Good place!

Coffee is great and the behaviour of the staff is very decent...

Great ambience! Good place to enjoy your coffee and a snack and do some work, just relax or chill with a friend. They have free WiFi though you have to give a lot information before you get connected (phone number, name, email). They accept credit cards. In fact I had to use one because they didn't have change.

One of the worst experiences EVER! The table we sat at had the previous diners left overs on it and nobody was available to clean up. I had to do it myself. The staff were nowhere to be seen! It looked like they all took a break together. When I went to order my drink the staff were all aloof and least bothered to help out with my order. He handed me a menu card and asked me to choose from that one. Being a relatively new customer I didn't know there was an ACTUAL menu (which I found out later). I chose one item and he said that the drink that I wanted was out of stock and he suggested that I take the most expensive item on that menu! I clearly told him I wanted a simple cold drink and he proceeded to get me what can only be described as a COLD ESPRESSO! I mean even with sugar in it, it was basically inedible! We complained about this but he was unwilling to change the order and said that I'd have to pay extra to "upgrade" the present one! He did hear that I wanted something cold. I would assume he knows their entire menu by heart since he works there, but he chose to exploit me. I ended up paying Rs.210 for nothing! Normally I stay away from this chain mainly because they overcharge for simple things and this was my first visit after almost 3 years. It was a serious wake up call for me as to why I stayed away in the first place! Pathetic service! The only saving grace at this place was the decent ambience! I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone!

Worst coffee day I ever visited. Staff was behaving sense less and rude. I ordered fantasy cake with Ice-cream and received pathetic cake and Icecream. It was all melted and asked the staff to replace but thy said cannot do so. Never visit ths place

This Lounge by Cafe Coffee Day is on the CMH Road in Indiranagar and can very easily be found while driving or walking. Service is great and so is the menu. Seating is mainly indoors with just two tables outside. This CCD outlet has the best washroom of all the branches I have visited so far. The day I visited, the credit/debit card machine wasn't working and the staff were kind enough before taking our orders instead of telling us while billing like many restaurants.

Like the place for the location where it is not difficult to find a car parking on the adjacent side road. Like their Assam tea and garlic bread and coffee. Decent service. Nice view of CMH road.

Always the best

It's very spacious and peaceful coffee Day. Coffee taste is also great but little costly.. In washroom they don't put tissue papers, they must put as they are charging too much for coffee

Need to improve

Place is crowded with official meeting people. Besides 2-3 tables, all tables were occupied by one representative of some ponzi schemes convincing hard the other persons on the table. Food : Ok

Overpriced mediocre coffees! Tried the cappuccino and cafe mocha along with cheese chilli toast. The toast was so light topped with couple of chili pieces, could not find cheese anywhere. Pretty sure it was butter chilli toast. The mocha did not have enough chocolate. Over the years CCDs quality has drastically deteriorated. Have had better coffees.

The name lounge says it different from our normal ccd setup, waiter will come to you for taking the order with a good number of food options unlike ccd. Love the place mostly because of the full time wifi setup, work n sip.

Calm quite place to have a coffee and a good chat with friends.. The coffee is generally good here, since it's CCD lounge they are generally slightly more expensive than the regular coffee days ,since it provides a more lounge type of seating and open spaces.. Easy to get bike parking opposite the cafe, but for car parking you generally need to dig deep into the inner lanes of residential areas to find parking. Prompt service and courteous staff. But I felt the coffee taste could have been better as compared to the other CCDs I have visited so far, hence the 4star

Great ambience, ok pizzas. Wonderful place to sit and chat especially if meeting someone after a long time. Nobody rushes you. Parking is a problem, better use a cab. Shall definitely visit again and recommend to others.

Worst service and horribly slow internet. No wonder it is empty. as for the coffee and food - well its coffee day so low quality. The guy behind the counter reminded me of the sales guys whose only goal is to increase your bill exponentially; later I found out that he intentionally made me buy a different drink just because it was more expensive than what I wanted - Wth??

It's a small outlet with no parking facility. The outlet is also understaffed. The staff came to the billing counter after 5 minutes to take the order. I ordered 2 regular cold coffee and he gave me cold coffee with ice cream on top of it and charged 300+ for each coffee. It is better to visit Starbucks as you get what you order. They don't trick you like these guys. Better to avoid this outlet. Also in Starbucks they use screens to show prices and these guys are still using menu cards.

One of the famous coffee houses. I have visited many outlets in Bangalore but I think this is a tiny branch.

Crammed up space, very few options, bad ambience, music wasn't loud, music wasn't good either. Too expensive and very less value

Good Place to have coffee and hang around. Tastefully furnished and has a great environment.

No parking in front of CCD, understaffed, more chairs and people waiting for order to be delivered. Opposite to metro station, better come in auto, Uber or bike for proper parking. Don't come by car.

I had ordered the cappuccino hot not the cold one guys took long time to prepare

Tried flavored cappuccino and was really good. Service was slow but then they apologized for it, which was very nice of them. Went to a CCD after many days and liked the new additions in their menu. Overall a good experience.

CCD prepares standard preparation every where and this place is no big different. Staff is helping location is very good and relaxing , generally not much crowded so it's soothing and refreshing and you can be done quickly too. Wash room is only one but clean. Staff is helpful and ample space for parking

Clean and refreshing atmosphere to relax and have a drink while thinking or studying. They also have WiFi for a limited period of time as long as you have an Indian phone number. The service was good and the employees were very kind. Overall a lovely experience. ☺️
