This park is absolutely beautiful. We had an issue with our black tank, and the park accommodated us to a premium site to be able to work on the tank. We were staying at a W/E site, which is on gravel, but still very nice. Scott, who works at the park, is absolutely amazing. He was a big part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much. Everyone is so kind, we will come back to this park every time we visit Bend.

I was able to find a spot for 3 days on very short notice. The park was very clean, well kept, and tidy. I loved the trash cans and recycling bins available at each site with daily pickup. Additionally, I ran into a huge problem with the vehicle I tow the morning I was supposed to depart causing my entire day to be a few hours behind. I wasn't able to finish packing everything up until long after the required check-out time, but they were super understanding of my situation. I would definitely recommend this place, and plan to book through them again next time I'm in Bend.

Very disappointed with this group. The price and location look great. I went to book online for tonight and tomorrow. The website said I couldn't book anything that was within 12 hours and to call. I called the number, which is an 888 number and goes to a corporate group in Michigan. I stayed on hold for 20mon before opting to leave a message for a call back. 5 hours later, no call back and I am on hold again. If this a representation of how this group runs their business, it is not a good sign. If you can't handle your business, you are in the wrong business.

We stayed here from April 17, 2022 for 5 nights. I cannot say enough great things about the park. The sites are huge with lots of grass. Easy to back in and I did it the first time. Yeah!! The hot tub was great but wished it stayed open longer. We enjoy little later evenings. This place is so quiet you felt you should whisper or everyone could hear us. There were some longer stay folks. The trees, the grass, the access to a trail all made this a great place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. We would recommend highly if your traveling to Bend Oregon. This place is close to everything Bend has to offer.

We have been coming here for the past 3 years and it has declined something awful! Lawns haven’t been mowed in several weeks. There are weeds everywhere especially in the pavers. We were here about 20 years ago and we would have called this a 10/10/10 place but no longer. The very few staff they have are friendly and don’t blame them but corporate needs to get it together! Instead of spending money on new signs how about paying someone to do maintenance. We heard for the last 3 years we are short on help, when they can get a fast food job that pays more no wonder you can’t find anyone to work. We went up to the jacuzzi about 6:30 pm and it was locked up. Sign says 8:00am till 8:00pm🤷🏻‍♀️I’m not one to make a negative post but this is sad! This resort has so much potential.

Stayed here for about a week with my family during July 4th holiday. I would rank it as one of the best RV resort of PNW for its cleanness, convenient location and beautiful golden full hookup sites. Everything is top notch. Love this RV resort. Meet many nice and friendly people here and many of them are actually returning customers. Would definitely recommend Crown Villa RV Resort if you want to visit Bend Oregon!

Spacious and clean RV Park, but very EXPENSIVE. Unless you have a reason to stay in Bend, you can find someone much better outside of town and save your money for activities. Location is the driving factor here and the park seems to be full all the time. Staff are active and take care of issues as they arise. That being said and for how much this park costs, the bathroom/showers are dismally inadequate. Some people might complain about the noise of the nearby street, but that was not an issue at all during our stay. Bend is full of straight pipe Subarus and diesel trucks, it's part of the culture and should be expected/embraced.

Beautiful RV park! Our family loved our stay here. Loved how much grass there was. Attendants were quick to empty trash, fill up propane, etc. Staff were friendly. Sites are large and clean! The storage sheds were also nice. Only negative was the lack of privacy for showers. We’d stay here again for sure, we’d just mentally prepare for a communal shower experience lol.

The location is fantastic, situated near a fantastic park and neighborhood. The spaces are huge and wonderfully spaced, something that lots of rv parks are lacking. The customer service at the front was so so, but we only experienced it when checking in. We now want to move to Bend because the city was so happy.

We booked a platinum site in Dec 2022 for Sept 2023 - upon arrival our $117 a night site is large with potential but VERY DIRTY with debris and beside a very busy road …by no means premium. I called the office 4x to discuss and the agent never answered (even though I know she was there ) when I checked in she could not have been less friendly. All she said was here is where you site is and questions. Save your money or lower your expectations- this is not even close to $117 value

This is one of the best RV parks I’ve ever been to on the West Coast. I look forward to staying here the next time we are going to be in Bend.

Not a resort. But they say it is. They have 1 hot tub, which was always full of kids. Office staff nice. Grounds not well maintained. No amenities. Location was great. Bend is beautiful

Beautiful RV park with a great community facility. Hot tub, ping pong, Foosball. A lot of trees and shade. 50 amp hookup. Close to town so we just took a $11 Uber to the amphitheater for the concert we were in town to see.

After 2 weeks here we realized this property has some transitional pains. We’ve experienced many SunOutdoors properties and this one lacks the appeal of others. While the proximity to roads with bike trails and 3-4 mike vicinity to what we wanted to see and do in Bend, the property is poorly tended to which reflects my rating. It appears that they lack the staff to address clean up and tidiness to offset the premium, resort rate. I speak for 3 rigs traveling together.

Sun Outdoors Bend is beautiful. It is very well maintained, and a very comfortable place to stay! When we first arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a host that blew the pine needles off our campsite. Our kids loved playing pickle ball at the courts. We had a blast. We pulled away without our surge protector, but Sherry quickly mailed it to us to our next campground. She even followed up with us to make sure we got it! 10/10 recommend Sun Outdoors Bend! If all the Sun Outdoors are like this one, count us in!!

We were visiting bend for a couple events and wanted a place in town to park our rv. We were impressed with how nice the park was and we plan on staying there again.

This is my second winter as a fulltime RV resident here 🎉 Great location, amenities and staff! The RV park is queitly settled in between a few neighborhoods and a school, so it's close to the all the fun in Bend while being far enough away from the Hwy 97 road noise. The sites here have lawns on each side of the rig and backed up to a very large green space. 🌲🌲This is a clean place with mature trees, grey squirrel, song birds, owls, and occasionally some mule deer. The fenced dog park on location is ok, buuuuut there is a very large open field adjacent to the park that is locally used as an off-leash area and easily accessible. The new Alpenglow Community Park is an easy, safe walk with kids and dogs. Complete with manicured fields, playgrounds, paved walkways and several fenced off-leash areas, including a canine agility/ obstacle course! The amenities are nice enough when they are open/ available/ not under construction/ operational.... The park was sold and they've been renovating almost everything, so that comes with some inconsistencies. I really enjoy the complimentary hot beverages, the billard table, fireplace, study spaces and cozy furniture in the Club House. Their small gym got new equipment this year, and they now have a decent selection of concessions available to purchase. The 24 hour laundry room has been renovated, compete with both card and coin operated HE machines. My interactions with the on-site staff have been mostly excellent, attentive, and polite, even as they struggle with the transition between the RV Park's renovations under the new management. Two gentlemen really stand out to me, and both happen to be named Scott 😂 Those two guys keep the grounds looking clean, take care of the dog park and refill the waste station bags with haste! They're quick to take care of each site's garbage, recycling, propane refills, landscaping, etc. Requests for repairs and facility improvements have been addressed promptly. Aside from making my day-to-day easier, Scott and Scott have both been approachable, helpful, exceptionally kind to me, and genuinely made me feel like a welcomed friend 😁 To the new management, earn that 5 star: - Get these construction contractors to wrap up their work. There doesn't appear to be any rush and it's frustrating - Take care of your staff. They work hard and I get the feeling they're not getting adequate appreciation

Nice resort. Spaces are large. Unfortunately during our stay laundry was closed for remodeling. Not a inconvenience as there are plenty of laundromats within 2.5 miles. Dog area is not good

I booked a spot and tried canceling the next day early in the morning the lady was polite and told me she would cancel in no problem. It has been two weeks and I still haven't got my refund for $240 and when I called today the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. I cannot believe the customer service here, its atrocious and they should be ashamed of having people run the front office that way. 😒

We just finished a little over 3 weeks of traveling from Canada thru Oregon, California and back. We stopped for an over night in Bend en route home and Crown Villa was easily the nicest RV Resort we stayed at by a landslide. Beautiful sites, facility and amenities. Highly recommend

Stayed at Sun Outdoors in Bend for a night while we were passing through on a cross-country trip. Couldn't have been more impressed. The shared facilities (fitness center, showers, locker room facilities, store) are modern and professionally managed. The campsites are level, paved (with pavers), well equipped with modern fixtures, sited with mature trees, and quiet. We'll be back soon for an extended stay!

Very clean and spacious spots! I would definitely come back! The Jacuzzi truly helped calm the nerves after traveling for days. Staff is super helpful and kind.

Love, love, love this place. The sites are wonderful. It is quiet. I do wish that before someone new checks in, that staff would tidy up the site. I had trash and recycle heaping from the last person that I had to deal with when I got there.

What an awesome resort! We've absolutely loved our stays there. The staff is insanely friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the location is superb. We’ll continue to keep Crowne Villa on the top of the list for places to stay when visiting Bend!
