This was my first time visiting this park. The grounds were well kept. I visited specifically to watch the Chicago Flyers who were out flying their kites. It was awesome! One of the guys invited me to cross the caution tape so that I could get a better angle with my camera. He then invited me to fly his HQ Symphony 2.2 beach kite. It was so much fun, I think I'm going to buy one of my own. Prairie Fields is a perfect place for flying a kite. Or 100 kites!

Enough space for anything you need - on this occasion, a kite festival! Very lovely time, thank you!

It's peaceful and quiet, not real crowded. I enjoy going for walks and bike rides at Prairie Fields.

Good Soccer and Baseball Diamond's. Bring your own lawn chair for the Soccer. Some Bleachers are available for the Baseball. A small playground for the little ones.

I go here to walk around the park in it's entirety. It leaves me feeling refreshed and accomplished even to a small extent. Can't wait to go again.

Great sports park. Can't wait to it to be expanded. Nice path to ride, run, jog or walk on. Two great playgrounds. Soccer fields. Restrooms.

Great location to walk on their walking path. I enjoy doing 5 to 10 miles a day there.

What blessing it is for young & old with play grounds throughout for our young children as well as sports fields geared for summer and winter!
