My family and I had a great experience here. We came after the big DFW power outage. We did have to wait longer than expected to be checked in and in our room (due to power outage effecting house keeping's ability to clean the rooms). I thought that the staff handled the frustrated customers waiting for rooms beautifully and with great patience. Our room was clean and smelled good. There were some signs of wear to be expected at the price point. Breakfast was really good with variety and plenty of portions. My only critique would be that the hot tub tiles and water could use a good scrub. For us, the stars here are definitely the staff and breakfast.

Would not recommend staying here unless you actually enjoy waiting 15 minutes for someone to actually show up to check you in and even better, crave ice cold showers. I travel frequently for work and this one definitely made my top 5 list of worst hotels.

The room was great as usual. However, my rating is influenced by this being my 2nd visit reserving the same room and had to wait an hour for room to be ready. I always arrive at check-in time and still have to wait. Other than that the staff is very nice, the facility is kept nice and the rates are decent.

This place was absolutely amazing! I called in before hand and spoke with the desk clerk expressing how I was overly tired from the drive and they allowed me to check in early. After that, my reservation was misquoted and the front desk, Miss Vindehi, fixed it and even gave a new rate to ease the confusion. I will always choose this just from the top service and abilty to make me feel appreciated.

Front desk staff is kind but the hotel is horrid. The first room had unexplainable stains in every corner of the carpeted floor, splatter brown/red stains on the walls behind the bed, strange smell. The second room I was shown had a huge red/pink stain on the carpet, used utensil on the floor and used towel right at the front door. Unsafe neighborhood. Cops were there searching cars and it is next to a gas station/truck stop. Be careful when staying here.

I went to comfort suites when my electricity was out and I have been hospitalized for pneumonia so I needed early check in. They gladly understood and allowed me to check in early, no xtra charge! My room was cold which I loved! They were very obliging and my stay pretty much saved my life! I highly recommend this facility for the added touch of caring that they give🌟🌟🌟🌟

For the price point this hotel really should be five stars. I tried staying at the extended stay America before this and it was horific. This hotel is kept clean and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel staff did everything they could to accommodate me. The location on the other hand is kind of out of the way unless you're going to Benbrook.

Place was horrible. Room has roaches. Room floor was dirty. As soon you walk into hotel smells like mildew. Breakfast was bad. We walked across street to Cracker Barrel. top it off some guest got stuck on elevators and had to take stairs when told the staff they said oh yes we been having problems with it.

Good location and the front desk staff was very polite, but the room I stayed in was really dirty and had several maintenance issues - TV remote didn't work, sink was stopped up, crumbs all over the desk area. I won't be going back.

Everything looked really nice and clean until we got up to our floor. It started with the stinky, sketchy elevator, saw 4 crickets on the way to our room and 2 in our room. We could not sleep because of the crickets chirping all night long. The floors were filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. The coffee maker was dirty, trash on the floor, the bed was so high up I had to jump to get on it. Just all around not a good experience. The pull out bed was horrible and filthy.

The hotel was clean, and in a good quiet location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I stayed here for an extended period of time for work and I was very comfortable the whole time.

The woman helping and serving at the breakfast bar really is the difference here. She was kind, accommodating, and really a great host. Joking with and chatting with all the guests and really treating them like family. Other than that, the hot breakfast was good. At the time they had eggs, French toast, sausage, cereal, a Texas-shaped waffle maker, juice, hot coffee, muffins, bagels and other bread options as well as some fruit. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave. Indoor pool and exercise room.

Lobby had heavy freshener smell. Once we walked past lobby, there was a strong skunky smoking smell. Rooms in disrepair...toilet not secured to floor, linens with hair. Will not stay again.

Great location right off the highway. We always stay here when rolling through Fort Worth. We came for the oversized parking but keep coming back for the comfy beds and friendly staff. Our breakfast hostess is always so kind and helpful and keeps everything stocked.

When booking a hotel I usually look at the reviews. Comfort Suites had very good reviews so my family and I decided to book 2 nights there. The surrounding area didn’t look clean but the hotel lobby was clean. Check in was easy and the make front desk clerk was pleasant. Upon entering my room initially I found what appeared to be a snotty napkin that an employee came to retrieve and dirty carpets. As I was inspecting the room further (we had been there a couple hours) I found molded/red splatter stained curtains, one of the slide bars for the inner block out drapes was broken, dusty microwave (like it had not been cleaned) and hair in the shower to name a few The Breakfast only has limited options…pork bacon and sausage..o…no Turkey option Parking lot has sign that says take all belongings…I asked if the area was safe to which the male front desk clerk replied yes. After our first night we had dirty towels and so my husband called the front desk clerk and asked her if we can just put them outside the room. The female front desk clerk replied that we had to bring it downstairs to which I replied she needed to send someone up to get them. She then told me to go ahead and put them outside. There was no bedding for pull out chair…we had to once again go downstairs and ask. I used to extra bedding for pull out chairs being in the closets. There are no shampoo, conditioner options one eh shower like some modern hotel but they do offer the tiny bottles. We paid 135/night and it was not worth it at all… The only pros were that the male front desk clerk and host for breakfast bars both had good customer service and the location is near restaurants and things for families to do. I would not stay here again

The staff was excellent. The breakfast above average but if you are not at least 5'8" do not expect to be able to get into any of their beds. Seemed to be no handicapped rooms

Definitely has potential. Staff was nice, beds were comfy, but the place is dirty. As we were leaving for dinner, another room who just checked in came down to report toe nails in their bed and stains on the sheets.

Great room for a really good price. Hotel is very clean. Rooms smelled nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. My room (one bed suite) had minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker (not pod style). One of the most well lit parking lots I've seen in a long time. Cracker Barrel is within walking distance along with a Circle K that is across the street. Would Def stay here again when on this side of Ft Worth.

My family stayed here and we had the pleasure of getting to meet Vaidehi P. She was one of the kindest hotel staff we have met. She went above and beyond for us! Our children loved her also! We were treated like family. I can not say enough good things about her. The hotel and room were also immaculate. The breakfast and breakfast staff were incredible also. 10/10 would recommend.

During a recent ‘stay,’ my reservation was cancelled the day of leaving me scrambling due to a housekeeping issue. The follow-up communication was poor, and I ended up just booking elsewhere. I’ve had two separate stays. The first was better (for the price range) and reasonable. Otherwise, this would be one or two stars.

It may have been a really nice hotel at one time but it is looking a bit Shabby now. The elastic in my sheets was stretched out and I am a wiggle worm so I had to get up and re-tuck the sheets several times. Just checked prices on line and I am wondering why my room was double what I found on line I was a walk in but at $150.00 plus tax I should have followed my gut and walked out. Front desk young ladies were both very nice and profession. I would not stay here again.

I got the executive suite and Kunal, the manager, was amazing, came up to my room when the fridge wasn't cold and switched it out. Great experience.

Where to begin.... They were clearly agitated that we arrived at 3 to check in(check-in time).. stating room not cleaned yet. We waited 30 min finally given keys get to the room and ladies still cleaning telling each other to "hurry since they can't wait." Door handle to room loose and a struggle to get keys to work, Half roll of toilet paper only for 4 ppl, only 2 wash cloths, smoke alarm goes off blow drying hair, pool dirty, whirlpool dirty and sounded as if it would explode any minute, breakfast not as stocked or good as other Comfort Inn Suites... Not 1 person in this hotel was kind or personable .... We travel and always stay in Comfort Inn Suites... This is definitely one of our worst experiences only 1 other that was even worse.... I think most of the other things could have been overlooked had there been kind, courteous, and welcoming staff. The way everyone felt put out and irritated with us really made things much worse.

Strong smell! Yuck! I live in the area and decided to have a night alone reading and chose this hotel. Whatever they use for fragrance throughout the hotel is SUPER strong and unpleasant. It gave the worst headache. Do not stay at this hotel unless ownership changes.
