Once the ambulance listen to her heart ( which the nurse on staff should have done) the hospital finally did a EKG, which they should have done b4 me having to call the ambulance

If I could have picked no stars and been able to write this review, I definitely would have done so. I have never experienced such uncaring and rude staff in the ER in my life. From previous experiences which were just as awful, I would never go to this Hospital nor recommend it to anyone. The only thing I would really trust them with is maybe a broken bone, which is very iffy, or a couple of stitches. Which is exactly what put me there today. But sadly, even with something so simple they managed to box that as well. I have had misdiagnosis from this hospital that other Hospital physicians have actually laughed at in disbelief. I would definitely not recommend for anyone to go there I wouldn't even take an animal there for help. This is not me just being frustrated with the treatment that we just received it is absolute truth. Definitely do not take a loved one or anyone you know or yourself to this Hospital if you're looking for compassion, caring, and attentive knowledgeable staff, or to save someone's life. You will not get this from this facility.

Everything was fine until I saw the doctor. The doctor spent no time examining me and did not take my injuries seriously. I felt like my concerns were disregarded. I saw the doctor for a maximum of 2 minutes where she said asked if my knee was always off to the side like that and if I wanted an xray. I asked if it will help. She said not really. She said I can't order you an MRI. That was it. I have a bill for over $500 for two minutes of terrible service and no medical advice. She diagnosed me with a sprain with poking my knee twice.

My experience did not deserve even one star. I had an adverse reaction to my medication. They did not keep watch of any of my vitals...let alone ever check them. They never came in to even check on me until time to leave. I had arrived by ambulance and had no ride home. When I inquired about maybe an uber ride or something because I had no card or phone...nothing on me. They said we can but it will take at least 7 hours. I said I guess I will have to wait then. They said well I guess we will order one, but would it be under 7 hours if you were to walk home. I am dehydrated, naseous, and feeling very dizzy. I thankfully seen a visitor leaving and he kindly drove me home. Got home still sick the next day. Ended up going to another ER, and they admitted me. My body was tired and wore out. Not impressed. This has happen before with me at this ER. I will not be giving them a third time with life.

I would love to give a good rating as a whole. And I rate the doctors that cared for my son a 5, nursing staff on 2nd floor, a 0. What happen to caring for patients. Instead of acting like it's major inconvenience. Need training on compassion

Unfortunately, I have had to visit this ER a few times. Fortunately, this is who i want to take care of me in an emergency! All the nurses who work here are angels. Every single nurse who cared for me or I have come in any contact with have always been great! They are super kind, understanding and calming, and they go above and beyond. I'd like to say a personal "thank you" to Nurse Practitioner Ariana for doing all of the above for my anxious self! Most of the doctors have been wonderful and kind as well. We have always been lucky to be there during shift change so we have gotten the unique privilege to see twice the doctors a patient usually would. But most of them have listened, explained what they are doing and thinking, and checked back in the room often. They also did their very best to get rid of or "take care" of the symptoms that brought us there. There was no wait, but our visits are usually late at night around 3am.

I recently had to use Belton Regional ER, I appreciate the doctor and nurses quickly performing the necessary test. I don't appreciate having to sit in the hallway on a stretcher for over 3 hours. I noticed other patients being brought in the ER after me taken into rooms. Unless I think I am dying I doubt I come back.

Total knee replacement surgery. They were unable to get my medication at a therapeutic level ((mostly because they never tried), (on the third and last day they adjusted the dosage to an acceptable level)), let alone on time. I had to wait as long as 45 minutes after the scheduled time for medication administration. One nurse was antagonistic and tried to ignite my anxiety. It was like being locked in the the twilight zone with no way out. I wanted to go to the ER for fear that my femur was shattered due to the uncontrolled pain, They refused my request. They showed no interest, nor concern for me or my condition. They did not sufficiently treat the asthma attack that I developed after surgery, and showed no concern for my inability to breathe deeply. It ended up lasting over a week, before I was able to effectively get it under control. The first night I was there, I called my insurance company and explained what I was experiencing and that I wanted to go home but that they would not give me a doctors release. My insurance company stated that the treatment I was receiving was unacceptable and that they would send a car for me if I needed a ride home. They assured me that the bill would be paid for services rendered. At that point it was shift change and I received a nurse who was compassionate and genuinely concerned with my well being. She even gave me my medication on time! She was supposed to be back the following night, but when I gave her compliments to her superiors, she was removed from my care and I never saw her again. She was replaced with a snarky antagonist. It wasn’t until I called for outside intervention that they started taking my care seriously enough to get my pain under control. This was on my last day there. I can’t speak for everyone, but there seems to be an unhealthy disconnect between staff and patients. Food service gets 5 Stars as well as one nighttime nurse named Katie. I am certain that there are competent, caring, professional people who are sprinkled throughout this hospital. But overall I am disappointed in the experience I had during my unfortunate stay at Belton Regional Medical Center.

This was an efficient and pleasant place to be. I went for labs the day before out patient surgery. And was treated with respect and not pushed thru. And on day of surgery had an easy time getting ready. Explanations of why and what was going to happen. And when I came to, was checked on and sent home with very clear instructions. And to top it off then a phone call at home a couple days later. I am so glad I got to have my procedure here. Thank you!!!!

If you got the choice…run. When I was a kid they misdiagnosed and missed a broken bone. My mother had the wrong foot operated on there. My father lost use of his arm due to mistakes made in rehab and surgery there. Every friend I’ve had that’s gone there has been misdiagnosed. Most recently went in with my pregnant wife complaining of possible labor pains. We were told she had an infection, sent home with some meds and told to call the OB. Turns out they messed up, she was in preterm labor and now we’re delivering at 22 weeks with small chances of survival because they missed her dilation. We will never visit this place again, they’re completely incompetent and have been for years. As an update - our daughter was born and unfortunately passed shortly after her birth. Every other health care professional was SHOCKED that they didn’t do a pelvic exam and concluded that my wife wasn’t in labor and wasn’t dilated. Not one but no less than 5 other doctors confirmed that there was no way she couldn’t have been dilated and presented her symptoms. To add salt to the wound they sent us a bill and kept calling to try and have her come back for follow ups. Thanks to Belton Regional we now have to bring our child home in an urn. Do not go here.

I had surgery at Belton Regional Medical Center last week. I cannot say enough good things about the staff there. They were extremely helpful and kind and made me feel comfortable during what could have been a very stressful time. With the exception of a snafu with the Dr's office requesting approval from my insurance company -- which was thankfully resolved at the last minute -- everything happened very smoothly. Even when the surgery went longer than expected and I needed to spend a night in the hospital, the staff made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you!

Went to see if I could tell them that I am literally scared for my moms life. The nurse or whatever she was she has a high ponytail on top of her forehead and she's blonde said ill be right back then she kept yelling over me to the next room just acted like she didn't care. My mom has epilepsy and liver problems.

From start to finish my procedure was seamless and comfortable. I was able to pre-register which cut my check in time down and allowed for me to have more time to talk with my provider about the procedure. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and I really would recommend Belton Regional to anyone who wants a local and comfortable experience.

All the nurses, cna’s, Dr.s and the whole staff including the cleaning ladies were top-notch in all aspects. The care, their compassion, knowledge of their job, every person was so committed to me and my needs. Sometimes I was reduced to tears because I could have died from this. I am so thankful for all that BRMC did for me and continues to do in the post-op. I have another surgery coming but have full confidence that I will pull through with flying colors with the staff in charge. Again I cannot say enough good things about everyone there. Even the food was excellent. Kinda surprising eh? It’s all true. Everything was amazingly good. That’s hard to find in our world today. Very refreshing to know caring people still exist. They do here in Belton. Thank you Thank you Thank you ❤️

I volunteer here twice a week (Monday and Wednesdays). I am in the Surgery Waiting room. I am always very busy. I help people with getting information on their families in surgeries. I prepare surgery and GI packages that are used by the doctors and nurses.

The medical caregivers at Belton Regional Medical Center gave me the best of care and I'm grateful for them. They also took time to speak with my husband and help keep him reassured all would be well, when a medical emergency required I be admitted for surgery. Very kind, skilled, calm people who know how to treat body and soul.

By far one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. I went into the ER after being sick for 4 days. They did a CT scan and apparently what I have learned now the ER doctor was unable to read CT. I was sent how in the same condition I came in and referred to a general surgeon for gallstones. The next morning I went straight to the referred surgeon and when he reviewed CT he was shocked that I was not immediately admitted the night before. His exact words “you are very sick”. After being admitted I found out I needed emergency surgery to remove gallbladder also had ulcers. The next part to this is I was sent flowers Friday the 3rd and the flowers were never brought to my room. I didn’t even know someone sent flowers until I was released and the person reached out. When I called hospital to ask about these flowers 2 days after being released I was told they didn’t know why no one brought them to my room. The final straw to all this is that they gave my room number to a complete stranger who verified none of my information. I have filed 3 complaints against Belton at this point and I don’t wish this care on anyone. Belton shows that there are not many doctors or nurses left that care about patients and they care about our voice.

I was there for 12 frightening days but every staff member from doctors, nurses, cleaning staff, all did their utmost to help me feel comfortable and less afraid. Top notch employees throughout and although I hope I never need you all again I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Belton Regional.

They were wonderful. I went to the emergency room at 6 AM having breathing problems. They took excellent care of me. All of the doctors and nurses were very professional and kind and wonderful. Excellent experience considering I was so very ill. Thank you to Belton regional emergency room doctors and nurses.

I had the best experience of any hospital I've ever had to go to at this hospital. They were kind, informative, thorough, and quick. Even my stay was filled with great patient advocates, and nursing staff. I wish they had more equipment so I wouldn't have to be transferred to another hospital for some scans for care. Which is the only reason I have to find a new ER to use.

Currently in the ER going on hour 6!! The staff is nice but they are WAY understaffed to be running a successful ER. We are here for potential gallbladder issues. She has been laying in a hall bed the entire time. Please get more than 1 doctor to run an ER shift. This is ridiculous

Would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I would actually personally take time out of my day to warn people to go to any other hospital. If It was life or death I’d rather die than go here ever again.

Lady got my info mixed up with others & I was supposed to be the second one on the list. After I waited for over an hour I asked what was going on. The lady finally found me & said I got you mixed up with the newer ones but you will b next. I made sure to request a copy of the results be sent to me. I needed to go to the bathroom so they missed me again. I waited at least an hour and a half before getting my blood drawn. The lady drawing it was very nice. I asked her to please have my results sent to my home. I have never received my copy of the results. I guess I had better call my doctor to be sure they got them as well.

I attend the clinic there where I got excellent treatment from Cassandra Brewster MD and team. Every department was courteous and professional as well as quick. The facility is very clean. Today I took my mom up to the ER where it was much of the same. I’d always come here and I am thankful they took such good care of my mother today.

Took mom for lumpectomy..... Nurse Tracy, Dr. Rooney, and all surgical staff were very polite, helpful, professional. To these people (and others) who put up with so much and still manage to be courteous to others is greatly appreciated. They see others at their most vulnerable and help them through.... GREAT JOB, THANK YOU!!

The ICU floor and the emergency room has an amazing staff. They showed professionalism and genuinely cared about their patient. My experience from the ER to my discharge was great. Belton Regional Medical Center took real good care of me.

From the beginning of registration to being discharged, everything was handled efficiently and quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful, concerned for my comfort. Each step was explained by each nurse or doctor who attended. The procedure started on time with no complications, and I left very impressed with the professionalism of the hospital staff.

I would like to express my greatest gratitude to Belton Regional Hospital and all it's staff. I came in the ER with an infection and was later admitted. I had to stay 4 days and 3 nights. The staff went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations! All the nurses were friendly and attentive. A special thank you to nurses Joey and Shelby and housekeeper Kim. I am forever grateful for your kindness!!

My experience at Belton Regional was very good. I had a severely sprained ankle. They brought the x-ray machine right to me, examined my ankle and deduced that it was severely sprained, they wrapped it and put a boot on me. All in all my experience was very good. The doctor was knowledgeable about my condition and very kind. Everyone was very kind and efficient. My experience was very good.

My husband was in Belton Regional May 18, 19. My husbands stay (in his words) was terrific. Everyone, from the ER to all on the second floor were very accommodation and helpful. Food was great as was all the staff that came to the room. All procedure staff and personnel were very helpful in explaining what was going to happen during the test. I really appreciated that. I will not hesitate to go back to Belton Regional if the opportunity is needed.

I came into the ER to get treated for a really painful kidney stone. My providers (Anessa, Kasey, Dr. Johnson, and the other providers working with them() were wonderful. They admitted me and got the problem solved in no time. Not only was it fast, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The team who did my surgery was top notch and I will never hesitate to come back for any other needs!

I Have A Good Experience At The 'Belton Regional Hospital,' Each Time, That I Need Any Tests Done! My Mammograms, Always Go Smoothly, With The Technician, Katee, Who Is Most Qualified At Doing Her Job! The Women, Who Does The Cat Scans, Are Also Very Qualified At Their Jobs! Yesterday, I Had An Ultrasound, Done By Lisa, That Went Very Well! I Don't Think, That Anyone Could Ask For Any Better Technicians, Or Doctor's, Than The Medical Staff At This Hospital!!!
