Mark and Mark are very knowledgeable with everything from the wiring/electrical needs to educating us as to the maintenance of our new hot tub. Hot Springs Hot Tubs are the best Hot Tubs made and Hot Springs Hot Tub of Bemidji offer the best service available. This is our second Hot Springs Hot Tub. Our first one lasted over 20 years. We purchased our second hot tub about two years ago and went with the salt water system, it was the best decision we ever made. Our new hot tub has very little maintenance to keep the chemicals in balance. Last March during one of our snow storms we had a few power surge. We didn’t realize that it tripped our hot tub circuit breaker. Our water heater froze and water was leaking out fast. Their service team drove to Grand Rapids and replaced the water heater under warranty. I was only charged a minimal transportation fee. We have owned an older spa for quite a few years and have admired the Hot Spring Spa's for a long time. Marc G., Mark R., and Mark M. provided outstanding service and support as we upgraded to a 2019 Grandee with the nickle finish. We have been very impressed with the whole team as they guided us through the salt system, water setup, and details around getting the hot tub installed properly. We absolutely love our new hot tub as it is night and day better that our old one! I would not hesitate to work with and deal with the team here in Bemidji, they have been nothing but fantastic.

Bought a 4 person hot tub from these guys out of Fargo ND for our rural home. 5 years later we moved north of Bemidji MN and we hired them to move our hot tub here. Our tub still looks like new and not once have a had a problem. Delivery was fast both places,they also took care of the electrical in ND. Mark has always been very personal and informative, the delivery guys are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable. Looking into getting a inferred sauna from them now, all about health and age now.

Mark was able to point me to the right hot tub that met everything we were looking for. Amazing service from when I first walked in the door, through the set up. Had a couple minor issues with the tub. Mark was able to identify the issue from a simple photo and was able to let me know what i needed to do to fix the issue. Mark has answered multiple questions about chemical needs and walked me through what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable and helpful crew. Would recomend talking to Mark if you're looking for a hot tub.
