I am a new patient with CVC. I absolutely loved my visit with Dr. Coffman, he was really great and friendly. There was a hiccup with getting lenses in my favorite sunglass frames however, Allysyn worked hard to get them right, she also was very kind and understanding. I appriciate her and her awesome customer service. Thank you so much Allysyn and Dr. Coffman.

It’s been many years since I have purchased a pair of glasses and the optician has actually taken the time to fit and adjust them for me. Jenny, at the front desk adjusted my glasses, changed the nose pads(which I would imagine wasn’t even part of her job), and made sure that I was satisfied with how my glasses fit. It was nice to feel like my comfort mattered, rather than , “Here’s your glasses, thank you.”

Over the course of a couple of years they have been quite good. I appreciate the lens selection, at my last exam the Dr. spent more time than anyone ever has finding a well fitting contact lens, and they fixed my glasses right away when I had an issue. There have been no issues with my insurance as well which is basically unheard of these days but much appreciated.

I love Coffman Vision Clinic doctors and staff. So refreshing to find a business that cares about their clients. They take their time and do a great job. Special shout out to optician Raegan who went over and beyond helping me pick out glasses and reshape a pair of mine that had bent. She was awesome!! While the cost of frames and filling my complicated Rx for glasses will be more than buying online, the care and precision of doing things in person to make sure that progressive lenses are made optimally for my eye position is worth the extra cost. In addition to getting accurate measurement separately for each eye for pupillary distance, the point at which progressive lenses transitions in strength of correction must also be measured vertically from base of lens for the particular frame that is being used. While this could have been done approximately online, given that total cost will be >$600, far better to have paid the extra at Coffman to optimize the glasses. In addition, all staff are professionally knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive in making decisions with regard to the numerous choice points in ordering glasses. Basically you want as many as 6 measurements to be precise to optimize your glasses. And for those who are also interested in visual appearance and not just functionality, they have a nice selection of designer frames.

Staff friendly and well versed. Dr Coffman is all you wish for in a doctor. I have been a client for over 7 years and know my eyes are in good hands. You are treated like a valued customer…not a number.

Everyone was very friendly. Dr spent time deciding which progressive lens would be best for me. Was able to order the frames I wanted even though you didn't have them on the shelf. Don't have my new glasses yet but all in all, was very happy with the experience.

It's supposed to be vision "care," but it's clear this practice doesn't care about patients, just about maximizing their appointment calendar. I had a satisfactory first appointment with them last year, though their prices for frames/lenses were unusually high so I went elsewhere for those. I scheduled my next appt one year out. They left a message a few weeks out asking me to call and confirm. I was traveling and couldn't get back to them for a few days. I reached them more than 2 weeks prior to the appt, and they had already silently cancelled my appt. Even worse, the woman on the phone showed no sense of understanding or compassion. Next appt in 4 months, take it or leave it. It was a classic, "that's just our policy" kind of poor customer service. If you like just being a number, this is just the spot.

So I called made an appointment to get glasses under an hour. I drove 1 1/2 hours to come here just for the lady to say I’m sorry we unfortunately cannot do glasses with your prescription. It would’ve been nice to know this information on the phone. They need to update their website and put what kind of prescription is for the one hour glasses. I wouldn’t recommend this place and the lady was super unhelpful.

Coffman Vision Clinic is a very good place for people with vision problems and also for people who just need a checkup. I’ve been a customer for many years and have experienced only positive outcomes with every visit whether it’s for new glasses or yearly checks on my eyes. The staff is welcoming—always with plenty of smiles and heartfelt greetings. Dr. Coffman is thorough and efficient. Scheduling is easy too.

I had a tear in my Cornea and the clinic got me in write away. Doctor Keiji was exceptional and very passionate in his work. He educated me, gave me a game plan and we talked prvention equally. Definately in good hands with everyone I worked with at the clinic. Thank you Thank you!

I was traveling from out of state and broke my glasses in Sunriver Resort outside Bend, OR. I stopped into the Coffman Vision Clinic in Bend and asked for help. A nice young lady there immediately volunteered to put my lens back in and replace a missing screw. She also straightened the temple pieces and adjusted the nose pads. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her performance, her attitude, and her sincerity. Thank you so much.

The office has a nice feeling, and staff seem to enjoy being there and are very helpful. The doctors are great too! I've been going to Coffman for years and have always had a great experience.
