Gym is very spacious and it has plenty of equipments as stay fit itself deals in equipments. Trainers are also good.

After shifting my house, I got my treadmill re-assembled by Mahadev, and he did a good job 👍🏼 definitely recommended ... However, he was accompanied by a young guy who seemed to be learning on the job. The young guy was in a bit of a hurry to do everything and while moving the treadmill, dropped the end with the motor on the floor. Nothing seems to be damaged, for now but I wonder if it will affect the motor after a few months. Overall, they did a good quick job of re-assembling the treadmill, but I will suggest that they train their new employees to handle equipment and packaging with more care.

Best place, without 2nd taught anyone can purchase. After 1 year without us calling they came and did a free service. Mainly thanks to Fardeen who was polite and did his best. Thanks to stay fit team. Cheers

Hi, I bought treadmill from stay fit..machine got repaired & I gave complaint.. Then MEYIAN sir called me one day & he listend my issues, then MEYIAN sir suggested me to go for exchange..with MEYIAN sir support & suggestion I went for exchange and i bought new machine in exchange.. with in 3 days MEYIAN sir solved issue... MEYIAN sir is customer friendly.. MEYIAN sir keep doing best to the customers like this... once again I thank MEYIAN sir for understanding customer problem & sorting out the issues...

Service was good. Incline function is not working and I was told Incline motor has struck and no replacement available. What is the point in paying for warranty services when parts are not available? Should have informed before getting the warranty covered?

Great place to be fit sophisticated equipment but poor management skills, maybe if manager is replaced it would reach to next level, bcos poor trainers (Syed and Pavan) never turn up towards client as they keep discussing among themselves and have their own chit chats, MANAGER DOESN'T MAKE NOT OF IT!!!!!!!! Dont even deserve single star Pathetic Management. Mr. Pavan focus towards men also we to do exist, is this the gym only for girls???? Manager are also supportive for this, otherwise how can such things happen. He pushes more on supplements than workout, feels like it is supplement store.... tooooo much of marketing. 2 rating is only for facility otherwise their trainers are worst. Insist on hiring personal trainer and if we refuse they don't even bother to help ( that shows how arrogant they are), their prime focus is only personal client (who has opted for PT) and rest it becomes risky as there is no one to assist . Never going to recommend anyone. And yes their trainer loves chit chatting and wasting other time.

I have purchased stayfit treadmill last year the product is good compared to other brands and the service quality is excellent. The service team will do the machine service on time. Till today I haven't faced any problem with the machine .

It has been a very bad experience. They took some components for repairs almost 2 months back. Post that nobody turned up and no follow up calls as well. I had to call multiple times to get the technician to come and fix the spare parts. This is the service levels under AMC. They are taking customers for granted. In general quality of the products also has been average. Parts went bad and no replacements available. I will not recommend to anybody

Mahadev is a very good service engineer. He knows his work very well. Intially I was thinking there is a motor replacement on my treadmill. But after his service, he clearly mentioned not to replace the motor. Just go for the service. I’m fully satisfied.

Mr. Jagadish is our regular service engineer from Stayfit. He is very professional and knowledgeable on the services of stayfit product ranges. 5 ***** star rating for Jagadish service. But please note that the original machine was a completely defective and with several follow ups the equipment was finally repaired at free of cost, the machine down time was almost 4 months in a span of 11 months. So please be extremely careful and cautious while buying a new equipment from stayfit show rooms. The sales people do nothing but cheating job while selling the products. ( Hosur road show room)

This review is about the service of my treadmill and not about the fitness center at Bannerghatta main road. I have a model T1 treadmill from Stayfit which i had bought from Stayfit some 8 years back. I had my running belt torn at some places which needed a replacement, which i got it replaced at a cost of rs 7000/ plus I took an AMC of 1 year which costed me 2550 [ they were initially quoting me 3825, god knows why ] . The treadmill costed me some 12-13k which is one of the basic model [ Model T1] not being manufactured now. but when I showed interest in taking 2 years AMC which offered me a better discount in parts and support for 2 years. the service engineer said AMC will be offered in the category of 26k - 49K products category range. Not Know why ? This is not right . why are you not even discussing the 2-3 years AMC offerings , only when during Billing i found out these details and i wanted to go for 2 years as it was a better deal for me as well they would have retained a customer for 2 years, to get more money they are putting me to next higher cost treadmill category whereas my tread mill costed me 12k-13k when i bought it. is the category decided on teh basis of purchase cost or current cost ?it will not go beyond 26k how much inflation may happen .

Saturday 13th May: (Rated 2 Star) While I am happy with the purchase of my DB11 Exercise bike and the initial service, the AMC support and service has been a disaster. It been over 10 days now that the technician dismantled the bike for repair and has not returned. I have called in around 5 times now and no one seems to confirm an exact date on which the bike can be serviced and reassembled. This is not good, considering a Customer needs to go through this much trouble, after subscribing for AMC. They need to really work on Customer satisfaction. Quite disappointed. I may not opt for the AMC service next time. Monday 15th May (Happy and rating 4 star) I have finally got my bike serviced, but sadly had to walk up to the branch and meet the Service lead in person. Extremely satisfied with how Mr Abinesh handled the matter. He was polite, professional, but more importantly was able to expedite the technician visit and get the work done. Kudos to him. Not rating 5 star, because all of this could have been avoided if there was a better communication on the matter to the Customer. Also, Shout out to the technician, Nagraj. Very adept and serviced the bike within 15 minutes.
