Night staff person is amazingly helpful. Day staff is extremely rude even to top tier members. The hot tub hardly functions and the pool looks like it's growing something on the bottom and sides of it. The breakfast is decent. Not worth 135 a night by far. The entire area has hotel prices of a large city and you can't even visit a gas station past ten pm here unless you want a hold on your card from using it at a pump ๐Ÿ˜’ I'm here for work and these hotel expenses are more than my per diem!!!

We had a large party staying for a wedding. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was open late (10am) and the pool until (11pm). The hot tub was surprisingly hot and my kids want to go back :) Thank you for making our family memories so memorable.

Started off great, Cassie greeted us at close to midnight after a long day and was very friendly. She even let us hang out in the hot tub a couple of minutes past closing time after our late arrival. The next day, the staff attitude took a rough turn. Most hotels Iโ€™ve stayed will allow guests a grace period or a little later checkout. Not here, the lady is by the book and told us 11 is the latest because they are booked for tonight and filling up fast. When we left, the parking lot was empty. No new guests were here. Itโ€™s sad when you blow $200 on an average room and a urine filled hot tub and the staff doesnโ€™t have the courtesy to allow you a few extra minutes to get ready after a late arrival. Would not recommend. Will go back to the usual Hampton or Doubletree across town next time weโ€™re in town.

First checked in put us in a room that wasn't cleaned at all, the new room they put us in there was food in my suppose to be clean bed, i took it down to the front desk and they didnt csre. Thd guy at counter was rude and he really didn't care about anything, i was then told i had to pay for my servrce dog, which is a NO. then the fire alarm went off at 4,:44am for no reason,, FOR OVER 45 MINUTES. Very very bad experience and very not clean rooms management should have refunded our room or made it right some other way!

Staff were nice, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was alright. There were cookies at the front desk at check-in and there was also a sign saying that from 5:00-7:00pm they have complimentary pulled pork & buns for all guests. It smelled very good. There is not an elevator. If you are unable to do stairs or carry your luggage upstairs, definitely note that on your reservation. Good location near Hobby Lobby. The Mexican restaurant next door was amazing fyi.

Rooms are SPOTLESS. Entry is beautiful and clean! The owners and staff take great care of this hidden gem! The flowers at the front are a welcoming touch and the parking lots are great if you have a trailer, also well lit. Icing on the cake? Their rooms actually have padding under the carpet, not all hotels do. Kudos to you guys, we appreciate you!!!

Cheaper than most of the other hotels in the area, but you won't be getting much rest here. Biggest complaint is that the windows are not insulated for sound or temperature. Expect condensation build up and to hear every single thing that happens outside. And you'll hear your neighbors and anyone outside your door. Other than that, room was mostly clean, bed was pretty comfortable, and you're in the middle of downtown Bemidji.

Nice and clean, quiet. Decent queen beds and a fairy spacious room. Toilet/tub area is a lil small but good hot water.

I have never been to a hotel with such accommodating and hospitable staff. I have stayed here two times now and will always stay here when I travel to Bemidji. With our last visit, our group needed to leave at 5:30 a.m. Breakfast is normally served starting at 6:00 a.m. They opened breakfast an hour early for us. The free breakfast was outstanding with both regular items but also sausage, eggs, and waffles.

Very pleasant overall; clean, fresh smelling and roomy space in our room, fresh coffee even in later hours, warm & fresh breakfast, and friendly staff eager to assist.

A nice hotel, an average king room. Closer to the west park on town. Quick and easy to the college. A full complimentary breakfast available. We didn't use the pool area, so no comments.

This is a really great hotel! Clean rooms, the property is well-maintained and modern. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety. Bonus of having pulled pork available in the evenings!

The only complaint we had about the hotel was the breakfast eggs and the room when we first got there smelled musky/damp and it felt like our carpet was clean and still wet. We like to have a good protein based breakfast and these eggs were clearly fake eggs. Not good! We would stay here again tho. The park and walking paths were a nice added bonus as we were traveling with our dog. They are pet friendly which is really nice and convenient.

Friend had reserved a room with the points that he earned. He told the day Manager (a man) that we would be very late and be arriving early in the morning. Friend was told no problem by the day Manager. We didn't get to the hotel until 4:30-5:00AM. The Night Manager/Auditor (a young woman), different from the Manager my friend spoke to, decided to declare my friend and I a no show and gave the room to someone else. She said we could have a different room but would have to pay another $150+ to get it. The reserved room should have been his/our room until checkout since the points were redeemed and non-refundable. The friend, at the very least, should have gotten his points back.

I am homeless and was told that I could no longer stay there, on my birthday, with no other reason than I was talking to a person I recognized from the town I used to live in. Got accused of having him stay in my room with me. The GM accused me of drug activity because it was my payday and I had my friends come give me a ride a couple of times that day and invited them to come in and visit me in my room. The staff is really too quick to assume and and treat assumptions as facts.

Staff at check in went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had to get a last second hotel unexpectedly. No questions asked. Quick and easy. Hottub was hot and used minimal chemicals. Pool was not too chilly, just right. Love Adult swim hour 11-12. Breakfast was amazingly stocked with waffles sausage eggs. Fridge has cheese yogurt milk. Tons of pastries bagels ect. Appreciate the assortment of various herbal teas in lobby. Extra chicken noodle soup 5-7pm provided (for hunting season up north) . Theres public laundry available if needed. Vending machines. Note: disability access: 2nd level, not accessible, no elevator here. Ps as someone with severe allergies to soap and detergent. These bedsheets did not agitate my mast cells. They use safe clean products here.

Nicely located right by everything. Rooms were nice and clean. The only downside is if your needing a bar to get out of the shower they have one but it turns super slick when showering cause it's not built for getting wet.

Clean and quiet. Perkins is right next to it, which was nice for a 9pm dinner. Full continental breakfast and friendly staff. Large room. Not the most comfortable bed, but could be a preference thing for me. 5 pillows on the king bed. Only issue was that the room felt really damp. It was too cold to blast the AC to remedy this, but not bad enough to complain.

Other than the fact the desk would not give us an extra ONE hour to check out on Monday morning because the restaurant across from them was very slow, the accommodations are good. Weโ€™re Premier Wyndham members and have never encountered a deny to an hour extension at any Wyndham, or other hotel for that matter. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ Room clean. King bed comfortable. TV somewhat small for distances in room.
