This is our first time visiting a Caribou coffee. We were helped by Linda- who was extremely helpful and friendly and offered recommendations as well as explained things on the menu for us. Inside the shop is comfortable- they have plenty of indoor seating. There’s even a cozy fire place inside. We ordered two hot medium caramel high rises from here. Delicious. I hope during our road trip we can visit more Caribou Coffees to try different flavors. We’ll miss being helped by Linda though :) ☕️

First time had Caribou Coffee here, and oh my god, it was amazing. My boyfriend took me here to try their stuff and it is as amazing as Starbucks. Their drinks are made amazingly. Service was great too!

Ordered a mocha coffee and it came luke warm and tasted nothing like the other mocha coffees I've ordered here before. It tastes like old microwaved coffee. I already had driven away, otherwise I would've went in and asked for a new one. Very disappointing after how much it costs. Plus, I was the only customer in their drive thru so it's not like they were that busy.

Very yummy breakfast options. My favorite is the egg soufflé. Drinks are also very good. Lots of hot, cold, coffee, teas, and more. Used the drive through which was fast and friendly.

Clean restoom and dining area, accessible parking, and friendly staff.

Great coffee and chai. Wait was extremely long due to large amount of customers.

What can I say it's really good coffee ☕and we all need coffee

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! my family and I frequented this location often, we've typically been semi satisfied with the service (more times than none employees are rude) ... but we still didn't hesitate. We are loyalty members and loooove our coffee. .... buuut when I last visited a few days ago, the girl who took my order was way beyond rude. She had a very sour attitude and kept cutting me off before i could finish my order! She seemed to be upset about something, or maybe just having a bad day. But this is no reason to take it out on your customers, this was very unpleasant, makes a person not want to visit there.

My favorite place for an afternoon pick-me-up! Nothing better than settling in with a mocha and a friend to catch up in a comfy, cozy chair.

Arrived first thing this morning and ordered our favorite nitro made with heavy whipping cream...... it was made PERFECT today!!!!!! So yummy! Service was super friendly!

As with so many places, they make the drive thru the priority. Too bad. I stood in like with anither customer and we were both ignored for multiple minutes. I walked out and took my money elsewhere.

Never had "food" from Caribou But the Coffee is always amazing ☕ plus I like the chocolate Coffee beans😜

Expensive? Yes. Slow? Also yes. But still the best coffee in the region. Don't bother ordering ahead, no one will care you're ok a hurry! The last hold out in a failing strip mall, enjoy(?) while you can!

Great place for a cup of coffee and some friendship.
