This location is "pet friendly" with a corresponding cleaning fee of $75 per pet. I stayed one night with two dogs and was charged an additional $150 for "deep cleaning" the room. The dogs did not chew anything up, did not go to the bathroom in the room, and did not get up on the furniture. No special cleaning was necessary. I highly doubt any extra cleaning was completed at all. Most hotels charge $25 per night per dog. If you are traveling with pets, hold onto your wallet and avoid Hampton Inn in Bend at all costs. I would not call them Pet Friendly with those costs.

We came to Bend to see a show at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. I picked this hotel for the proximity to the venue. While checking in, we were greeted by Maria at the front desk. She was so lovely and helpful. She gave us a room with a view of the River. The hotel was very nice and very clean. You can tell that the staff really cares about the property. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had so many options. The waffle station made my 8-year-old sonโ€™s eye bulge out of their sockets! We were able to walk across the street and put our paddleboards in the water and listen to the band sound check as we paddled. It was a two minute walk down to the venue when it was show time. This hotel was affordable and incredibly nice. The pool was also a very nice bonus. It was open 24 hours and was a very clean salt-water pool. This was my first time visiting Bend, but it wonโ€™t be my last! It was a wonderful experience.

I made a reservation directly to the hotel in Bend. The interaction with the worker was pleasant. I clearly requested a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower. I received my confirmation and i though all was well. I will omit, I should have looked at the reservation more closely but why should I? I get to the hotel early our room wasn't ready, no problem I can wait. The manager approached me saying the wrong room was reserved for me, it was a hearing disability room and not a mobility disabled room but she is having the correct room cleaned but it will be a longer wait. Again no problem. I check in, go to the room to find a hearing disabled room with a tub. Called down to the front desk, basically said oh well, that's all we got. We can bring a shower chair. Fine.. well it was a shower chair but how am I to transfer to a chair in the tub? No shower for me. Very disappointed in the service. May consider closing my award points account. Fir me, it's always about customer service and I feel they failed me big time. I needed the roll in shower on this trip.

Our last minute reservation got us a clean, quiet, king room. Front desk check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast from 6am to 10am daily; hot coffee and tea, hot egg and meat options, of course waffles, bread products and juices, cereal and yogurt. Check out can be done through the app or at the desk. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

When I exited the elevator there was a sign "help us find Rudy the reindeer, He's gone missing, reward" I found him!!! The reward was a candy bar. I'm not gonna tell where but here's a hint...it's on the first floor. It was fun little thing to do. Good luck!! Also, the hot tub wasn't working. They were working on it.

Unfortunately, the very nice rooms are not matched by lower quality of amenities. Spa/jacuzzi is more like a warm bathtub. No jet action. Breakfasts were tasteless and really processed. Front desk didn't get my order on for room refresh. Had to call in again. Refrigerator had skanky odor. Showerhead sprayed everywhere including outside the shower. Location is excellent and if the above annoyances were solved, this place would get 5 stars.

Liked this hotel. Very spacious and quiet room and good bed. Layout was a bit odd and it was very warm in the whole hotel. Location is close to a mall and amphi-theatre and central to everything else.

Wow! What a great hotel. It was so clean and smelled nice! The breakfast was fantastic. The bed and room were just great. And such an amazing location. We walked over to the Old Mill district after we checked in and we were not disappointed! We will definitely stay if we are in the area!

A beautiful property right next to Bend's Amphitheater and Mill District's shopping and dining. Easy walking access to any nearby attractions and the local hiking and biking trail. There was always warm coffee and iced water in the lobby, and their staff is helpful. The rooms are clean with only a few loose outlets from all the use. I would highly recommend this stay to any family or colleagues looking for a place to stay in Bend.

Amazing location, especially if you are going to a show at the amphitheater. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Big shout out to the staff who were very accommodating. We came in a little early off trail and they were able to find us an earlier room. I would stay again, and this will be the first place I look if going to a show.

I only stay here when I visit Bend. Well kept and clean hotel. Love having a bottle of wine in their lobby after a long business day. There's a nice fireplace with comfy seating to just kick back and relax. My room is always clean and the staff is always polite.

This is our go-to place when we visit Bend when we don't stay with friends. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The location is very close to the Old Mill District right across the walking bridge. Great walks along the river too. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

In town as a family member was airlifted to hospital there. Dye to other family members coming in, had to book another room. Initially was told they had no other room but Maria asked for some time to see what she could do. Maria made it happen and found a room for us. Was able to spend mire time near and with family during this trying time. Meant alot to us. Thank you so much Maria!

Beautiful location. In the morning when I was driving out of the parking lot, 6 deer came walking right though the front of the hotel driveway and through the lot. Its always a good when wildlife graces us with it's presence.

Don't try to checkout early. Despite being assured we could do so, we are not able to obtain a refund on our reservation. I have left multiple voicemails with no response. The online customer support form is broken and is of no use. Otherwise, the stay was fine - hotel is clean, ample parking, easy to access, staff are friendly, at least in person. Perhaps I should take a 8+ hour drive since they are so much better in person?

Always happy with a Hampton Inn wherever we go, but this one had a truly accessible room available to book. I have mobility issues and use a walker and find it difficult, as well as a safety issue to step into a tub/shower! This property offered a roll-in shower equipped with grab bars, hand-held shower, in addition to a fixed shower head (for my husband), zero threshold, & a fold down seat. I was tickled pink!

You see Hampton Inn and think this will do. However, this place rocks. First of all, being right on the water is pretty cool. Whether you are a hardcore enthusiast or just up for a lazy float this is a good start. Next the food and shopping that is right next door makes it very convenient for all types of folks staying in the area not to mention they share the parking lot with the Hayden Homes amphitheater. Lastly the proximity to everything else including the views of the Three Sisters makes it tempting to squeeze in another night. The only thing that makes me a little hesitant to stay again would be the above average price and the bland breakfast. All in all, a great choice to stay.

Super easy stroll from the amphitheater. Amazing customer service and we met some extremely interesting folks that had rooms next to or across from us. They had booked us on the 2nd. floor & I have serious mobility issues- 1 word and we were on the ground floor and super happy.

Decently price. Access to the Old Mill District with a great view of the river in-between the hotel and Old Mill District. Nice staff. Had a pleasant stay and would use this hotel again on my next visit to Bend, Oregon.

Don't stay here! Maria the front desk lady gave us the wrong keys to the wrong room, on the wrong floor, than proceeded to accused my wife of misunderstanding the floor we were supposed to be on even though she wrote 200 on the key card fold. When I went down to get new keys made, she not only failed to take responsibility for the message up, she doubles down and then tells me I can't get the new cards for the correct room, on the correct floor, for my family becauso my name isn't on the room. After some back and forth, she says if I provide the address on the reservation that would suffice. I couldn't remember all of our old address from two years ago but I gave her the correct house number and street direction and because I forgot the street number, that wasn't good enough. I then remembered my ID has my old address on it as well as the same last name as my wife, so I show that to her, and guess what? She didn't like the way I was talking to her, because I called her out on her mess up and she goes and gets her manager. Thinking, clearly the manager would see she messed up with our room and refused to use common sense to ID me, but instead, the manager tells me its just policy and there wasn't anything she could accept to ID me. So basically, Maria messed up again saying she could use my address, either that or, the Assistant General Manger Kristina didn't like me making her employee look dumb, so she wasn't going to accept any form of ID. Long story short, we got refunded and we went to The Hilton where we were originally supposed to stay and where we stay at every year! Its two minutes away from this trashy place! The Hilton, where they know hospitality and respect for the people who spend money with them! Don't give this place your money!

The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff is so friendly! The breakfast was really good. We came to bend for a concert and the amphitheater was next door, loved that! My only complaints are that the beds were not comfortable at all, very hard and the ac in our room was either hot or cold very hard to control. Otherwise I'd definitely stay here again!
