Good service and welcoming hostess. Very disappointing food for the price you pay. The coconut soup was alright but it was $20. The wings were too greasy and tasted odd. The meat on the pad thai was a joke. This chewy tasteless meat will break someone’s teeth. It was disgusting. The pad thai was tasty and again this dish was about $25. When we mentioned that to our waitress when she brought the check over she just said oo sorry. Did not even bother to tell the cooks about it. We did not want to return it and have the whole dish go in the trash but seriously do not offer this gross meat to any other clients. Will not return.

Excellent ambiance, customer service and food presentation. I had tasted an odd flavoring in the food, it was kind of like the smell you get after a firework blows. However my server chris and his manager anthony worked very hard to ensure I left satisfied. They remade the coconut noodle soup again and when I wasn't satisfied, sent me home with chicken phad thai. I wish I could give 5 stars, but unfortunately the food just isn't quite there yet with flavor.

The front desk staff was friendly. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to our 8:15 reservation and were seated after a short wait, near our scheduled seating. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and made helpful recommendations. We ordered red curry with pork, and pad see ew with chicken. For drinks we had a spicy passion fruit margarita and a Thai iced tea. The red curry was delicious and balanced. I found the pork a little bit rubbery, as though maybe overcooked - there was no char or crisp to it. The pad see ew was very good. It was not too salty nor too sweet, like this dish can sometimes be. The chicken was cooked to a nice flavor and texture. The margarita had definite kick, which I really liked, but it might be too much for some. The thai iced tea was ridiculously sweet, I thought. The tea flavors got lost in the cream and whipped topping. The drink felt a little bit gimmicky to me, between the presentation and dessert-like quality. I felt a little rushed when we got close to 9pm and the music was turned off and the staff were clearly occupied with shutting things down. Open hours were until 9pm so it is understandable that they would be wrapping up, but if they are going so far as to make the atmosphere less inviting at 5-til, they should not take reservations 45 minutes before close. I found the dishes a little overpriced for what they were, like we paid a bit more for the setting and presentation than the meal itself. Still, a generally positive experience, and would recommend trying it out.

By far the best food I've tasted in Oregon. You won't be disappointed, it's AMAZING. This place deserves 5 stars, the food was absolutely delicious. I'll be coming back for sure, the menu is quite extensive.

Definitely some of the best Thai food I’ve had in Oregon. Don’t take the spice meter lightly if you’re a little sensitive! The noodles and sauce were divine in my entry and we liked our appetizer, too. The pomegranate cocktail was eh, but overall a great experience. Try to get a reservation because they’re busy!

I visited Noi Thai restaurant twice. The first time was on a weekday, and it wasn't very busy. I was impressed with the presentation of the food--very appealing. I ordered the Green Papaya Salad, and the Drunken Noodles with tofu. It was very delicious, and I took some home to eat the next day. I filled out a survey before I left, and won a $10 gift card! I was excited. The next time I visited it was on the weekend, and it was packed. I waited a while to be seated. I ordered the veggie rolls and the Siam Spicy Eggplant. There was a problem with my order, since I specifically asked for tofu with my eggplant, and there was none. The server deducted the price of the entree from my bill. I was very grateful! The veggie rolls were more chewy than normal. The peanut sauce was warm and delicious! The rolls had the right combination of tofu, vegetables, and clear noodles.

I had an enjoyable dining experience at the Noi Thai Cuisine. This place has an extensive selection of vegetarian options. The VG Drunken-khi mao noodles stole the show for me. Every dish I tried from the spring rolls to VG pineapple fried rice and VG massaman curry showed the kitchen's dedication to excellence coupled with beautiful ambiance and friendly staff.

Noi Thai is the nicest, most delicious restaurant in Bend Oregon. The interior is so unique and beautiful. Best of all, the team members and management are very nice too. Daniel Read IV

I wanted to like this place. I wanted five star food for three or four star pricing (don't we all?). Instead I got two or three star food for four star pricing. I had the salad bites (large make-your-own platter) and crispy garlic chicken. The sub dishes on the salad were fine, but we could only get about a half of the way through them before we ran out of the provided greens to make a wrap. The ratio was just way off, for no reason. Couldn't request more because no one ever checked in until long after entrees had been dropped off (also, why not just make them match up? Those greens couldn't cost more than 50¢). The crispy garlic chicken was over-fried, and the chicken was a bit dry/leathery inside. I asked for a four (out of five) spiciness, and it wasn't really spicy at all. I was really let down by the food, especially at the price. Service was fine except for the bit with the salad (long spell with no one around). Hope they improve; Bend could use another good Thai restaurant. This ain't it at the moment.

This is a true gathering locale for any foodie or setting. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very accommodating, from a romantic date, to a family gathering, to a father and son on a road trip just looking for a decent place to eat good food. (That was us.) The atmosphere was in-between and Asian and a far-eastern Indian setting. There were romantic tables, places hungry guys like us, and a large setting for bigger families. Out waitresses had an uncommonly beautiful name of Athena and she was absolutely amazing. She was everywhere, making sure we nor anyone else she was serving, were not forgotten in the chaos. Then came the food. It was a true palette pleaser. The flavors were plenty and spot on. There was plenty of food on the plate, the appearance was beautifully plated, and the taste was so wonderful, I had to leave a review for others to enjoy. I couldn't have accidentally picked a better spot in Bend OR. to eat. The one thing that I can say when they could do better, was the lighting may be a bit too low. Hard for us older people to see the menu.

An authentic Thai dining experience. The food is simply fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Each dish is bursting with flavor and carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, making for a truly authentic culinary experience. In addition to the delicious food, the atmosphere of the restaurant is also top-notch. The decor is tasteful and creates a cozy, intimate ambiance that's perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring that your dining experience is both enjoyable and memorable.

Great service and atmosphere! Kelsey was our server, she was wonderful and attentive! We had the crispy garlic chicken and the black noodles. The crispy garlic chicken was PHENOMENAL, the black noodles were delicious but you can’t beat the classic drunken noodles. We ordered our food at a spice level of three but would do between a three and a four next time. Love Noi Thai whether it’s for takeout or dine in, it’s delicious every time!

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Our final leg of a 3 week road trip and we enjoyed a much needed dine in dinner. Food came out relatively fast and all the dishes were delicious. Our kids have dairy and nut allergies and they were able to make adjustments. Mango and sticky rice is a must!

While the food here is good, it's definitely not authentic. The flavors were there, but not the ones we'd associate with traditional thai cooking. My husband and I came to Noi Thai for lunch after he saw khao soi on their menu. He enjoyed the dish but he said it didn't hit the spot to fill the craving for it. His biggest pet peeve about it was that it was too sweet, not spicy enough (he ordered their highest spice level, 5) and that they didn't give him chopsticks. He said "I've never eaten khao soi with a fork before, it was weird". Speaking of sweet, we ordered the fried chicken appetizer, which was also very sweet. The sticky rice helped alleviate the sweetness. Our favorite items were the drunken noodles, deep fried pork and the Thai iced coffee. These were delicious. It might be asking a lot for authenticity in Bend, but if you'd like to have some good Thai food in a beautiful restaurant, definitely check out Noi Thai.

The quality is so so compare to the neighborhood Thai food I can get from California: with the mango sticky rice the mango is sour and not good quality. The lamb curry is using lamb chop not the typical lamb stew you can find in Thailand or elsewhere. I think they are taking a shot cut. The tom kat soup is also quite normal. I will give it a passing grade at best.

First visit in several years. Ambiance and decor is the same, warm and inviting. Server was attentive and while a bit “stiff”, seemed to be working a large number of tables? Food was exceptional. Spice level seemed to be spot on the number ranking.

Quick and friendly service. The food was delicious. Tom Kha Gai and the yellow curry, amazing flavor! And the best part was the black sticky rice dessert. It's not often I find that dessert at a Thai restaurant. So happy Noi Thai offers that dish, one of my favorites. We went for happy hour.

The food was ok. I definitely have had better and more authentic Thai food. We ordered a spice level of 2 and 4 on another dish. The 2 was Spicer than the 4, which was weird. Service was alright, although my drink was empty. The restaurant is very nice. Has kind of romantic vibe. You are paying for the atmosphere. It was an acceptable experience, but unlikely I would like to return or recommend it as there are better thai places out there.
