Got my Gel nails done here on 23rd May. It’s 25th today and already chipping off. The technician who did my nails was very unprofessional, I asked her few doubts on how to manage the gel nails because it was my first time getting it done, she was very sarcastic and was mocking with her answers. We don’t pay a premium price for this kind of service and it’s not tolerable. She was also rushing it like she had somewhere else to be. I called the salon to tell them about my nails and they said they’d call back after checking with the team and they haven’t.

Enjoyed my traditional Indian Massage and spa services. Sabiha was also very nice to explain me about their services and offered discounts. Thank you.

I was very happy of nails service and Salon service the nail extensions are too good please choose the Bodycraft really is best the products are too good and Sabiha is too good and her talk is very soft and in services explained specially Pamei and Mathingla services are extremely Gorgeous and they behaviour are friendly and they are like family persons and Salon managing services are too good and all the staffs are very friendly and kind hearted person I like Bodycraft services and I will continue the Bodycraft forever and most important is please choose only Bodycart Services❤️❤️

This 1 star review is solely for the inability to take down appointments and services required correctly. At Body Craft, we want to feel relaxed and not have to deal with explaining multiple times about the services we want. If you are inept to take group appointments, don't. While your service is worldclass, but your lack of understanding of client needs and their time constraints is very disappointing. And this happened TWICE! Despite many calls and explaining in person, one of the the members in our group had to leave without getting a hairspa. The second time, just 2 days after the first appointment, despite reminding them of all the services and the time by which we wanted to be done, mid way they inform us that they cannot do a gel manicure because they failed to plan appointments correctly. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, get your appointment booking in order and be honest with your client about the time it will take based on your capacity and staff availability.

Got facials for my family and I highly applaud the staff from the front desk to the technicians who provided the services. Their professionalism and kindness made the whole experience worthwhile and relaxing. The service itself was very relaxing and provided the results we were looking for! The place is clean and hygienic. As a result, I will be recommending Body craft to anyone visiting Bangalore! Finally, Sabiha would be a great person to reach out for any enquiries and managing your needs within your budget.

Horrible. Firstly they didn’t answer my calls that I made to book an appointment with them. However, I still chose to go to the salon as I had already tried their services in past. To my surprise, when I asked for a simple threading, the receptionist rudely asked me to wait. No one showed up even after 15 mins while other customers who came to the salon after I did were happily taken for services. Seems like they only entertain people who they want to. Very disappointed. Never coming back to bodycraft again and would not recommend any of my known ones go for it either.

I have visited body craft for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the service by Karma. He was very generous and suggested me a hair and beard style that suits me well. I am happy with the entire hospitality and look forward for my next visit.

The place is good, neat and the staff is amazing. Got a foot reflexology 30 mins, head massage 30 mins and pedicure 1 hr. Highly recommend.

This is the must visit place for any skin concern especially doctor Suchritha Bakshi super professional she advises best treatment for any skin concern. I really had very bad acne skin and pigmentation as well. After consulting her and started to take the treatments as per her advise I could really see the lot of difference my skin is much better now. I really can’t thank enough the doctor for the flawless skin I have now. Recommend. Dr Suchritha you are amazing as beautiful you are thank you so much ❤️❤️

I decided to get my laser hair removal at the Lavelle Road branch and it has been a really good experience for me. Shailja is the best person to get the treatment from , she not only made me comfortable throughout the entire process but also made sure I following the after laser precautions and has been a constant support throughout this journey that makes me feel confident about my face now ! All of the staff there have been helpful too and I would highly recommend this branch.
