This was my first visit to a dentist in India and it was a very good experience. Dr Darshana is a real professional. I needed 5 small fillings and had them all done with no anesthetic and absolutely no pain. Teeth all fixed, cleaned and polished and everything explained in detail. Flawless work and service. I highly recommend Dental Lavelle and Dr Dashana!

The staff and Dr. Richa were great! Sophia took care of scheduling our appointments and helped us figure out the location, parking, etc. We’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and we found a great one. Dr. Jagadeesh and Dr. Druthil have assembled a first class team. The treatment was great and the office is immaculate. Highly recommended!

I was in Bangalore for a short visit and ended up having a terrible toothache that needed to be checked urgently. Dental Lavelle was absolutely wonderful in helping me relieve the pain while suggesting treatments that I could do once I’m back home. Dr. Darshna was very warm and helpful. She addressed all my problems and did not ask me to go for any unnecessary treatments. It’s a high class facility that I would always recommend.

The doctors are really amazing, I got my braces and extraction done, both last year; the doctor's made sure that do not experience pain at all when the treatment was going. I have been almost regular for my braces treatment, each time, I have been made sure to feel comfortable to begin the treatment process. The clinic is strict about the hygeine standards and maintenance. The staff, really friendly. They make sure that you don't miss out on your follow-up appointments, they treat everyone with respect. My dental experience here has been great, I do recommend people to pay a visit for anything related with dental health and hygiene.

Extremely bad experience. I went for simply cleaning when the doctor suggested full xray. Then doctor recommended redoing all my filled cavities again citing issues in material of previous cavity. Charged me a bomb, including xray. When I started having pain with re-filling, the doctor cudnt diagnose despite multiple visits. and finally suggested root canal even though the initial xray had shown the nerve is quite far. I then asked to be consulted with a senior doctor at dental lavelle itself who diagnosed a "crack" in the tooth and suggested crowning (worth 25k). By then I was so frustrated that I just wanted the pain to go away so I agreed but the market rates for crowning are 5-15k so I consulted another senior doctor at another place who mentioned that even crowning wont help. It is just that the material of new filling is too hard and is not suiting some of my teeth. He even asked me to get 3d xray done which showed NO crack. My pain has gone with new filling material. (from 25k to 3k treatment) It is because of places like dental lavelle that I have lost respect for healthcare industry. Most are just money making orgs.

Dr. Darshana was very understanding and kind. All of these doctors are much better than those in the USA. I liked how the dentists listened to me and my concerns and addressed my issues immediately. I also liked how they explained my issues with my teeth. In the US, I feel doctors don’t explain anything to their patients. I will definitely come back to Dental Lavelle. Thank you!

My wife and I had quite a lot of work that needed to be done, and had a tight travel schedule. Sophia the receptionist was able to be flexible and work around our constraints. The work done by Dr Darshana, Dr Druthil, Dr P Kumar and Dr B Kumar was outstanding. I cannot say enough about how good this dental team is. Thank you, Dental Lavelle.

What can be said with confidence is that treatment is delivered efficiently and definitively. Of greater note, however, is the team. The warmth of the assistants and support personnel, Dr. Druthil's swift prognosis and patience, Dr. Darshana's quick work and friendly demeanor, and Miss Sophia's effortless professionalism and personability have all made Dental Lavelle a pleasant experience I intend to revisit over time.

Excellent experience with Dr Darshana Bhuta who with great patience and care treated me. Assisting her were Ms Ponamma and Narasimhamurthy who were very adept at their work. Sophie at the reception was very welcoming and took care of the appointments.
