We went right before they closed but they let us walk through. I am so happy to find this little gem!! I have been to many many military museums but this one will give them all a run for their money. Very much enjoyed it.

We found this place for a Memorial Day field trip, but will definitely go back anytime. It was much bigger than we were expecting, and the volunteer staff were very engaging. They're at a new location in a mall. We enjoyed doing the scavenger hunt, a worksheet to find artifacts with clues that lets you learn about real stories of real people while searching through the exhibits. Very thorough, well done to be interesting and respectful to the content

Awesome little museum. You can actually hold some of the weapons. It has very good displays, don't let its little size fool you. It's worth a visit and well worth the small admission fee.

Great place to come to learn so much . The employees were extremely nice and had our boys do a scavenger hunt and we had so much fun finding all the clues and reading about all the men and woman that served . Highly recommend coming here and will definitely be back soon here again .

Really, really neat military museum at this indistinct mall in West Fort Worth. I live just a few miles away and didn't even know it was here until my kids and I went to the mall for shoes. The gal at the entrance was super friendly. I wish I got her name. There are exhibits from WWI thru the Gulf. The attention to detail is impressive. The WWI trench set up is super cool, and very we'll done. Every Military service is represented. There's even a mock room of a WWII German garrison. There's an actual F-111 cockpit with open canopy. An 8 cylinder aircraft engine is on full display. My kids loved the machine guns, bazookas, and grenades that they could pick up and hold. I don't know how this museum doesn't get more exposure. But if you are military, like history, or have kids, this is a must see.

It was neat to walk through. At the end I got to looking through the books they had and when I looked towards the door, they were waiting on us to close up. I felt bad but thought it was nice of them at the same time.

Dude was cool and told us about history of Camp Bowie, lots of cool sets, only complaint would be the sound from the mall was a bit loud but other than that was a good experience, worth the visit

I took my two sons to the museum on February 23, 2023, as we are a homeschool family and the history lessons being studied right now revolve around WWII. All of us were excited as we drove to the museum talking about that time period and wondering what they would have inside the museum. Imagine our surprise as we were turned away at the door almost a full three hours before the posted closing time. I was told by one of the two men sitting at the desk playing on their phones that it was a "soft" close as they weren't selling anymore tickets for the day. When I asked why since the sign on the wall said that they did not close until five, the young man started stuttering and looking at the older man for help. None came from the older man, as he never spoke nor acknowledged our presence in any way. I know we live in a calloused world, and I have come to expect poor service and rude employees as the norm, but I expected more from a place honoring the men and women who have fought for our freedoms. It is a sad commentary on our deteriorated society. The youth for today, as a whole, have no pride of nation. One of the places that could help to educate them apparently doesn't as well.

Spent over an hour there with two 10 year old and truthfully could have spent more. Glad we went, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Worth visiting for any history buff! We will definitely go again.

We came across this military museum today. Chief Wagner and the other staff were extremely knowledgeable and nice to my sons. They had a lot of fun learning about the various wars and the weapons used during the wars. It gave us a new and deeper appreciation of the men and women who served during the wars. The museum was pretty empty so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place and the kind people there!
