My stay at Hostelers was so horrendous that it bordered on the terrifying. The overall atmosphere felt eerily unwelcoming, and the dimly lit corridors added to the sense of foreboding. I couldn't shake the feeling that security was lax, making me question the safety of both myself and my belongings. The staff's indifference reached a new low, with an unsettling lack of concern for guests' well-being. It seemed like they were more interested in the bare minimum than ensuring a secure and comfortable environment. The noise level transcended annoyance and entered the realm of disturbing. Shouts and disturbances persisted well into the night, creating an environment that left me on edge and fearful for my safety. Adding to the horror, the cleanliness of the hostel was abysmal. Dingy, dimly lit hallways and poorly maintained facilities contributed to an overall sense of neglect, amplifying the discomfort of the stay. In summary, Hostelers provided an experience so distressing that it instilled genuine fear. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear unless they have a penchant for unnerving accommodations.

I've been staying at the Hosteller on Brigade Road for quite a few days now, and it has truly become my second home. I've had the privilege of making friends from all corners of the world who are also guests at this wonderful place. Our favorite gathering spot is the top terrace, where we come together to share our thoughts and feelings. One of our favorite pastimes is watching movies on the big screen up there. One of the most heartwarming aspects of my stay here has been the communal dining experience. We often order food to share, and there's something special about breaking bread with friends from different cultures. It's a bond that goes beyond words. And speaking of bonds, I've made a very special friend during my time here! and I wish to I'll cherish for a lifetime with this friend, and I hope our friendship lasts forever. My initial days here felt like an oasis in the desert because I was desperately in need of good friends, and the Hosteller provided just that. I'm immensely grateful for the universe for bringing these wonderful people into my life, all thanks to this hostel. Now, if I may offer a suggestion to the hostel administration, it would be to ensure that the elevator is always in good working condition. A little more attention to cleanliness would also make the place even more welcoming. And if it's not too much to ask, having a modern kitchen where we can cook our meals and access to a washing machine would be the cherry on top. These additions would make the experience absolutely perfect. In any case, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Hosteller for hosting us. It's been an unforgettable experience, and I look forward to the many more memories and friendships that will be created within these walls.

So, this hostel has now asked me to review the place six times on twelve different emails after my stay. Firstly, just ask once or maybe twice. Six times? Really? Secondly, improve your check in process which is unnecessarily convoluted. You could also ask your reception staff to try and smile a little and also suggest that the shorter balding man not gesture towards your European guests whilst speaking in Hindi. It didn’t seem very positive. Finally, putting toilet chemical blocks in every drawer, wardrobe and corner of the room makes the room smell like it’s full of toilet chemical blocks. I’m not sure what stench you’re trying to hide! Anyway, there is your review!

High quality at affordable price... Stayed in a superior double bedroom. The room was very spacious and clean. Well maintained and organised rooms. The staff are friendly. It's really affordable in a busy and crowded location like Brigade. Most recommended stay. You will never regret staying here.

While location is really good in the given budget range - the property itself seems to be left to decay. The room I stayed in had poor ventilation, wasn’t clean, smelled bad and I found cockroaches everywhere. The common areas were dirty and there is no cafe provision. Moreover, I found the staff to not be responsive to customer needs and complaints.

Like-new 7 storey hostel right in the middle of the city. 5 min away from the bustling Brigade Road shopping district. Affordable and comfortable private rooms and dorms. Also, one of the best common areas I've been to. The best part was the attitude and people-friendly nature of those at the front desk, they sure did a great job! One thing that was bugging me was that the walkways to the rooms were pretty dark with less lighting, and the windows of the superior private rooms could have had some view. The window in my room was just translucent and had literally no view from it, which felt a bit claustrophobic!

I had a really good experience staying at Hosteller, Brigade road, Bengaluru. Firstly the hostel is available at a very reasonable price, the interiors are well thought of and well done, cleanliness is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although there are few things that can be improved like cleanliness in the common toilets, there is a problem with the lift. Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay whether your travelling solo or with a group, the terrace is amazing, the library is very much necessary and something you cannot find in any other hostels, there are plenty of places to go for food around and close by to all happening places. I highly recommend it!

It was really wonderful experience with the hosteller , I have been a regular visitor here in Bangalore and hosteller brigade road is my go-to choice , the STAFF are quite friendly and available anytime . The facilities are also awesome with decent rooftop
