This place is so awesome, the place that is situated here is already so relaxing and this place have an inside and outdoor seating, the outdoor seating have around 3 or 4 tables only so it’s always full…I opted to sit inside…the ac was working so fine…they have a good menu…the place inside is so clean well maintain and the employees are so friendly, they were smiling the whole time and while we were making lines…they even acknowledge us with smiles and words that they’ll come to us soon….which is a good gesture…100 marks to them…keep on the good work

Nice little outlet of Third Wave coffee chain. I prefer having coffee from here always. And my kiddo loves them cookies from this place too. The range of coffee options they have is really good. The taste is brilliant. I love the salted caramel coffee and the pour over coffee ☕️ here the most. They have seating options inside and limited seats outside, along the walking gallery. Overall a nice outlet. Limited space though.

I'm a regular here for coffee, but sometimes the experience is not that great. We ordered salad and the person at the counter didn't inform us that some ingredients were not available. They served the dish without some ingredients like cherry tomato, olives etc. After having a few bites I realised something is missing since I've had this before. When we asked them, they said some items are unavailable. They should have informed this while ordering. They gave us some replacement veggies to compensate for the missing ones. In our last visit, we waited in line for 15-20 mins. When our turn came, all the items we wanted were out of stock. There was no bagel, no sandwich, no paneer tacos. They should have ideally put a sign when so many things are out of stock so that people don't wait in line for so long. This place is good for coffee, but avoid making plans to have food here because chances are you might be disappointed.

This third wave is all about the experience! Coffee: 5/5. I always love third wave's classic cold coffees, but none compare to this one. It was the right amount of bitterness (slightly more than the other branches), very creamy and at the perfect temperature. The cappuccino was great too. Ambience: (4.5/5) as usual, the cafe has an indoor and outdoor seating. The insides are clean, well maintained, well lit and aesthetic. A little lacking in space however. The outdoor seating is by a water fountain and very unique! Would've loved it if not for the several mosquitoes hovering around. Since it was a weekday, and this third wave is inside a corporate space, it was pretty crowded. (Evening, 7-8pm) Service: 4/5. The service was quick and well done. Perhaps the people at the counter had a tiring day, or a bad one, but they were somewhat rude and intimidating. Location: 4/5. Inside a large complex (about 400-500m), so it isn't exactly on the main road. The cafe is surrounded by other eateries, bakeries and cafes. It's still easy to spot. The parking is paid. Price: standard third wave pricing (somewhat expensive) Overall: definitely recommend this one for a unique experience!

I was sprised by the taste of the coffee I ordered. It was really good. "Signature Kaapi" Wasn't expecting much from this outlet but everything was fine here. Even had a chicken sandwich which was good. No complaints. Food and Portion: 4/5 Ambience : 4/5 Service : 4/5 Price: 3/5

Would prefer ‘coffee on bike’ and ‘Starbucks’ over Third wave coffee roasters. Don’t get why the coffee is expensive. Okaish experience of visiting the store. Nothing so great about coffee, I felt. Place, people are great. We can work over here in the cool place too. Would love to have a great coffee next time.

Great beverages! Nice place to hang out with a friend or two of quick catch up with family. A little crowded, if you're the type to like some peace and quiet.

I've been a regular at this cafe for over a year. But lately the quality of food and beverages has degraded so much, I go to a different third wave branch now. The coffee preparation is not how it used to be. The iced coffees taste like milk, baked items are stale.

I love this outlet.. food is good.. I love the people here who serve.. always with a smile and warm... doesn't feel alone to have a 🍵

Tried their Signature Filter Coffee but was surprised at how bad it tasted! Too sugary and totally unbalanced coffee flavour. Bad and unexpected experience from the brand!

My favourite of all third wave cafes. Great stuff, nice atmosphere and ambiance. Crowded during weekdays, chill on weekends.

Really nice cafe to sit back and have a cuppa. I ordered a pour over and Naveen made sure I get it right. He explained the ratio of coffee, water & brewing time. Result was a perfect cup of coffee.

We drop by pretty often for a hot cuppa during work hours or even over the weekend. The location and the quality of the beverages and snacks ensure there is always a steady stream of customers. The tables are always cleaned and the food/beverages are always nice. It's always a pleasure to drop in.

Small but very nice ambience with an outdoor sitting option available. Courteous and friendly staff. Located amidst booming business offices - gives a good get away options. Has take-away options too in case you want to go enjoy your tea/coffee anywhere in the business/tech park.

It was great and specially the staff was so helpful and gentle. Amulya, one of the employee, she is just amazing and the way they greet you and treat you is not less than commendable. Good job guys !

Good ambience and variety of coffee and tea. Coffee smells and brews are great. Couple with some good selection of snacks. Service is usually fast. Only drawback is early closing. Although official closing time is around 12, they start closing the inside seating at least an hour before. Otherwise 5 stars.

I had a terrible experience at Third Wave Cafe today. I ordered a lemon ice tea and to my horror, I found a dead fly in my drink. I immediately called the server's attention and showed them the fly in my glass. While they apologized and offered to replace my drink, the damage was already done. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I cannot believe that a cafe of this caliber would serve a drink with a dead insect in it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Third Wave Cafe and I would advise others to stay away as well.

Very friendly staffs, we got to witness a very nice display of black coffee making in the occasion of international coffee day, the coffee tasted real gud with honey, raisin and pistah flavour
