It is a typical lenskart store you find in every other place, a very limited set of frame collection. Nice customer service provided by the store managers, very well organised and maintained, the team here is very keen on helping customers, a limited parking space available infront of the store for 2 wheelers only. but the visit to store gets the job done. Had visited store to buy specs for my mom and dad. Executives helped in finding best models and helped with power details. There was issue with power of the specs recieved then they helped in getting power changed. Very helpful staff

First of all, they have very good collections of frames for both men and women. They will help you to find the frame which suits you. Free checkup also available here, from past 6 years i am checking my eye sight here only. It will take one week to get your spects delivered (at outlet)

I had been to this branch this is one of the worst branch I have ever visited. I have waited for long time but no one responded only one lady was there she is not even bothered about customer, so I got frustrated and left , don't visit this store anymore. Worst experience

I would like to give this review after my worst experience from this store, of course I have given initially 5 star rating, but it not true😔 I had visit for my mother’s spectacles. For that eye test was done and added test report. After getting spectacles the numbers they entered was not matching with my mother site and she couldn’t able to see properly. Then we visited again, here is the actual issue. When we went for revisit for correction of the specs there is no power in that shop not even UPS backup, when I asked for retest we can’t do it now and asking us to come again or go to nearest another lenskart showroom😳 ! Such a big showroom and in main road not maintaining backup power, secondly we went to another showroom, there they have accepted the return after a week due the their mistake.

Been here to get couple of my specs repaired. Nice response and prompt work done...

Visiting the Lenskart showroom in Bommanahalli was a delightful experience. The showroom not only showcased a wide array of eyewear options but also had a team of knowledgeable and friendly staff who were eager to assist.

I want to give 0 star if possible and urge people to boycott this store, if not lenskart. Once I and my wife visted the store and we were cheking out the specs, suddenly power went off and the store person immediately came to us and he said to go out and wait untill power comes back... Reason was, my wife was wearing veil ( Burka)... Does that mean muslims wearing burka will steal the specs, Worst experience.After that instant I never visited this store, Nor I recoomend any one... Lenskart ( peyush bansal) train your staff and not to differentiate bases on appearance and clothing.

Everything was good , but at the time of visit a lady was there I entered on showroom after 9pm and he was worried to go home , only bcz of that I had taken a less time to find glass for me bcz I was feeling ocward on that time they are in very much hurry to go home , my question is that if u are not serviceable then pls don't let the customer enter, or pls close the shutter of showroom. This is the reason I had rated 4 star out of 5. Thanks

Both stuff were busy with their mobiles and refused to assist. The experienced guy was rude and sitting at billing desk and attended from there. He ordered our spec with different color without confirming. we wanted to take Grey one and he ordered Maroon. we asked him to change, he got rude and refused to do and mentioned that's not possible now. The Malayali female representative was busy on phone. Never seen such a irresponsible store representative. I will never visit your store again.

Shop is easily accessible as it is located on the main road It has good collection of frames Buy one get one and membership offers are not ap good offers,we don't need 2 lenses at a time I also bought 2 lenses in 2018 and quality was good and durable
