Seating arrangement is very poor, I have purchased 3 tickets paying 367 rupees, that was for Gold Ticket but they said you came late so you have to seat in this row (silver ticket line), my experience in this cinema was very poor, you should improve it.

The way they collect fare is not good. Food coupon is total waste of money, which is compulsory added on ticket price. Otherwise theatre experience is fine.

Wrost experience with Ratan Talkies. Total money waste. Almost 10times, power suplly offed during the movie. And screen was also just on off position.

The place was beautiful and safe for everyone.. Environment of Theater was terrific and indor interior was marvellous.. But the timing for releasing movie in theater was too late.. every big movie release 1 week later after the all india release.
