Beautiful, easy to stay in. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. This hotel, at the time of this review, just celebrated it's second anniversary and it still looks and feels brand new. What most people look for is the price. The price is perfect and worth every penny. The parking may be a concern for big vehicles ( large construction trucks and no room for semi's). There is plenty of room for personal vehicles. The staff I cannot compliment enough. If your in Bend, OR, this is your number one hideaway place to stay.

We stayed here on a recent road trip and it was perfect. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff we talked to were friendly and extremely helpful. And the hot breakfast in the morning hit the spot before we hit the road. My daughter thought the automatic pancake maker was pretty awesome. If we need a stop over next time we are heading that direction we will for sure come back. Oh and the sunrise was pretty lovely too.

We are so happy we booked here. We did a 2-night stay while visiting Central Oregon. From the moment we were greeted by Jenna at the front desk, we knew we had made the right choice. Easy parking, easy check-in, great room, comfortable beds and quiet. Easy access to US97 as well. We slept great and enjoyed breakfast, which was the standard HIE fare. Check-out was smooth and easy with Bradley behind the counter. We'll absolutely be back again.

It would be nice to see a couple conveniences: boot dryer, and few plastic or paper cups. The room had a fairly noisy white noise of constant airflow, although it was quiet overall and the white noise from the air vent was much better than an insanely loud mini-split constantly cycling every few minutes all night. Blackout curtain was perfect and a true blackout curtain. Brad was the front desk attendant and was extraordinarily welcoming, friendly, and inviting. I greatly appreciated his service and ability to be so energetic in spite of how brutally exhausted I was. The tissues provided were kind of annoying as pulling one out seemed to pull many out. I like their idea of being sanitary, although maybe a simple tissue pack would have suited me better, I'm not sure, I did feel bad for wasting so many. Minus the lack of cups and a boot dryer, the room was awesome and I would love to stay here again in the future. The view was awesome, and I was almost disappointed that the bed wasn't at a 30 degree angle and facing the window. It was such a perfect room for the price. Shower was much hotter than some other hotels and I really enjoyed my stay. For a better experience, I would greatly enjoy that same room viewing the Suba Guru sign, although with hard floors (NO CARPET), a noise dampener from the airflow unit, a few cups, a splitter for the mini-fridge so I can refreeze ice packs, a free pen, and a global light switch to turn off all the lights I have on before I leave and resume them when I return. Also, the privacy island between the sink was a bit unnecessary and annoying, although comforting to separate items from potentially falling in the toilet. The bathroom layout is better than other hotels, although the door still swings almost a foot into the way if your shower door as a downside. Otherwise, this hotel is on point and par with a great stay. It is definitely more "vacation" oriented as breakfast is idealizing "fruit" as cereal with dried fruit, and there are no plain options like eggs and potatoes and rice, however despite the sugar and dairy options with lack of plain options, it is a fairly enjoyable and reasonable breakfast and I'm sure it changes. I enjoy my dairy on occasion, although I did not want any that morning. Most options were essentially sugar/cereal based. No plain fruit or vegetables.

This is a nice place to stay and was only built in 2020. The bedding was very comfortable and our room was extremely clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I went down to the front desk to double check when check out was and the attendant was on her lunch. I was just going to come back later but she got up from her lunch to help me (which was totally unnecessary but super thoughtful). The pool does not have a jacuzzi but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The hotel is located pretty south of Bend but was only a 8 min drive to down town. I would definitely stay here again.

4 star hotel with 4 star prices. Building was brand new. 2 years old. Pool was perfect. Good buffet breakfast. Here's the best part. Dog friendly for only 30.00 deposit. Which they waived. I'll stay here again.

Holiday Inn had the basics pretty much down like usual! Great bed and pillows as always. Very clean, seemed like a pretty new hotel. Free breakfast is always a nice touch, although not one of the best I’ve had at a Holiday Inn. Still, hard to knock the price and friendliness! Pet friendly too!

Super clean hotel! I'm really satisfied with our stay. Everything was fresh and spotless and in working order. The staff was super friendly and the parking lot was good to park our trailer over night too. Thank you very much!

Walls are a bit thin, you can hear people’s footsteps on the top floor and next doors. Complimentary breakfast was great. Service was great. Very busy around 8am, but only one person working in the breakfast area. She works very hard running around with refill the food items and try to clean the tables in between. It was overwhelming and the manager came to rescue. Love the efforts and service. 100% recommended for their service!

Hotel, while nondescript on the outside, was fantastic on the inside, newly updated rooms with modern touches, comfortable beds and pillows. Well worth it for the price. Included was a well appointed breakfast and clean, spacious area to eat. Will definitely stay here again!

Stopped for one night on our way through town. Great location right off Hwy 97 and close to a few places to get a meal. VERY clean facilities and well lit parking area. Room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. We have stayed at some pretty glitzy hotels over the years but they did not impress like this hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff does a fantastic job of keeping the common areas spotless. Interacted with several staff members in our short stay and all were pleasant and willing to help in anyway. Would HIGHLY recommend for an overnight or multiday stay. Will visit again!
