I had a fantastic experience with Donna at Bella Nuova. She gave me best facial ever!!! Her spa has a calming and peaceful environment from the moment you walk in. During the facial she explained the products she was applying and the benefits, and also provided a neck and shoulder massage that completed the experience. I walked out literaly glowing, looking years younger and completely relaxed. Her spa has an array of other services/specialty treatments and I’ve already booked my next treatment. I highly recommend Donna at Bella Nuova for your day spa experience, you will be thrilled with the results!

We were in Bend for a wedding and needed to get in quickly for a wax appointment. We called and took a shot. We reached Donna and she was in the middle of fixing a sprinkler in her yard! She said give me a few minutes to get down to the shop and get it open. Needless to say she went above and beyond to help us out. The service was quick and painless. We would highly recommend.

Donna at Bella Nuova is absolutely amazing! I had zero issues finding parking or this adorable building little building on Newport. Everything about my experience was top notch- the facial I got was very relaxing and my skin was so much brighter. It even helped take away some sinus pain I was having. All the products she uses are so thought out and carefully curated to benefit your skin in this dry climate. Cannot wait to come back to Bella Nuova!!

Donna is so kind and amazing at what she does! I recently moved to Bend in the Fall and have been trying to look for the perfect spot for a facial. I vacationed in Bend, OR. for the third year in a row. Each year that we visit, I book a facial at a local spa. This year I chose Bella Nuova Spa. I've had numerous facials over the years but this facial was by far the BEST facial I've ever had. I was SO relaxed afterward and my face felt fabulous! I also had my eyebrows tinted after the facial. Donna did a fantastic job and I will definitely be booking another facial with Donna next year!
