This is what you hope for from the American health care system. I went in worried about pneumonia. The entire staff, including the Receptionist, were kind and compassionate. They took their time with me. They examined me thoroughly and were able to have me get a chest X-ray and had it interpreted immediately by a Radiologist on site. They put together the right course of treatment. One week later I came for my re-check and received the same kindness, compassion, and thorough care from everyone with whom I interacted. They are fantastic.

This clinic is calm, efficient, and responsive We made an online appointment last night for 10:00 am today for my daughter. From the front desk through each medical staff member, we were seen and heard. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in medicine. Dr.Ashley Lane asked key questions, listened intently to the answers, and asked insightful follow-ups. She was kind, supportive, and supremely competent. Thank you!

I very highly recommend this urgent care. Another doctors office told me I needed two tests quickly. I made an appointment online and it was a very smooth process. Once I arrived, they got me back to the room very quickly and I met with the P. A., nurse and another individual. All three were very kind and very helpful. The two tests seemed quite unnecessary to me but since the other doctors office asked for them to be done High Lakes Urgent Care was very open to helping me get the tests. The best urgent care experience I’ve had. Thank you to all three employees!

Very easy to schedule the appointment. It's the 3rd time this year I took advantage of this service (that's rare for me). It's much faster than going through my primary physician. The staff is knowledgable and they care. And they effectively take care of the issue.

Was able to make a same day appointment - on a Monday, no less. Was seen by the very compassionate PA Ashley, who quickly zeroed in on my cough issue. A chest film was done and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I was able to get them a few hours later, and start getting better ! Thank you, High Lakes Urgent Care, and PA Ashley, for being there for me, and getting on the road to recovery !!!

After having a severe cold for 15 days, I made an appt at High Lakes Urgent Care. The online appointment system was easy and quick. I was met at my car and did the registration work from there. I was sent a text when a room was free and went straight to it. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner were very friendly and professional. I left feeling good about my diagnosis. Thank you!

I sliced my arm open pretty bad today while cleaning around my house. I knew it was pretty severe, and had lots of anxiety came with this anticipation of getting stitches. For sure thought I was gunna have a panic attack or faint during the appointment... Well, l was very pleased with the care I got from the nurses & doctor! I was in good hands. They helped me get over a big fear of mine today and helped me thru my anxiety. I've never been treated so well, and I appreciate the kind words of encouragement to help me overcome my fear of stitches! Highly recommend going here if you need Urgent Care! Everything about my experience at High Lakes Urgent Care was excellent! I was able to get an appointment exactly when I wanted one, the receptionist was extremely efficient and kind, the facility was scrupulously clean, and the provider (Ashley) was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Although I was somewhat unsure whether I was “sick enough“ to need the care, she assured me that I very much was, then prescribed what I recognized as a significant antibiotic for my secondary bacterial respiratory infection. Once I started taking the medication, I felt better within hours. This is really the best of what urgent care can be… Superlative service in an urgent situation far from home!

Everyone takes the time necessary to make you feel comfortable, whether that be Melis on reception or one of the excellent doctors. I’ve been here a couple of times now and never felt rushed, always had the right level of explanation behind the administered care and have left feeling confident in the outcome. Unfortunately this isn’t always the case at other facilities, but in my experience it consistently has been here.

Securing an appointment online was simple and I was able to get in same day. Dr Sorensen took the needed time to discuss my concerns and symptoms and create a treatment plan. I’m pleased with the quality of interaction and service I received. Thanks Dr Sorensen!

Went in today after a yellow jacket nailed my foot. Serious swelling and cellulitis. The care and service I received was exemplary. I have the worked in health care field for 30 yrs. This Urgent Care clinic has efficient and helpful front office staff (who helped with my dual coverage billing questions) and clinicians who take the time to do it right. Really nice ppl and they get you what you need when you need it. Highly recommend!!

I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Customer service, care, professionalism and thoroughness are superb from the check in throughout the entire process. Initially went after a bike injury and a follow up a few days later and was thoroughly impressed. High Lakes Urgent Care rocks the house❣️❣️❣️
