Even though the wait for scheduling was 45 mins, the scheduler was very helpful. She called me back promptly and wanted to be sure I could make my appt. Her name was Polly I think! Dr. Newhouse’s staff was soo pleasant and helpful. I felt awful that I had been added on at the end of a busy day for them. But they were lull so nice and the Dr. was so helpful and kind as usual

Dr. Kristin Neuhaus is very kind & always thorough with her check-ups. She remembers my visits/treatments from 10 years ago which makes me feel well cared for.

After the first initial appointment, there was no follow up with staff regarding submitting for insurance approval or scheduling. After 2 1/2 months of waiting, I contacted Bend Dermatology to follow up. During this call I learned the first doctor failed to do anything- no submit to insurance, no scheduling, no follow up. Today was a scheduled second appointment with Bend Dermatology (after my contact). I arrived to the office today to find out the doctor assigned to me doesn't even work on that part of the body. This after waiting for months.

Punctual. Friendly desk person. Staff assistant was professional. Dr Trautman listened and was informative with good long term derm health suggestions and was engaged and interested. I went to a class.

I love my Spa technician Jamie. I did however drive from Prineville to Bend on an early winter morning to find that the laxer equipment was broken. She couldn’t have been any more apologetic and it wasn’t her fault. Other clients had been called. Very disappointing.

Nice staff and Doctors. Misleading and outrageous prices. Didn’t even receive a full body look over but rather two spots that were removed on my hand. $417 😂. My wife received a full look over and we were charged less. The quality of care may be outstanding here. But they simply take advantage of their patients. Dermatology must be an insanely slimy industry if these predatory prices are the norm. Please be sure to send an itemized invoice so we can square up on payment. Thank you.

Really like my dermatologist!! Am disappointed that I cannot make my 6-month checkup appt in 6 months as she is so booked. Accepting too many new patients? Should take care of current patients and provide quality care...there are other dermatologists available to new patients.

Went in for an annual skin check and all went well. Dr. Neuhaus was wonderful. She was approachable, thorough and addressed areas of concern before I had a chance to ask. Very happy I switched providers.

Pros: I received excellent care from Bailey Brandt, P.A.-C and her medical assistant Hannah. Both were personable and professional and took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Cons: This was my first visit to Bend Dermatology (East). After entering the lobby, I almost walked out but decided to stay because appointments are so hard to come by. This may sound trivial/shallow, but I will share it anyway. The condition of the carpet in the lobby was awful!! The seams have begun to fray and it was stained so badly that I was certain it was scheduled to be replaced as soon as possible. It made a terrible first impression which you never get a second chance to make. I know dermatology clinics are quite profitable, and replacing that carpet is an expense I’m sure they can afford. The employees I spoke with know how bad it looks and they suggested I write a review in hopes the clinic manager will read it and perhaps take action. I walked next door to the aesthetic and cosmetic side of the clinic and their lobby was lovely with new tile and carpet. I understand excellent patient care should be their top priority, but having a clean, comfortable welcoming lobby where patients are greeted is important, too. It shouldn’t matter if it’s on the east or west side of town or what the demographic of its patients is—a medical office is expected to be clean and tidy, including its lobby.

Fantastic customer service! Knowledgeable, caring, and fun staff. I received an accurate diagnosis and my RX was sent before my appointment concluded. I drove 4 hrs. to my appointment and will not hesitate to do again. Grateful to Bend Derm! 🪞

The doctors here are top notch. They get 5 stars. Dr. Weber can never be replaced. Dr. Johnson is a sweet professionally competent gem. Getting in to see a doctor or even getting a person to talk to about that is another story, 2 or 3 stars in this category. It's not that the office staff is not nice, they just must need more of them , even if they are atwork from home phone assistants.

The receptionist was warm, friendly, and positive! Bailey Brandt CPA and her assistant were fantastic as well. Bailey explained things thoroughly, shared my options, and really took the time to connect and let me know she cared. What a treat to have such a great appointment thanks to the high quality staff!

I’m always pleased with my physician and her nurse, very professional and address all of my concerns. I’m extremely frustrated over having to schedule my next appointment 16 months out instead of 12 months. Especially when melanoma runs high risk in my family. Very poor office management in my opinion.

I had an appt 10/10/23 with Bailey Brant. She was very nice and I was very comfortable to talk with her. I got my skin issues addressed and she fully educated me in what she found and what was needed. All good.
