My appointment was scheduled very efficiently. Upon arrival, I was warmly and kindly welcomed and the check-in process was easy. The medical staff called me to the treatment room on time. Physician Assistant Trautman introduced himself and we exchanged pleasantries. He swiftly and professionally performed my “head to toe” exam and prescribed medication which was immediately available for pickup at my pharmacy. In summary … this patient was very pleased from start to finish. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Bend Dermatology for your needs. Expect to be “wowed” with the quality of care. .

This was my first visit to the Bend Dermatology East Bend clinic. The check in process is wonderfully streamlined thanks to access to forms online. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Very short wait in reception and in the exam room. My practitioner was thorough, yet engaging. All in all exactly what a medical appointment should be.

I was concerned about how my wound was healing. I didn’t like the looks of it. I called the office in the morning and they were able to see me that very morning and recommend treatment. I was so impressed that I could be seen so quickly. I would highly recommend this Dermatology Practice.

Larry Weber was great! I had a growth on my arm and couldn’t get in with my regular doctor until January so they kindly scheduled me with him the next day. Turned out it was cancerous and he took very good care of me. He is highly personable and efficient and I may switch to him. I think my other doc has too many patients.

I have been a patient at Bend Dermatology for over 20 years and never happier with my care and the people that work there. My normal Dr. was unavailable so I was treated by Dr. Ritter. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a person I enjoyed meeting.

Online new patient intake process was simple enough. It did take some time for me to "accepted", roughly 2 weeks via email. That email also stated I would be notified by the office to schedule or to book online. I first attempted the online avenue but the page wouldn't load for me, so I waited for the office to call. Figured with holidays etc. that the office was just running behind ( and I waited 40 years to see a derm, so what's more time). I ended up calling two weeks later and was able to set up an appointment. Was told new patient appts were a few months out but there was by chance a cancellation the next day so got in quickly. The staff and doctor were very friendly. Ended up having a biopsy on a suspicious growth. Pathology results came back quickly ( a day), positive for a Basel Cell Carcinoma. The doctor was sympathetic and informative of what to expect, as I will be having the Mohs surgery which we were able to book for the coming week. Overall, happy with the process and the people once I got to the clinic.

Love this practice. The vibe is upbeat, helpful, bright, comfortable. The medical team is professional and personable...a combination not always present in medical practices. Kudos to ownership and management for the gift of your skills and training applied to this area of human health.

Being able to fill out the always mountain of paper work online before the appointment is nice. Was easy to follow and complete. The people at the reception desk are nice and friendly. I was seen by Bailey Brandt, PA-C. Professional and kind.

Amazing experience with a lovely female doctor who made me feel like I was her only patient during a thorough skin exam. I had a concern about an area of my hand which she felt should be biopsies. In addition, she requested the opinion of a trusted colleague before proceeding with a biopsy. Two options in one visit! I highly recommend Bend Dermatology

Alex was so professional and enjoyable! Even though I had never had this procedure before she made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on at all times. I will definitely keep returning!

I checked in and a minute or two later Lauren came out to get me. A few minutes later Dr. Hoesley came in...we talked about my concerns which he handled my issues and I was out of there. I love Bend Dermatology and the staff...they are fantastic. I wouldn't say that about some of the other clinics I go to for my other issues.

My visit was to the point, identifying cancer if possible and rid my self of concerns. The Dr was very confident, sure of his diagnosis and gave immediate treatment and answered all of my questions. Very good operation! I would suggest to anyone this as a great option for all the dermatologist needs. Thank you staff for a comfortable visit.

He is professional, personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable and informative with an excellent bedside manner. He has done everything possible to help me navigate through a diagnoses that I found to be devastating and life altering. I appreciated the timeliness of the Staff as well as my doctor. My annual inspection was thorough & preventive in nature. He treated several pre-cancerous spots there in the office. I’ll return next year, for sure!
