I have never had such an amazing experience like I did at The Oxford Hotel. I was driving from Idaho to Washington this past weekend and got stuck in Oregon due to the mountain passes being closed because of the snow storm that hit the PNW. I made a last minute booking at The Oxford Hotel and was blown away by the service and accommodations. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, who was also shoveling snow in the front to make easy access to guest. At check in, they gave me a puppy package with a ton of goodies for my dog that I was travelling with. I had some amazing room service that was quickly delivered to my room! The rooms were spotless and had the best complimentary toiletries. The next morning, they gave me some supplies for my dog's morning business and pointed me in a good direction to take her on a walk. Also in the morning, the concierge took time to sit down with me and discuss different route options to get to my final destination without getting stuck in the snow again. I had the best experience staying at this hotel. It was just what I needed after a stressful day of driving! 10/10 recommend!! I can't wait to go back!

From beginning to end, first class service and accommodations. Staff was simply terrific, from the moment Mark opened the car door in valet, to housekeeping’s cheerful smile and absolutely spotless room prepared daily for us. We fully enjoyed our stay at the Oxford, and plan to visit again soon!

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a city facing view and it was quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant next door (Roam) was convenient and we had exceptional meals and service there. We would definitely stay here again!

The valet team and the front desk woman Erin were so helpful at check-in. I was there for my brother’s wedding, and I had a few questions and they took care of everything. This hotel kinda has a nice chalet in the mountains. Kind of feel fireplace in the lobby, clean rooms, tons of bars and coffee places within walking distance. The town of Bend is like a Hallmark movie. I mean that in the best way.

I rarely write reviews but this adorable, well appointed luxury boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Bend left an impression. I am fortunate to have experienced some exceptional accommodations all over the world, but I think it was the staff here that really made this one stand out. They could not have been more caring, efficient and professional. Wow. Pricey but worth it.

Very nice and luxurious rooms with great front desk customer service, and the people were all very friendly. The staff was exceptionally courteous. We will definitely return when we come to Bend again

My stay at The Oxford was top tier. Every square inch is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The staff are so kind and eager to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The locally sourced coffee, and soaps in the room show a level of care about the community that is not common. I loved being able to walk out the front and be within walking distance of the heart of downtown, coffee, restaurants, and shops. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We checked in early without a problem. Reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, big and layed out well. Location downtown couldn't be easier. While parking in the city garage, attached to the back of the hotel, was a breeze. Tons of food choices and shops are minutes away. We'll definitely be back in the spring. Thank you for a great experience.

My husband and I stayed at The Oxford this last weekend and we will definitely stay here again. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of seating options which was nice as he and I always fight over the one chair in so many hotels. It was clean and well appointed. We had room service for breakfast and the food came right on time and was delicious. All the staff were amazing. We loved that it was right downtown so all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. I would highly recommend the Oxford.

When we come to Bend, we stay at the Oxford. The care and consideration of each and every staff member here is unparalleled. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms and beds comfy. Stay here and feel the warmth.

Great spot. Bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and spa area is fabulous. Only real complaint is staff running billing multiple times causing fraud warnings from the bank and attempting to charge for what is supposed to be the free valet parking for hybrids. Great location for walking Bend.

Had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location and easy access to be able to walk through downtown Bend. The staff and service was way above and beyond. Amazingly responsive and felt welcoming to us and our dog. Will definitely be booking here again in the future.

We just stayed for a week in the cascade suite and loved it. Comfy beds, comfy pillows, perfect location with everything you need right there including excellent restaurants. Quiet, clean, daily housekeeping, and we loved having use of the laundry, the sauna and steam room. Will definitely return whenever we visit Bend.

The staff went above and beyond. The valet always greeted us promptly with a smile and were incredibly helpful. They even put a little stuffed lamb in my sons carseat. Complimentary bottled water, French press coffee and the food from Roam was amazing! Best room service breakfast I’ve ever had! We were in town with our 1 year old son over the New Years holiday and was a little concerned about the noise but you could not hear a thing from the street below and you couldn’t even hear the other hotel guests. We all slept amazing and my husband loved the pillow menu. 10/10 will definitely be back

Great Place to stay we have stayed in the one in Spokane and Bend Oregon. Great staff and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

Took the girlfriend on a random birthday weekend here. Great rooms and staff. And the attached restaurant Roam is delicious

5☆ rooms, 5 ☆ location, 3☆ service and experience afterward but still glad I got to stay at this nice hotel. Room was very nice and they finally made things right with me so changed my review. Thanks

Maybe it's super fancy but the parking garage with their logo on it is home to kids drifting their Subarus and flooring their trucks around blind corners. If you've got a nice car think about staying somewhere else, for its own safety. Edit: aww my warning to their ritzy clientele makes the oxford want me to delete my review. Lol fix the garage.

Amazing hotel to visit in Bend. Great location. Great rooms. Great staff. We didn't eat or drink there as there are so many places to go to in Bend. Cannot fault. Will definitely return, if we can.

Room was spacious and comfortable. All the amenities one would typically expect for a hotel of this price. However the hvac was so loud when it would kick on or off it made it imposible to sleep. So no heat in the dead of winter was not great but the only way to get a good night sleep. If it wasn’t for a poorly designed system I would give it five stars for the hotel but the fact we couldn’t have heat on brings it down quite a bit. We did have the engineer check it out and switched rooms, all the same.

Loved this hotel, great location in Bend and what a fabulous room. Loved the fact it had separate soaker tub and shower and a great seating area. Good coffee too! I'd definitely use this place again. Reasonably priced valet parking too.

Luxury hotel in downtown Bend Oregon. Beautifully-appointed room furnished with eclectic and comfortable furniture. Room service available featuring the in-hotel restaurant, Roam. Breakfast is awesome! Nice robes provided. French press coffee service and good selection of tea bags. Huge tub with handcrafted soaps, and a large walk-in shower. Just blocks away from Franklin Park and Deschutes River.

Perfect location in downtown Bend with easy access to everything. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your stay. Very large rooms, comfy beds and wonderful bathrooms only enhance the experience for any type of stay. I had a pretty bad incident where someone attempted to break into my car in the garage next to the hotel and the staff went absolutely above and beyond with helping me get things sorted, I could not be more grateful. They called towing companies, glass repair companies, helped clean glass from my car, retrieved all the security footage for the polices and to put a cherry on top an employee drove me all the way home (100+ miles away) -- so allow me to emphasize how incredible of a team they have! You really can't go wrong here!

Easily one of the nicer hotels Ive stayed in. Most of the experience has been carefully crafted to impress the guest, like offering a pillow menu with 5 different options. Despite the great lengths The Oxford takes to ensure I have a comfortable pillow option, they put little to no regard into the heating system that has kept me awake all night. A loud click switches on and then a jet airplane roars next to my bed and head for a few minutes every 15 minutes. Ive slept better in places 1/4 the price. The fitness center has a really nice steam, hot tub and sauna that was greatly appreciated.
