The BEST Indian Restaurant on the Coast! The food was fabulous, especially the Tikka Masala. The Okra was super tasty and I highly recommend the Crispy Chilli Beef off the Chinese menu! The staff were all so friendly and there were some great 80s tunes playing!! You just go here

The dinner was incredible, the phal was so spicy, the sizzling meat dish was a showstopper. The Lassi was delicious and fresh and sweet! We loved every single drop of food and drink we had. A beautiful atmosphere, an exceptional staff, and a perfect dining experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent Indian cuisine, best we've had on the entire Costa del Sol these past 7 years here. Small portions and pricier than usual for Spain but very well-executed menu. Excellent attention by Spanish waiter Miguel. While we rarely order desserts, he made spot-on recommendations for everyone in our party. Will come again. BTW, the same owners operate Lemon Grass, (Asian Fusion) just down the street.

Their Indian food is consistently good and the best I have had the pleasure of sampling on the coast after Khans (temporarily closed) and Mumtaz in Puerto Banus. I do find it slightly odd that no poppadoms are offered as a complimentary snack as most Indian venues do however I’m just nit picking. They have introduced a Chinese offering on their menu which we decided to try and would not recommend it. We sampled a vermicelli noodle chicken dish which was not good I’m afraid. The noodles had been cut up which was a shame and the flavour was not like any Chinese noodle dish I every tried. We will not be trying their Chinese menu again however will always come back for their Indian.

A very pleasant surprise, the taste was really very good, one of the best we have had so far, varied flavours, sufficient size portions, service of Sid and his colleague was great. We will definitely come back.

Great offer also with vegan organic options. Nice personal, restaurant is in the heart of Benahavis.

The food was very very good (!). Typical Indian taste which you have never eaten before. Also thanks for the very good service, that makes the evening complete. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. We see you next time.

Sadly I forgot to take any pictures. Sadly I found Indian Spice lacked a good Indians natural spice. The service was great but the curries were below average, you could taste the curry powder which wasn’t the best. The onion bhaji’s were very tasty tho.

For years one of our favourites at the Costa del Sol. By far the best Indian restaurant we’ve ever experienced. Excellent food, the best service, very nice and helpful staff. Must do in Benahavis. Can only recommend this restaurant.

Great place to spend time with the family! Staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, we got hot plates and the table was beautifully laid.

Poor food and very expensive. Really disappointing actually as others have said this place is quite good. Food was bland and lacked any form of spice which I would have thought is difficult to do. There are far better Indian restaurants out there. In response to the owners comments I appreciate prices have gone up but that has nothing to do with your foods complete lack of flavour.

We have lived in the area for 6 years and our usual choice of Indian restaurant is the Masala in Benavista, we decided to try Indian spice for the first time under recommendation of a friend another resident. Wow we were not disappointed the staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive especially Sonny who had time for a small chat. The food was excellent I asked for the chicken madras to be extra spicy and it didn’t disappoint it was exactly how I like it. In fact all the food was good. The portion sizes were good we shared 1 rice between 2 of us and didn’t finish it all. The Service was very good even though they were extremely busy. The owner made sure everyone was catered for. The price was very good for the quality of the food. We will certainly return…

Our first visit to this restaurant & we were not disappointed. The grilled Tandoori Languistine prawns & chicken were excellent as was the rice & garlic Nan breads! Local residents are lucky to have this restaurant. Visited as a party of 6 and all enjoyed our meal. Service was excellent and very friendly. Recommend sharing a portion of Gobi manchurian as a starter. Will definitely be back.

We have just had the most amazing meal. Served by Sid who was wonderfully hospitable. I ordered king prawns and they were the biggest king prawns in an Indian restaurant I’ve ever had - so delicious. Highly recommend the cauliflower starter which is to die for!
