Dr. Hallie McNaughton Ballance is one of the best dentist in Bend. She is compassionate, gentle, kind experienced and her skill are superior. My procedures have always been pain free. The office is beautiful, clean, welcoming and parking is always available. The staff is professional, friendly and they all have excellent bedside manners. Alpenglow is patient centered. I love coming here to see Dr. Hallie and her awesome staff. Dr. Hallie is reassuring, warm, friendly, and so knowledgeable. The hygienists are always so awesome, especially Jenna! She is one of the kind, warmhearted people I've ever met. I'm really glad this office is in-network for my insurance because I couldn't imagine going elsewhere.

Experience was great. I have very high dental anxiety. They did everything they could to make the anxiety go down. They were also very good with giving me information in a way I wouldn’t freak out thank you alpenglow 10/10

Dr. Hallie is amazing! She’s so down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable. All of the hygienists are sweet and very friendly (and gentle on your mouth!) And the front office staff is always so cheery and helpful. Alpenglow is the BEST!!!

Update: My mom finished her SRP (deep cleaning) and she left another amazing rant about the place. She feel like she finally got a quality dental cleaning with the attention her mouth needed. She loves that it's a hard working family office and that its a mom and daughter working as a team. And she was very thankful that the misunderstanding was addressed. I'm a Registered dental hygienist, and I wrote a scathing 1 star review about my moms experience from what I was told...( I deleted that review- which I never do since I'll usually edit it). But I made an exception. Not only did Alpenglow clear up the misunderstanding by calling my mom, but then they also wanted to make it right. And so they did. I was in absolute shock by the OUTSTANDING dental care that puts many dental offices to shame (in my personal experience). This office has done their homework and it's gold. I can only see this place succeeding with this level of quality. They combined the best treatment that dental has to offer like laser, iodine, antibiotics, and clear communication skills. Dr.Hallie and her accompanying DA had surpassed my skepticism My mom is "Elated and feels terrific, what a professional when they make you feel like you're more than 'just a patient' but are part of a team!...bite block for comfort, had made all the difference on the planet, checking on me if I needed a break, terrific bedside manner. Walk you through the steps and doesn't leave you guessing...Follow up care was excellent very clean instructions and it was clear on what to do next and she no longer felt lost or offended."
