Not the biggest fan of planet fitness as a company BUT this is one of my favorite locations of theirs. Always clean and I feel like members have better gym etiquette. Always enjoy coming here! Great bang for your buck!

Nice gym but the policies here are insane. Have been trying to transfer or cancel for months and continue to get charged and my new club has no way to transfer me because this club created my account all wrong so now I am paying for two accounts and no way to get this one canceled because when you call the local gyms it goes to a corporate call center that cant do anything and they just say to go online and transfer.... which doesn't exist for this gym apparently.

Absolutely great place for a beginner or intermediate person to go for their own fitness goals! I have been going since the day it opened and lost 70lbs my first year, but been going ever since! Excellent staff who will help you with all your needs with no hesitation. Not only is this location very large, it is kept very clean and spotless! I have been coming for a long time and will continue coming in the future!

I loved this gym!! I had the black card membership so I had the exclusive perks of the hydro massage chairs and quiet area after my workouts. However this location got extremely busy and crowded and I didn’t like that. Very clean overall, great Trainers to work out with that are encouraging and excited about weight goals. Clean bathrooms/locker rooms and showers. I loved how they cleaned like every hour or so. You have to clean the equipment you use which is a pretty common rule across all gyms for sanitary purposes. Decent gym.

I got a membership here only because I wanted to work with the personal trainer. I scheduled an appointment to make my own fitness plan and went to the gym. When I got there I asked the dude where to go, he said “I don’t know how you made an appointment since we haven’t had a personal trainer in months.” Why offer a free PT and have classes to sign up for, if you don’t have one there? And why say it like that. I also don’t really like it here because a lot of men go here and if I try to use the weights they’re always staring at me. It’s hard to go to the gym when you feel uncomfortable. I know you can’t avoid staring but it’s happened every time I’ve tried to work out.

Edit, I have to take away one star because I was told that this location will not add anything else. They have one decline that has no adjustments. People have to attach weights to it to give it any height, which is unsafe if you lift a bunch. I asked if they could add an actual decline with adjustments and I was told they won’t add anything here. I get if that’s what the club has decided, but that’s worth a star to me if equipment is needed. Been going here for three months now and this location changed my mind on planet fitness. While most gyms are under staffed, disgusting, with many broken machines; This location is super clean, nice patrons, working machines, and a super friendly staff. One female staff meme er there is a younger blonde female who I always see working her butt off and making sure everything is cleaned and maintained.

Love the staff here! Rayna is especially amazing! She has my tanning booth ready when I pull up in the parking lot! I see them everyday and they are like friends at this point! The facility is always clean and well kept!

I have the black card membership because I sm a Traveling Door Dasher, it is a lifesaver for me. I ended up having to buy a hair dryer, since not all Planet Fitness offers this perk. I have visited many Planet Fitness and this one was a disappointment. I only use the showers and hydro beds and massage chairs. I get enough exercise with my job. Shower’s at this facility at this is not very good. There was no hot water, At All! I mentioned this the first time I was there, they said they were having trouble with the mens’s showers, but hadn’t heard about the woman’s showers. The first time using this place was Months go, and they still hadn’t fixed this problem.

If i could give zero stars I would, the people there are rude and misleading. I had a membership for about six months, i went to cancel my membership as I had not been going enough. I had paid the 60$ to cancel and they still charged me the monthly payment when the lady at the front desk told me it would only charge the cancelation fee. Very shotty and very misleading. If I could have read the terms I would've had but she read it off her screen and just let me sign. Wouldn't recommend ever to anyone. La fitness would never.

I’ve been a member for a couple years now. I just want planet fitness to know what a amazing assistant manager they have by the name of Tristian. I’ve been having a little issue with someone accident changing my home gym to another location. So every time I go I They say my membership is cancel after further digging they realize it not.Tristian has been the only one trying to correct this issue and it has been corrected. Tristian is always so kind and always so attentive of each customer that walks in. He has Excellent customer service and with myself being in management he carries each important quality needed to hold that position or even higher. He truly takes his customer service above and beyond.

Tristan the General Manager was very polite, patient, and understanding of the questions I asked. He was able to help me find a solution to a problem I was having. All of the staff are very friendly and are always happy to help. Great team. The place is clean, organized and everything is explained in detail. I would highly recommend for anyone trying to get fit, or get started as a beginner/intermediate gym. Awesome place.

Always clean, the desk associates are friendly and it’s convinced to access from where I live. I had a billing issue and Mariah was thorough in helping me to get it sorted out. Great customer service from this location!

Awesome Facility. Very Helpful Staff. Very Clean. The free Locker Access on the floor is great too. And they are actually open 24 hours a day. not listed as, but actually open. Love that. Highly recommend!

You guys got new treadmills, but the distance and speed tracking are so far off it’s laughable. I don’t know what you need to do to fix them, but for example when the treadmills are set to 10MPH they are really going about 7. Super disappointing. I talked to a front desk employee about it, and he just shrugged it off saying there’s nothing he could do.

This gym used to be fun to go to! Now??? The service is terrible they have rude staff members and the GM they have now he has a lot to learn. This gym was great when they had the original GM. They need to bring back the original GM who opened this place Tristin!

Cancelled my membership, my daughter was told she couldn't come because I don't have the black card. Yet the program states teenagers are allowed for summer make that make sense. Also my daughter came with me because to the same gym no problems. I was told my cc would only be charged the regular fee of $10 no extra charges we shall see. Back to fitness connection

Gym and equipment are always clean and in good working order. All weights and machines look relatively new. Tons of cardio equipment as well. Only downside is it can get pretty busy.

I could not believe the amount of equipment available and the excellent condition. Love how it is all set up. The staff is wonderful. And I love the hydromassage after my workout!

The Planet Fitness on Camp Bowie is clean & fresh, with brightly painted equipment and plethora of big screen tvs. The locker rooms are always clean and fresh as well. I have to admit - after about 6 months of going to this Planet Fitness, I looked into another club with more free weight options. That club was stuck somewhere in 1998 and hadn’t been cleaned since either. I’ll be sticking with the friendly staff and cool environs of Planet Fitness Camp Bowie!

Too crowded most afternoons/ evenings. They have plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, etc., but the weights are always so busy, most of my workout time is spent waiting for a bench or machine to open up. I think I've gotten everything out of planet fitness I can get and need to look for a more weight-centric gym.

This is my home gym. They get it right every time with the front desk. The place is so clean and smells fresh. Love the sanitary stations all through out.

The Camp Bowie location has all new equipment and lots of stair climbers. The place is not only clean but practically brand new.

We went in for a free trial at this location. Told the man at front counter we were there for the free trial and what todo he angrily shoved the barcode scanner at us. We scanned our barcode from the email and waited patiently for the next instructions and then he waved us on and basically yelled “just go, just go”… On the free trial email it mentioned we were supposed to be given a tour of the gym which we were not. We worked out for not even 10 minutes and decided we will not be returning nor will be signing up for a membership. We will be finding a different Gym. Thank you Planet Fitness Staff for showing your true colors. I do not recommend this gym.

This location is always clean and the associates are always very friendly. They greet you when you come through the door and always tell you to have a good night when you leave it makes for an enjoyable workout area.

My wife and I stopped in just to take a quick tour of the facility. Crystal was fantastic. She took a lot of time showing us around answering questions and going over pricing. The morning crew (DeeJay, Rayna and Susanna) does a great job at keeping the gym clean. They bring such a positive vibe to the every morning. They are the main reason I continue to go during the morning shift. Great employees make a great business better. Thanks guys!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. But cleaning stations at least one are out of paper towels at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. Therefore patrons at gym do not clean equipment after use. Also at times certain TV stations are out.

Staff needs better training. My daughter has been going there over a month. Today they told her to leave because she needs a parent signature. Where was that when she signed up? Or the last month of visits. The manager told the employee that it was fine and she could go ahead and workout and I could sign for her later. Instead the employee told her to leave.

Hello, good evening, well, today I had a very bad time at the gym, after 3 years without anyone bothering me, today a girl at the front desk who works there gave me a bad time. My son is 13 years old. It is acceptable to go to the gym when he wants to. I registered and I brought proof of my son's age so he told me that he should come again and I need to bring the proofs again and I wanted to go to the massage chairs with my son and he wouldn't let my son go through I think I'm going to have to I changed gyms. I didn't like the way they served and helped clients. Otherwise, I asked for another girl who worked. By the way, she was very friendly and told me that they had fired her. I think that's too much information. I don't care about that and how sad. that she is no longer doing his job very well and very kind

I have been impressed with Planet Fitness Fort Worth since day one. There is plenty of equipment (all types) and the gym is always kept very clean. The staff are courteous and professional. I joined a year ago and have been so happy that I did.

First time at a gym so my experience isnt great but every machine has instructions on how to use it properly and if you have any questions or concerns the staff is very friendly and willing to help you out to the best of their ability. So all in all I love this place and for $27 a month its definitely worth it

As a recent transplant to the area, I am thoroughly enjoying my local planet fitness on my journey back to health. The location is always clean. I can always access a machine and the front desk is extremally nice and helpful.

If you are looking for a gym that temps like the devil, you with pizza and donuts then hey this is the place for you. Not to mention the little tootsie rolls to help give you diabetes before you walk out the door. This is also the place where all the fit people go to show off (just my opinion) they come here to look at those who are fit and make themselves fell good. The trainers don’t seem to be that well informed. (Again just from what I’ve gathered) Now why do we have to have a certain dress code (because they want everyone to feel comfortable) as if someone’s else feelings are better than another’s. If they cared that much about people’s appearance then they would stop with the tootsie rolls, donuts and pizza but hey who am I.

My first time here Reyna was EXTREMELY helpful! I absolutely adored her energy and her friendliness. I felt like I got the same welcome home energy as I do in my home Planet Fitness. She’s really bright and I appreciate her, olot of other reps in other Planet Fitness I go don’t show this kind of enthusiasm! I’d definitely make sure to come by this location again !

Manager allows bullies to use multiple machines at the same time. When I approached an employee about this he was very understanding and agreed it shouldn’t happen. When the manager came over to address the issue, he was very rude and unapologetic. I haven’t decided whether I’m going back or not.

Super clean, but lot of the equipment is been broke since 3 months or more! I think the need to have or update their equipment. Susanne does her job well done 👍

Being Physically Disabled, Heart Attack, Stroke 3 Cancers Survivor Warrior; My Caregiver Son, set me up with their Military Discount Intro "Black Card" Membership. I'm taking Full use of the Hydro Massage, Massage Chairs, Red Light Therapy, Total Body Enhancment Machine, Personal Trainer and EVEN have Handicap 🚿 for when I'm done. I'm amazed and Extremely Grateful to have sooo much at my use, for JUST $27.11 a month. No more driving all over for the various Therapy Equipment. Top this off, Eric my Personal Trainer, is working with my Physical Therapist, help me NOT go back in wheelchair. I was both excited & shocked, when after just 3 n half weeks, I've lost 4.5 lbs of my 60 lbs Weight Loss Goal by November. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND Planet Fitness to Get Healthy and Enjoy Life again. I’m canceling my membership because of REYNA ..be been a member for a while now and I walked in to the FORT WORTH gym on camp BOWIE and REYNA stopped me after I scanned in . She said I owe some dues and I can’t be let in just to use the bathroom I had to use it really bad. I’ve been late on the payment before and my app will usually tell me . My app didn’t say anything and I just paid my month due and she made me check my billing . Well apparently I owed 39 for annual fee which I got no notification for 4 days before . She said I have to pay at my home club which is in Cali even though I clearly did not know this was due 4 days ago. She would not let me use the restroom. I’m canceling my membership . Thanks REYNA you should be a decent human being and let me just use the restroom my monthly dues were paid I just didn’t get notification of the annual payment and I showed you this . And thanks for the advice to go to my home club in California . That’s really practical . You’re really smart . LOL . I’m calling corporate and letting them know and posting this on Facebook and other social media and I HAVE BEEN to other branches between may 1st and today and I scanned in and they didn’t mention anything so if it’s just this branch that doesn’t give a dam about the people then then I don’t know what to say . I would have gotten notification on my app and paid it .

If they had free weights it or sandbags. Or even an area to jump rope would be a 5 star. Also, the slogan is a bit judgmental because of the link light. But I like this place. It's close to home and the gym employees are AMAZING especially Deejay.
