Pros:
I
received
excellent
care
from
Bailey
Brandt,
P.A.-C
and
her
medical
assistant
Hannah.
Both
were
personable
and
professional
and
took
the
time
to
listen
to
me
and
answer
my
questions.
Cons:
This
was
my
first
visit
to
Bend
Dermatology
(East).
After
entering
the
lobby,
I
almost
walked
out
but
decided
to
stay
because
appointments
are
so
hard
to
come
by.
This
may
sound
trivial/shallow,
but
I
will
share
it
anyway.
The
condition
of
the
carpet
in
the
lobby
was
awful!!
The
seams
have
begun
to
fray
and
it
was
stained
so
badly
that
I
was
certain
it
was
scheduled
to
be
replaced
as
soon
as
possible.
It
made
a
terrible
first
impression
which
you
never
get
a
second
chance
to
make.
I
know
dermatology
clinics
are
quite
profitable,
and
replacing
that
carpet
is
an
expense
I’m
sure
they
can
afford.
The
employees
I
spoke
with
know
how
bad
it
looks
and
they
suggested
I
write
a
review
in
hopes
the
clinic
manager
will
read
it
and
perhaps
take
action.
I
walked
next
door
to
the
aesthetic
and
cosmetic
side
of
the
clinic
and
their
lobby
was
lovely
with
new
tile
and
carpet.
I
understand
excellent
patient
care
should
be
their
top
priority,
but
having
a
clean,
comfortable
welcoming
lobby
where
patients
are
greeted
is
important,
too.
It
shouldn’t
matter
if
it’s
on
the
east
or
west
side
of
town
or
what
the
demographic
of
its
patients
is—a
medical
office
is
expected
to
be
clean
and
tidy,
including
its
lobby.
