Well, it's a no brainer to write a negative review and it's quite easy to write the generic positive ones too. But it's not that easy to write about a place you got emotionally attached or connected with. It should be the most genuine of all, the mother of all reviews. So this may be long but will try to make it short as I can. Still there should be a prelude right?! It's been an amazing month, living in The Little Blue Window Hostel with its inmates and host Roshan (who most of the time was there chilling with us). I checked in with a plan to stay for a few days but left the place after more than a month. Don't get it wrong, I was not forced to stay back, myself kept on extending the stay. Don't expect it to be a fancy hostel where you just pay more for everything served on a platter. This is just like home, just be yourself, get going, do your thing, rest is provided, all the necessities. A common kitchen, rooftop open area for all the fun, party, solitude, work or whatever floats your boat. And the locality is the best part. The hostel is right next to the streets of BTM. Parks, lake, food joints, gyms and all that stuff happening right below (you can literally see everything from the rooftop). So it's worth your buck, finally that matters too right, with all the experiences that come with it. I am sure I'll be back there when in Bangalore. I can write more but chose not to. Should leave something for your own experience. Have fun. Chill.

Best every place, home away from home! I stayed for almost a month there and Roshan is a great host. If you need a place in blr- dont think twice. Book with Roshan and you will not regret! Can not recommend this place highly enough. Also, its safe for solo travellers, couples, groups, women, men, non binary, anyone, literally! There is a kitchen to use and free coffee available at any time. There is also an in-house food service and one can get breakfast for as less as Rs 50. Great value for money. The location is definitely a huge bonus. There are several juice centres, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, parks, etc. nearby. Nearest metro is just 10 mins drive.

A decent hostel in one of the prime locations. Clean and hygiene rooms. Parking can be a problem especially for 4 wheelers as there is no dedicated parking space. Beds could have been better.

Great litte hostel with 'dorm-rooms' for 2 with attached bathroom. Rooms could do with a little modernisation like flooring. But seeings the price it's a jackpot place to stay. Cosy and very hospitable. If I could rate a 10 I would!!!

I stayed at this hostel for a week, though I didn't stay there much but really wanted to stay much longer. The chill vibes, people there and especially the owner of the hostel are quite amazing. The common kitchen area is where you'll make great friends from all the parts of the world. The location is also very much accessible. Overall, an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this hostel if you're looking for one.

If you are traveling and stop in Bangalore/Bengaluru, make sure to book a bed at the little blue window hostel. Whether you are male or female, the friendly laid-back atmosphere will feel as a welcoming respite from the busy streets below. The rooms are basic as is to be expected from a hostel, but clean and with working fans, en-suite bathrooms, and sufficient power-outlets. But the thing that makes the hostel top is the owner and the "family" of lodgers. Bring some snacks, a drink, or whatever floats your boat, and have a great evening on the rooftop terrace.

Room and people are really good. The street view from the room is relaxing. Room is neat and they cleaned daily. Price is meaningful and worth it. I reached there at early morning around 5:30 am. Since I informed them my reaching time earlier, they have arranged the restroom for fresh up and allowed us to utilise common area.

Considering that it's sharing, the rooms are quite small, and a pretty tiny bathroom. A disclaimer, i did use the room only to freshen up. What I'm describing is the room that was given, which was already occupied by another person.

Really affordable and the best thing about this hostel is the owner who really happens to be friendly and down-to-earth. Enjoyed my stay there with a bunch of strangers who as soon as I entered the property became family.

When we depart our homes for a better future we travel in search for a home away from home to start that future. The little blue window hostel is that for me. Beautiful souls to gel with including the owner and his wife Roshan & Vridhi. Such lovely host's and helpful. He makes you feel home. Lovely vibes here. They have an open kitchen where you get the chance to connect with the people housing themselves here and cook with them and have a jolly good time. You won't feel alone here. Hot water throughout the day in the hostel which is a must after a hard day's work! By far the the best kitchen compared to any hostel I've been in Bangalore. You could cook a good meal here or even try out a dish since they have the necessary utensils. A safe haven for introverts too!

The best part of the hostel is, its located in a market place where you can get everything you want. The host was very good n cheerful...the rooms where clean aswel as the bathroom...the other best part was unlimited tea n coffee which are free of cost. This was my first hostel where I got free tea n coffee where other hostel don't serves free tea n coffee you need to purchase it on your own. They even have some food menu which you can order if you want but you need to pay for it?.....tracking the location is little difficult as its little inside of the locality not on the main road...but you will find it somehow. Over all it was a wonderful stay.

This is the absolute best place to stay if you're looking to meet new people and maybe save yourself some money on a hotel. The owner, Roshan is an excellent guy who tries his best to make you feel welcome to the place and the city. There's another guy, Harish, who helps you in the hostel. Extremely polite & a sweet guy. The place has a very chilled out and a friendly vibe. The area is top notch for food & has great connectivity to other parts of Bangalore. It's an amazing hostel with total value for money. Absolutely nothing to worry about during your stay. They have a rooftop that works as a common area and has a small kitchen and a projector and screen for your cheerful weekends. One of the best hostels in India! This was our first stop in India and the staff provided a great introduction to the country. It is very chilled with an ambient rooftop common area. We had a really great time at the Hostel! The staff was very friendly and helped us out whenever we had a question! They also invited us to go to a temple festival with them. The place is very cozy and has everything you need. We also really liked the neighborhood. We would totally recommend this place.

It was exactly what I wanted from an hostel. The boss is very friendly, people wanted to hang out and it was very clean. There was many places to hang out with the other roomates. There even was a kichen! I'd recommend the place to anyone.

Such a warm environment! There was a mixture between international and domestic travelers, both short and long term. As such, the environment felt so friendly. Many of us would hang out throughout the day -- making dosas, learning languages, eating fantastic food, and participating in events the hostel organized. Overall, the experience here was very warm and very welcoming! So happy to have stayed here for a week. Highly recommend it if you're looking to stay as a traveler or while on business.

It was one of the best stays outside home. Both Roshan the owner and Bhuvan are very helpful and chill guys. It was my first backpacker hostel experience and thanks to them they made it memorable.

The place is located in the lit area of Bangalore. Also, the property manager and staff are very helpful. I booked the place for the wrong dates but they cooperated and I loved that about them.

The summer heat can be crushing. It gets too hot at night. But still the hostel is a good place to stay even if you are totally new to bangalore. Adjusting with strangers there wont be too hard as they were all very good people to talk to. I stayed there for 3 nights. It was neat, peaceful, quiet and safe. Go for it!
