A
one
star
is
too
high
of
a
rating.
Booked
room
months
in
advance
through
booking
company.
Called
the
hotel
3
weeks
prior
to
reservation
to
confirm.
Was
told
everything
was
great.
Got
to
the
hotel
on
designated
day.
Check
in
is
after
3pm...arrived
at
6:30pm.
Told
my
room
was
not
available
come
back
in
30
min.
I
did
come
back
in
30
min
to
hear,
it
was
not
ready
and
would
not
be
ready
since
it
had
a
bunch
of
broken
stuff
in
it.
Was
offered
a
room
with
one
bed
instead
of
the
two
I
paid
for.
Asked
for
a
refund,
was
told
to
get
it
from
the
booking
agent.
Hotel
hung
up
on
booking
agent
and
then
refused
to
refund
me...since
they
don't
give
refunds.
Unprofessional,
terrible
customer
service.
The
hotel
should
have
called
the
booking
agent
to
cancel
my
reservation
when
they
realized
they
couldn't
accommodate
me.
Horrible
experience.
