Rooms are nice but no AC. That would be fine if the fresh air system worked better or if there was a fan. The room was much too warm for good sleeping. Nice walk along the Rhine just outside.

Check in process seems like it would be quite easy unless there's a problem. At that point, it is very unclear who to contact if there is anyone to contact at all. The room, however, was quite nice, very modern, very clean. Ours happened to have been occupied by a smoker before us, that was a drag. Breakfast was your standard European buffet fare, also quite good. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at the but b_Smart hotel. Just be prepared to do everything yourself.

Really nice stayover during our swiss trip, contactless service, beautiful modern rooms with really nice views, close to motorway just 2 minutes yet very quiet place, supermarkets are not far by car, price could be little bit cheaper but overall happy with this Lichtenstein stay there.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and friendly employees. Also has a "special" dinner every month with live music.

I've stayed here several times already. Nice hotel with self check-in. Breakfast offering is rather limited. The view from my room was superb.

Great hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr Richard who helped to fulfill my special requests during my 4 weeks stay in pandemic times. Regarding premises: hotel is very cosy, clean and rooms are very spacious. Free convenient parking with an access from the garage and the outdoor area. Amazing view from sauna on snowed mountains help to relax and chill :)

Beautiful hotel. Very quiet. Everything is technologically managed. I didn’t see any employee during my visit. Check in was smooth and check out as well. I stayed in this hotel for one night but I would consider it the best so far among all the five starts that I have been to.

Nice clean room with friendly staff. Automated check-in with the computer. Staff speaks excellent English. Breakfast is small but very ok. Perfect place for business stay.

Nice rooms (especially the bed), nice staff, very flexible with the booking, good food. Looking forward to my next stay there.

The food is surprisingly delicious. As a guest of the hotel for years now I lave the place for the easy check in and out, great bed and tasty breakfast. But dinner I tried the first time and was overwhelmed. What they offer is very tasty. Great place for a team event, too.

Hotel has a good location, modern rooms and nice restaurant and food. The breakfast offers plenty of varieties. Enough outside parking available. Next to the river Rhein - good for a walk!

We stayed at a suite room. It's a well designed hotel. The room is spacious with high ceiling, and very minimalistic. Every things work as expected. View of mountains is stunning. Check-in process is self-service which could be a bit troublesome if you're used to receptionist, but I find it cool and feel futuristic.
