Both love and hate this place. Love because I own my house here and for the facilities and environment here and the tons of good people who are very nice and helpful all the time. But if you need quiet and peace forget it cos people are so insensitive and sometimes play loud music like in a village loud speaker. One can still play music to levels they can enjoy but it need not be so blaring to pierce through doors and closed windows and disturb peace. They don't believe in enjoying without inconveniencing others. Some people party without regard to neighbors late in the night. They could always reduce music to reasonable levels. Most of the year its quiet and lovely though. A very capable association solves problems systematically and does a good job. Lots of kids playing as there is so much space. They even hit the elders with occasional cricket ball or their bicycles but the seniors love the kids being around in spite of this i feel. Nice path to jog, walk or stroll around the place with privacy and greenery keeping to its name. Got a personal touch this place.

Society is over 10 years old. Well maintained and green. Nice location for connectivity to Indiranagar, Bypanahalli metro, whitefield etc. Max. Floor 6. Approx. 200 apartment with basic amenities like gym, pool, club room, etc. Nice gentry and safe for kids. I lived here for 7 years on rent.

can anyone provide me any details if this apartment offers rented rooms for bachelors?

Great place to stay especially for those working in nearby localities. Facilities are of good quality. Only one catch is you must have an inverter at home since common back up is only for one point. And won't suffice the way we have power cuts

Most of what people have said here is true. It's a beautiful society and stuff, but there is a fatal flaw here that no one has talked about considering it's a posh society with high maintenance cost. The DG power backup is a really really old system supporting only 1 light per house. Considering we're in Bangalore this is a big problem. Due to rains power will go for hours and hours and life will get disrupted. Most other good societies today have backup that supports more than this for equal maintenance cost.

You need to be part of the community to get a feel this vibrant and highly social group of people. We have an event to look forward to almost every other week. We have Yearly Sports, Cultural events apart from celebrating all festivals of India. Most important of it all, all families are sensitive to others. If you wanna live happily and look forward to your weekends, CG is the place to be.

Awesome location and very nice construction ..includes all amenities pool gym play area and walking track with lot of plants around... Very close to all basic necessities n entertainment.. Pretty quite and never felt staying close to the road thanks to our bamboo trees 😊

Great thoughtful construction, didn't look like it was many years old construction. Very different spatial set up unlike other projects. Worth a try, in case u want to buy an apartment.

It's a small but beautiful apartment. I liked it so much. All the residents are very cooperative, kind, very friendly & helpful.
