It's such a sad place with so many shops gone. I hadn't been there in a while and didn't know Tuesday Morning was gone. Before Covid it was one of my favorite places to shop.

Not what it used to be. Still extremely busy but more difficult to find great deals. During our visit, half the mall was affected by a power outage and as such we were only able to visit half the stores. Unfortunately for us, half the stores we were looking to visit, we’re in the groups with the outage. Parking was still difficult, prices are still decent sometime on some things.

Mediocre outlet, lots of stores closed or out of business. Sad. Pretty much like other retailers. Also not many good deals.

Slowly it’s just disappearing. Tuesday Morning is sadly closing and there are a lot of empty stores. I enjoy popping in to see what they have.

The Corn Dog Co is what brings us to the mall. We always swing by when we're on the south side of town

Pendleton is fine, typical Nike, Columbia etc. Limited other options. Used to be a really neat place to go. Now at least 30% of the shops are closed.

We had friends from out of town who wanted to visit the Pendleton outlet. Center was busy and access was easy. Lots of parking. Center was well maintained and the various shops well organized. Would have been nice to have a restaurant to visit while wives shopped!

I would call these Outlet stores, some of the stores do have good deals inside but they are not outlet stores. There are good enough deals sometimes that it makes sense to stop into the stores you like there, when needing a good value. But a lot of the stuff is full price or sometimes more. We usually stop there when visiting bend and will definitely be back again someday. The Nike store and Columbia store are usually stocked up good.

I love the finds and deals that come along with them! Everyone in the stores is always so friendly and fun! Most stores give a military discount on top of their already great discounts! I will definitely be back!

They denied me using military id cause I bought 10 pairs of shoes this place is horrible. Management and whoever oversees this specific store should be fired. Javier and Rory denied my military Id. She states its policy bu5 when I call the corporate number, they know nothing of this policy and state that I should get my military discount

Small mall about 3/4 full of retail stores. No food court. Nothing here is thrifty or a deal at all. Prices at these stores are identical to what you can find online. Stores keep weird hours and are often closed at times that are inconvenient for everyday shopping. Night selection but again, not really saving any money at all shopping here. Stay at home, save the gas, and shop online.

Pretty happy We scored good discounts at Nike🙌🏽 The employee was very nice and patient guy, helped me get the most discount possibly. Definitely appreciative of it.

Couple good stores like Nike, but over half the outlet is empty. Not nearly what they were 10 years ago unfortunately. Hopefully will have a comeback of sorts

Probably not fair to rate the whole joint, but I paid $45 for a hoodie at Nike. It was for a 6th grade girl. How much more could they charging at retail stores? A 9 year old Cambodian kid with no bathroom breaks puts a couple feet of black thread through the chest and the price goes up 10x?
