Delicious! I tried the chicken and steak with rice, and it was sooooo good! Amazing flavor. Quick service. Friendly staff. Wholeheartedly recommend! Update: Went back with my siblings this time! Incredible food & I even made sure to take a photo this time before digging in! Do yourself a favor and try this delicious food!

This is my favorite place in Bend. The flavors are impeccable, the chicken is blackened in the perfect way, their house sauce is bomb af, and if you enjoy a spicier sauce, they have one secretly stashed they can give you (Thanks James). They are super *consistent* which is important, and the dudes who run it are cute and kind, which makes supporting them even easier. Get to Da Nang quick! Your tummy will thank you!

Amazing sandwich. The chicken was some of the best I've ever tasted. Great meat to veggie ratio. Pro veggie. Loved the house sauce. Even though an outdoor food truck, it was next to a large coffee shop to stay warm or dry. The wait was about 25 minutes.

Just had the best vegetarian Banh Mi of my entire life. You know when you eat something so good and you do a little happy dance? Dancing through every bite of this. You HAVE to check this place out. Food is phenomenal. People are so nice.

We ordered the steak on noodles, and it was delicious! Super fresh, balanced and light. The guy at the window was also so friendly and genuine. There wasn't really any seating when we got there so I was standing with my infant son, and he went out of his way to find me a chair. I wish I got his name! We will definitely come back, and recommend this place. :)

I love this food cart! Delicious fresh clean flavors! I just had the chicken Bahn Mi and it was fabulous! I would love to see them do Vietnamese pork meatballs as a special some time 😉

My photos wouldn't even do it justice. The beef sandwich was Delicious. Next time I would order light hot sauce but that's just me. I've been looking for a good Vietnamese sandwich in Central Oregon.I just found it!! And super friendly staff.

Finally checked out this place and it didn’t disappoint. Food was delicious and the service was just as great. Will definitely be returning!

This food was AMAZING!! I’m celiac and felt good after eating here - they took extra care to keep my food safe from gluten. But seriously, the steak noodle bowl was incredible and I could eat it everyday! Service was quick and kind. 10/10 would recommend and looking forward to returning!!

Best food truck in Bend! Amazing food with excellent service. You order, go into Deschutes tasting room for a beer and they bring you your food!! The tofu is out of the world!
