I
made
a
reservation
directly
to
the
hotel
in
Bend.
The
interaction
with
the
worker
was
pleasant.
I
clearly
requested
a
wheelchair
accessible
room
with
a
roll
in
shower.
I
received
my
confirmation
and
i
though
all
was
well.
I
will
omit,
I
should
have
looked
at
the
reservation
more
closely
but
why
should
I?
I
get
to
the
hotel
early
our
room
wasn't
ready,
no
problem
I
can
wait.
The
manager
approached
me
saying
the
wrong
room
was
reserved
for
me,
it
was
a
hearing
disability
room
and
not
a
mobility
disabled
room
but
she
is
having
the
correct
room
cleaned
but
it
will
be
a
longer
wait.
Again
no
problem.
I
check
in,
go
to
the
room
to
find
a
hearing
disabled
room
with
a
tub.
Called
down
to
the
front
desk,
basically
said
oh
well,
that's
all
we
got.
We
can
bring
a
shower
chair.
Fine..
well
it
was
a
shower
chair
but
how
am
I
to
transfer
to
a
chair
in
the
tub?
No
shower
for
me.
Very
disappointed
in
the
service.
May
consider
closing
my
award
points
account.
Fir
me,
it's
always
about
customer
service
and
I
feel
they
failed
me
big
time.
I
needed
the
roll
in
shower
on
this
trip.
