Great price, great location, great service. For a 2-star hotel, TownePlace goes above and beyond. Our room was very nice and neat with a full kitchenette and even some cookware and dinnerware. Added perk that they are dog friendly! All around fantastic stay and will be staying here again next time we're in Bend.

We chose this hotel on our way to California. Was only a pitstop, but in retrospect this hotel turned out to be the best place we've ever stayed in the whole time we visited the US this past week. Spacious rooms, clean and very clean bathrooms, no old or moldy smells. We liked it so much that on our way back we made sure to book it again! Has a pool and hot tub if you're in to that and/or have the time to enjoy it. We where looking for a hotel to charge our hybrid vehicle, and sure enough this hotel does have an EV charging station for Tesla and J1772 plugs in their parking lot. To top it all off! Free breakfast...!

Hotel was clean and the staff very very friendly and helpful. Great work for the local team. While I was here in the winter, and only for one night, it appears that this hotel is centrally located and has a good amount of amenities. I would stay here again! Thanks for the great stay.

Good location, pleasant front desk staff. Only negative is that when I took off my running shoes and stepped onto the carpet in my socks, the carpet in my room was soaking wet. I XV slled the front desk and was told it was just washed and that usually it's dry when people check in. Wore my flip flops the whole time.

This was a really nice Marriott hotel. We had a queen studio with fully equipped kitchen including a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, small dishwasher and pantry area. It was nice to have a place to make a little something in the morning or make a snack. The breakfast looked exceptional (although we couldn’t eat most of it because we have food allergies) but your typical coffee, juice, yogurts, cereals and then some hot breakfast items were available. The bed was very comfortable and you could easily swivel the TV so you can watch it in bed or on the couch. Nice strong water pressure in the shower. We will definitely stay here again.

The water in the showers is hot. Like, crazy hot... you might have to wait for it, but it gets there. That alone wins it for me. Also, stuff is clean. The bathroom, the bed, the hallways... all clean. Bend is mostly a corporate wasteland, so this place works for me.

We had to have maintenance come twice due to the bathtub leaking and the hot water not working. Breakfast meat, eggs, and sandwiches could use some improvement. I did not feel like I got what I paid for so I would probably try a different hotel next time. The pool and hot tub were great except for the fact that the hot tub was not working one day. Also the location is good for walking to the old mill and river

Good hotel near the hustle and bustle. Good location for many activities. The hotel had everything we needed as a family. Friendly friendly desk staff. Great breakfast with a very friendly lady attending the breakfast area. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Also has an affordable laundry room.

I really cannot say enough great things about this property! From the staff at the front desk, the room size and accommodations, the cleaning crew and the breakfast in the mornings everything was so amazing! The room was very spacious and perfect for us after camping for a week, and very clean! we even got to bring our dog with us😄 would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the bend area.

The room had an overall funk of a room that has not been deep cleaned or properly aired out in a very long time. - The carpet is torn, has holes, is threadbare, and dirty. No amount of vacuuming will fix this. A new carpet is the only solution! - The mattress was very hard and we could not get any decent sleep. - The shower control was loose and looked like it could come off at any moment, which also made it difficult to control water temperature, Showers were either too cold or scalding hot. - There was an abundance of noise from the hallway and other rooms which makes one think the walls are improperly soundproofed. - The staff at the front desk and the wonderful lady preparing the breakfast were very nice and eager to be of service. Overall, the people are very good but the room itself was way below par. I do not recommend this property. Spend the extra $20 - $30 a night and choose another hotel!

I recently stayed here on a fire assignment. The rooms were clean the pool and hot tub were wonderful and the AC unit actually made the room cold. But the stand out best part of my trip was the breakfast staff. Especially a lady named Sophie. She was a happy helpful charming host. I would love to stay here again.

Our room had a stocked kitchenette. There were several options for additions at no charge at the front desk. Blenders... The room was very clean.

It isn't the newest or fanciest place in Bend, but the staff makes up for it. The whole staff made sure to go out of their way for my crew to make sure we were comfortable. Between making sure we had breakfast before we left (even though their breakfast technically start after we are already at work),and always accommodating even stupid (IMO) requests, I would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Micah, Roman (and the whole maintenance crew), Jessica, Samiera, Karen (basically whole host crew), and the housekeeping crew. There are fancier places, but the people here made a huge difference in our stay.

Really lovely, clean, fully fledged room and hotel in terms of amenities. I only stayed a night as a solo traveler, but I would stay here again. Slightly further from downtown than a few other options, but I had no real issue with that. Overall great choice.

Had the pleasure of doing an extended stay whilst out for work. From the time our group arrived, we were made to feel very comfortable and welcomed! The manager, Micah, was very accessible and making sure that all of our needs were met. Also, the hospitality was excellent from all of the front desk staff and housekeepers. I had a great time and look forward to visiting with them again!

TownePlace Suites was a really great place for us to stay. We were able to have attached rooms with a small kitchen in one of them. The breakfast choices were great. We had a few issues that they worked to resolve promptly. Two of the issues were fixed, and the third was just a kitchen item request, but they worked to provide other options when they didn't have what we requested. Great customer service! We also really loved the noon checkout time! Thank you!

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We have also stayed at the Marriots closer to the old mill. This one rates as our favorite because it is in a quieter area still within a 10 min walk to town. Next door to the pancake house or across the street from Cascade Lakes Brewing. The hotel is comfortable and service is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean. At this time they are still remodeling. But, the facilities are perfect and we'll maintained while under construction. The complementary breakfast is one more reason this is the best Bend hotel. It isn't just a few chafing dishes of food, a toaster and ceral. There is an attendant taking pride in the food. She even helps make you begin waffles. You won't be disappointed in this off the better path but close hotel.

Great staff! Good location. Rooms just a bit dated compared to other Marriott properties.

This property was very clean and perfect for business travel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, which makes staying away from home seem less stressful. Laundry facilities onsite are very reasonably priced and in a convenient location. My room had a two burner stove, a dish washer and dishes/utensils. You can even check out kitchen items to cook with in your room! The highlight of my stay was Brin, the front desk receptionist who makes the best concierge. She helped me when I had a business trip go south, recommended an amazing restaurant (Cabin 22 just down the road was AMAZING and reasonably priced). It was like checking in to a hotel on a lonely business trip and finding out your best friend was surprising you at the front desk. Brin went above and beyond and I am beyond grateful for her kindness and help. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here on my next trip to Bend!
