As expected it was a great experience, the staff, location and food, everything was setting benchmark. The staff is very friendly and have all ears to hear from you about your experience. They take things seriously and will try their best to make experience tailored to your needs. There is ease of transactions everywhere, whether your dining at one of their restaurants or in-room dinning. The staff takes pride in suggesting the best dishes and can tailor few things according to your taste wherever possible. The spa facility is nice and staff there knows how to provide the right treatment. Overall it has been a great experience from the check-in till check-out.

An absolute delight to stay in this oasis in the heart of Bangalore. All of the beautiful rooms face the tropical backyard adorned with trees and plants. It’s an incredible feeling to wake up in this hotel. The staff are polite, remember your name / order at the bars and restaurants, and offer excellent service. The hotel has a gym and spa, and two restaurants ( one Thai and one Indian ). I recommend a morning stroll in the gardens just to find some peace. The pool is nice and serene. The nice thing is every room has a balcony, thats as far as it goes for this hotel. I stayed for 1 night, ordered room service, the food quality and taste was pathetic. A road side vendor would cook better. Breakfast was good. This hotel is not suitable to have 5star tag. Not recommended as in the same price you have much better options around the area.

The Oberoi is Indian hospitality at its finest. This was my first stay at the Bangalore property and my goodness, this is a gem in the heart of the city. I won’t dwell much into the details of the room. It was hygienic, loaded with whatever amenities you need and room service was top notch. The property is huge. You could consider it a miracle in the middle on MG road. Once you enter the premise, you forget the hustle and bustle of the city and allow yourself to fully immerse yourself in the surroundings. The gardens, the long corridors, little nooks spread throughout the property and the balconies, I don’t think I have ever experienced something like this! But, Strongly recommend online booking. We wanted to extend our stay by a day but the prices offered at the front desk were way too high.

I was here for a dinner with my team. It was a set 3 course meal. I would call the spread as decent, while on the non vegetarian side the options were slightly more but vegetarian side it was limited. The main course was limited to pizza and pasta. The desert was good. All this for a price of 4.5k per person i felt was a lil over board. But if you take the ambience into consideration it was worth it. The outdoor seating in between the lush green well maintained garden with huge trees in between made it worth the visit.

Lunch and dinners are also good and give several options to chose Garden area has nice walking trail and well maintained. I didn't stay in the hotel . Just had dinner and came back. The ambience is so romantic that you can be there for a long time. The staff is well experienced and professional and they know how to impress any customer. Their staff made my date memorable with my husband. After a long time I enjoyed the food and the natural greenery inside the hotel. Without my kids this was the best date so far😋 but i can guarantee kids will enjoy the ambience and food too.. as there is so many space to run around for kids, fountain, water which every kids love.

Went to The Oberoi to celebrate my husband's birthday. Had a great time. They served welcome drink, room decor was good, arranged 1 cake from hotel side and 1 from restaurant side. I LOVED this place! The whole place is very warm and inviting with plants everywhere! The rooms were cozy, well designed and every room has a private balcony! He had 3 nighs at this hotel. From the time we arrived the service was amazing. The staff are so polite and are there to make your life so easy. The restaurants food is delicious and have so much choice. The room was large and so hi tech but comfortable and had great views. The only complaint I do have is the charges for laundry. Its extremely expensive and definitely not worth the price. But overall this hotel is worth 5 stars and I would recommend to everyone. Next time we're in bangalore we will definitely be staying here again.

Went for a corporate lunch buffet. The soup cups were not available so asked for it. Waited for 5 mins with the plate. Meanwhile staff came with few cups to fill soup. He had great audacity to tell me it was for some other guest. They didn't serve the starters properly also forgot about my beverage order all together. Overall Shabby service and bad experience.

It's good oneIt's an old beautiful hotel.The deluxe rooms are quite small and we had to upgrade to a premier room. We also had a flood in the bathroom as the water leaked out from the shower doors as the edges were quite wide open to allow water through. There are a few things that were overlooked such as cleanliness of the meal napkins. Food and service was great though.

Fine dining at it's best! Couple of restaurants to choose from and exquisitely prepared dishes. Definitely heavier on the pockets but good to experience once in a while. The outer open space with huge trees, garden and ponds is lovely to spend time on an afternoon. Needless to say they have valet parking and toilets are extremely clean.

Every time I stay at this hotel, I am in awe of their service and their hospitality. Due to the pandemic, I have noticed and experienced services in other 5 star hotels like Taj or ITC plummeting, but it was such a relief to see that Oberoi has still managed to adhere to the same services they were earlier known for. The staffs at this hotel go to extreme measures to ensure that the stay at the hotel is nothing but perfect. Special shout out to the staff Mohit who turned our mundane in-room dining experience into a completely different experience by setting it all up so beautifully.

They have an iPad in your room where you can do all things like order room service, make restaurant reservations, set the time for room cleaning and more. The balcony is also very beautiful. Every room is facing the garden and pool area. We were staying in the premier room. It had the perfect size. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, highly recommend this place.
