    That's where the thief's and crack heads live. Poor management. Police are always there. Would never recommend anyone to live there. I wouldn't event let a rat live in them dumps. If it was me I would tare them down. Make a new place for veterans to live.

    Sketchy characters all over, vandalism, but inside of the buildings aren't terrible.
