Highly suggest Hannah Hogan as a practitioner. I'll be honest--I refer soooo many of patients for acupuncture, but I was always a bit of a skeptic to try it personally. But I did. And now I'm a believer. I saw Hannah during my first pregnancy, specifically for labor "induction" the day before my due date, and went into labor naturally within hours of my treatment. So I had another treatment with Hannah for baby 2, also the day before my due date, also to "get things rolling", and went into natural labor the next morning. Hannah has a calming wisdom about her. She is intuitive, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She sets you right at ease. As a family nurse practitioner, I could not be more impressed with her clinical knowledge and bedside manner. When I want to refer someone to acupuncture, Hannah is my "go-to."

Jennifer and Cyndee have taken care of me for over 10 years now, and they continue to provide the best care I've ever received by a practitioner of any modality. I was recently involved in a car accident and went to chiropractic and his massage therapist for 2 months with some improvement. After only 1 treatment from Cyndee I felt movement and stability in my effected areas, much more significant than I saw in 2 months of chiro. The west side clinic is beautiful and you feel at peace as soon as you walk in the door! These women are professionals and always make me feel better. My own personal struggle is making time to get in to see them as its too easy to just by with pain. Thank you for continuing to be my oasis!

Lindsay Jordan is amazing at patient care and treatments are always incredible. The front office staff is so attentive and their new scheduling system is easy and efficient.

Recently I spoke with one of the ladies that does the scheduling for the clinic and she was unbelievably rude. I had received a call that my appointment with John, one of the providers, was being cancelled AGAIN due to illness. This was the second week in a row that this occurred. When I called back to reschedule the appointment I said "I guess I would like to schedule with someone else since four of our appointments have now been cancelled" (this is cumulative between my husband and I, just for clarity). Her response was, "well if you had kids you would understand that he's getting sick from his kids. He has two kids under 3 and so has gotten sick from them". This response was unwarranted, rude and full of negative assumptions. I was not rude in my request to see another provider, nor did I say anything bad about John being sick again. The reason I wanted to see a different provider was because I am 37 weeks pregnant and so I have a strict timeline for getting treatment to help with a more productive and easy delivery. This was the second week in a row that he had to cancel, for a very valid reason, but I also can't continue to wait. Additionally, at my very first appointment with Central Oregon Acupuncture I was treated by a therapist who was leaving the practice to move to Sun Valley in just a week. She was wonderful, I loved her. But I was not informed prior to seeing her that she would be leaving. She told me right away, which I appreciated, but it would have been nice to know beforehand so that I could have decided to start a relationship with someone that I could continue to see. I contacted the clinic about my concerns and treatment and absolutely no one responded. That being said, I do not recommend this clinic unless you want to be treated rudely and like your time doesn’t matter.

I’ve very much appreciated the support Hannah Hogan gives me no matter the situation. Her knowledge and experience is so helpful and I leave feeling better and more balanced. Would definitely her recommend to friends and family.

Clean, beautiful clinic with private rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are calming, quiet and relaxing. The therapists are kind, gentle and supportive. It's a wonderful place!

Cyndee Overland is AMAZING! I had forgotten how helpful a great acupuncturist can be, as I had not found one since I moved to Bend. If I could afford it, I would go every week! She really listens and addresses all my needs. I really can't say enough good things about her! Sue G

I can't say enough good things about Central Oregon Acupuncture! Everyone is very friendly and they always have smiles on their faces! I highly recommend Hannah Hogan, she is a master of the needles! Today I went in and saw her, I was in an extreme amount of pain and I left there able to breathe and move again. My pain level dropped tremendously as well! I have had a few Acupuncture sessions in the past. None of them have been as wonderful as the sessions with Katie. She is SO knowledgable! The different techniques she uses during her appointments is just incredible. I have to sit in my car for 15 minutes after i leave so i can actually drive! Very relaxing and she has made my neck pain disappear. Highly Recommend!
