to the story from MY perspective) come in and get their brows waxed while this same lady was already with a customer and she took a break from doing nails to wax the other women’s brow which takes all about 3 minutes then return to doing nails yet I had to wait an hour…. Humm I have a thought why. My fourth and LAST time ever stepping foot into this place I went in for a mani pedi and AGAIN no welcoming and another women (she was white as well!) walked in about 10 seconds later and was greeted and ask what they could help her with today. At that point I’m like no!! I will not spend my money for your services and tip (because I ALWAYS tip) when I am not even acknowledged! So fyi I’m pretty sure there is some prejudice acts going on here.

They greeted just like any other nail place, pick a color, be right with you, etc. so picked a color and waited…. Waited…. And waited… 50 min later… she responds I’ll be with you in a few… 10 min later…. I left. I know i should have stayed since I put in the time but I’m not givin my money to the business.

I’ve never had a bad experience here before, but this time I did. Very happy with the pedicure, but received infection on two fingers (one each hand) after the manicure. My fingers have been sore for a week and I have pus pockets that are visible under the skin on side of my nails. I never post negative comments but hope this helps the business in making sure their utensils are sterilized.

I have been going for a few years, and matter what design I bring to them they always do their best to deliver and I have not been disappointed yet.!

Everyone is very nice here, and they did a very good job on my nails. It didn’t take long at all either! I will be seeing them from now on!

My nails are perfect every time!! The shape, length, and durability are exactly what I need. I recently decided to switch up my nail salon, and this one has officially won me over!
